Walked in with my son and the lady told us that she wouldnt cut my sons hair unless we show her a picture. Im not looking for kindness but her tone was not ok.

This lady knows exactly what shes doing and shes been doing great for years. The entitled will complain because she doesnt lay out the red carpet and hand out free champagne. Either you show up knowing what you want or you go somewhere else to get your haircut, but it wont be as good!

Excellent barber! She gives my husband a clean fade every week. Im a cosmetologist and I highly recommend her.

Called to make an appointment, she said to just walk in. So I did, I waited a forever. Finally was next and she told me someone is next and has a appointment (no one was even there) and I told her I wish she would’ve told me ahead of time because I was in a rush. Then she has the Audacity to give me an attitude and say I should of have made an appointment?? So unprofessional with poor quality haircuts. I only went there because I needed a haircut and everywhere else was closed. Never again.

Geniva is the best barber in So Cal. She is highly skilled and spends time making you look great. Shes a very nice hard working lady. She offers straight razor beard trims and lines you up proper. Definitely go to her!!

I took my son to get a haircut and the barber seemed displeased immediately when I told her that my son needed a cut. I ignored her facial expression and then I asked her if she could give my son a medium fade with a 0. She said yes and started cutting my kids hair. At the end of our encounter, I asked if she was going to truly fade my sons hair only to have her say no because she doesnt provide that type of cut to kids. She should have told me as soon as i got there so I could have gone to a kid friendly barbershop around the area. Ive never been to a barbershop and instantly regretted it. I would have rated even lower if I could. I should have just driven those extra 5 mins to go to Level up barbershop.

I took my son and nephew here and was definitely impressed at the quality and time the lady took to cut their hair. The boys were happy, I was happy and my sister was happy. Highly recommend!

This place has become my go-to. Feel sorry for the guy that had a bad experience in a previous review but I always leave satisfied with my cut and beard trim. Prices are good compared to the other shops in Temecula and the lady (forgot her name) at the farthest chair is very nice and welcoming everytime I go.

Geneviva does an excellent job. Me and my son both come here and get our hair cuts done by her. She is fantastic. She is really Patient with my son who is 2 1/2 years old. She’s let’s him sit on my lap and does a great cut and trim, that is quick. Especially before he starts to move around and fiddle.She remembers my hair cut and does a really nice job every time. I always get a hard part and it comes out looking great. She spends her time doing it correctly and makes sure you are happy. If you want a new style she figures something out that looks good on you. Also show her a picture of a cut and she will make it happen. The wait is never long at all. Remember to bring cash. If not she has an atm inside you can use if need be.I highly recommend her to all.

Worst place I’ve been to in a long time. That lady is full of attitude and doesn’t listen. Rude and uncooperative. A big regret going there, never want to see that unfriendly person again. Bad customer experience.

I moved from Jersey 4months ago. Naturally was in the market to find my new barber. I found out about SC Temec Barbershop when i saw a kid in Murrieta with a super clean low fade, and i asked him who cuts his hair. Ive been seeing Geneviva bi-weekly religiously ever since. Very reasonable pricing, great conversationalist, and cuts hair like a painter paints a canvas. Where im from a barber does more than just cut your hair, its something u shud look forward to doing, and not jus another of lifes scheduled obligations. The girls that cut here are absolute sweethearts, they work hard, and take genuine pride in the quality of their work. Always look forward to coming here.

I came to this barbershop since it was open couple of years ago. I like how the location is located near a shopping center and the haircut and the prices arent too bad for the prices. The barber is nice and does a quality of good haircuts when I need a haircut.

The head barber there is patient and willing to work you through how your haircut is going to be, never disappointed and never a big wait.

My boyfriend gets his hair cuts here all the time and decided to take my little brother here. Lady was really nice and made my shy little brother the happiest (and handsome) little boy ever.

Its been almost 2 years using this place for my haircut, the owner who is the stylist is professional and very nice lady, she always give me the right haircut and I do not need to ask for any changes, I really recommend her to everyone

Took my son to get his haircut and she was more focused on watching tv. She gave him a bad haircut. I told her it was uneven all around she says, Thats just the way his hair grows out, its not my fault. This lady does not know how to cut hair. If you want bad customer service and a sloppy haircut then this is the spot.

Im from San Diego visiting family. We had a last minute reunion, & had to get a last minute haircut. So i decided to give this place a try. Uncomfortable feeling from the moment i sat in genovevas chair. She was doing ok at the beginning, yet the moment i told her to trim down a little bit more on top with scissors, she got upset. Instead, she did it her way...she used the machine all the way around. Bad haircut in the end, but its done. Regular haircuts are $14 dlls. she overcharged me $16. I can get a much better haircut in my local barber shop in San Diego for $12 dlls. Also, sanitation and cleanliness is important to me. Two guys before me had their hair cuts, and she did not bother to sweep up their hair on the ground or clean up the armrests. I dont need to be walking over or sitting right next to other peoples hair. Definitely NOT coming back!!

WORST PLACE!!!! Dont go here or dont get your hair cut from Geneviva. She is crazy! She started to cut my hair and decided she wanted to stop half way. I said Ill wait for the other guy and then she continued and gave me a buzz cut, which I didnt want and she over charged me $25.

Very bad service, bad experience of going to that place, since we took my child to cut his hair and we were attended by a Mrs. I think that by the name of Genoveva, very bad attention, arrogant and defensive of what we said seemed to bother her and really the treatment he gave my child did not like us either, he has no respect for what he does, nor for his clients ... I do not really recommend the place, at least not with that person, in our case we do not return to go ....
