They cut very good. The price is reasonable as well.

The barber who made the appointment wasnt there. But My barber did a good job really respectful show interest in my decisions. I would go back just with the same barber. Theres a play area for kids. No wifi. So couldnt play during the waiting. No refreshments.

Johnathan helped out my son with a trim on top and taper. He did a great job. Very nice guy. All of the barbers there seemed polite and built a great atmosphere in there. You can tell they appreciate their customers and all have great relationships with them. Booked to take my other two sons.

Gave the barber specific directions. A low fade, and even graduation from a 0 at the orifice of the ear to the crown of the head. Trim the top. He started the 0 just below the crown of my skull and did not faded well at the crown, making it so the only way I look normal, is if I part my hair to the side. Absolutely terrible. Never going back.

Been going here for a few years now and these barbers have never disappointed me. Ronnie is my usual barber for me and my son but I dont mind any other when hes busy or not there. Great people and great vibe!

Theyre not too big on customer service. Rushed over to make sure I had enough time to get the haircut. Arrived 45 minutes before closing, nobody waiting and a barber clearly finishing up. They refused my service saying it was too late when its pretty obvious they just wanted to cut out for the day.They may be great barbers but customer service matters and Ill not be back. Suggest the same until some changes are made

Ive been going to the alley for a year now for my haircuts and my sons. Ive tried different barbers and they all do a great job. Louie is my Barber now, this guy does an excellent job and is always attentive with his clients, hes also good with kids. There is a room with video games which is pretty cool. Perhaps my favorite thing about this place is how clean and neat it is. I highly recommend it.

What a JOKE!!! Had an appointment for my 9y/o son for 4pm. Been coming here for years. Showed up early. It is busy. We were the only appointment on the sign- in list...all others are walk-ins. Two people are taken before us not on the list at all. The clients and the staff are swearing using vulgar language this continues the entire time we are waiting!!! Many kids are in the place with this kind of language and behavior...we walked out putting up with this poor behavior 30 minutes of my life I wont get back. Had to drive all the way across town also...arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!

I love the shop. I just moved here from San Diego. They take their time and always leave you looking fresh. The shop is very clean and the staff is very professional. My boys and husband always look great. If you want a consistent barbershop this is the place.

My 4 year old son has had his hair cut by 3 different barbers and everytime he has come out looking like a champ. Super clean, great atmosphere, great with kids. Need I say more.

Great people and great haircuts. Only things to improve in my opinion would be to clean the hair off customers better after a cut and/or have a wash sink with hair washes available after. Another nice thing to have would be a small area set up for some hair products to style your hair after. Its a good way to sample the products and it can produce more product sales. Also, who doesnt want to be clean and styled after a badass haircut.

I have been to the Alley Barbershop four times now and I have never seen anyone dress ghetto as you are saying or hear any cussing come from any of the barbers mouths. I love going here because they have a family room for my kids to play in and to be entertained while my husband is in another room getting his haircut and a hot towel shave without having to worry about the kids possibly being all over the place. Honestly, dont go off these reviews from people that have talked down on this awesome one of a kind barbershop. Go check it out for yourself. I promise you wont be disappointed.

Definitely go to this shop for your haircut. I have been happy with all of the barbers but I would definitely recommend setting up an appointment to see JJ. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she cut/styled it better than what I thought would be possible. Ask for JJ!

I have been growing my beard for a little over a year, went to this place to take a little off the chin and do a little tapper off the sides. The guy massacred my beard and probably took 6 inches off . I was so mad i didnt say anything and will never return. Tear drop barber trying to be cool fliping his razor like he works and Benny Hanas.

Not a welcoming place whatsoever. Im not sure if we just arent the right demographic they cater to or not, but up until I walked in the front door, I was confident about bringing my son in for a fade. I called before coming in, after searching long and hard online and checking out their Facebook and IG pages, but once we walked in, I had the worst feeling. No one greeted us or anything. A mom was in line paying for her two sons before so I waited and when she left I walked up. I said hi but the guy didnt say hi back. He asked how many haircuts and I told him just my youngest. We signed in and seriously it was the most uninviting barbershop/hair place Ive ever been to. Do you know I dont even know the name of the person who cut my sons hair? My son really needed a haircut so we stayed but the whole time I was telling my older son, Maybe I should just say we have to go and grab your brother and get out of here... Maybe the pictures we saw were from the Rancho location. From the vibe, I wasnt confident about getting my sons hair cut at all. Long story short, the barber definitely cut his hair. Its definitely not something I would say a professional did. Im not sure if the barber was intimidated or what, but hair is hair. It was a very unpleasant experience. We wont be back. I have to entrust my sons hair into other peoples hands because I myself cant cut his hair, barbering is not a skill I possess. It would be nice to say this place lived up to all I read and saw online, but it wasnt even mediocre. I wouldve been won over if they had had stellar customer service, but we might as well have been invisible. Not even the barber in the first chair even smiled... Like ever. The place is clean and well kept on the inside, but its like a ghost town otherwise. My kiddos hair is okay, theres flaws and it doesnt even look like the barber cared about the outcome. If you subscribe to the huge disparity in our American society about how hair is somehow different and therefore barbers can only cut a specific type of hair, and you fit that stereotype, then this place will probably serve you well. But if youre so blessed to have a diverse background that is spelled out in the texture of your hair, then dont even bother trying this place out. Hey, maybe their Rancho location is better suited for those of us that have to mark the other boxes? But the question is, is it worth driving all the way there to find out? We will keep looking for some place dar more welcoming and professional.. where they do a much better job and seem like they actually care. If you dont have the skill or love for the job, then at least knock people out with your customer service. I will always keep coming back to a place where customer service goes way above and beyond.Update: Reduced to one star based on the response and lack of accountability.

Every barber is good to go. The place is chill and modern with a kids area. Get your fade and trim for a decent price.

I went in about two months ago and asked for a simple haircut short on the sides and a little off the top and blended up to the top and a clean shave. Instead he used the clippers to give me a shave and did it really uneven and went so hard on my neck that I started bleeding and had a giant scar on my neck for 3 weeks. And my hair on the side was pretty much shaved, it was so short and he didnt even blend up to the top at all I looked like a mushroom worst haircut ever and he was so bad I didnt even ask him to fix it because I was scared he would make it worse or cut me more. Please dont go here!

We walked in with no appointment on Saturday morning to get my sons hair cut and were instantly sat down and taken care of! He is 14 months old and is afraid of the sound of the razor but these guys did amazing! They made the haircut quick and had my son just sit in my lap while they cut his hair and they gave him a great cut! We take our daughter to Wild Hairz but for a boy that is an expensive place when we have to go every couple months. We decided to try The Alley Barber for him this time and we will be going here from now on! We highly reccomend them! Louie did our sons hair and was fantastic! Because of the care and precision he cut our sons hair with, we will not have to go as often and it looks great!

Staff is professional and take great care of their customers. Price is commensurate withe the quality.

My hair got 420 wrecked here, hair line looks like a friggin lightining bolt and is not where it starts, as well as my hair looking extremely uneven. I am going to have to go to another barber to try to fix this.
