OVER 30 MINUTES WAITING IN MY CAR, THEIR PHONE NUMBER IS DISCONNECTED AND NO ONE ANSWERS THE 1 800 PHONE NUMBER!!!!!!!!NOT HAPPY AT ALL!! NO ONE ANSWERING THE PHONE, NOR TEXT!!! VERY POOR BUSINESS!!!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS AT ALL!!!!!!!

DO not GO HERE I SET UP AN APPOINTMENT A WEEK IN ADVANCE PAID 50.00 TO HOLD MY APPOINTMENT RECEIVED CONFIRMATION. AND ONCE I GOT TO THE APPOINTMENT THE TECH WAS NOT THERE TOLD ME TO RESCHEDULE DUE TO FLOOD AND STORM WHEN IT WAS NOT RAINING OR FLOODED AND THERE WAS A PERSON IN THE SALON DOING HAIR CLAIMS FOR SAFETY PURPOSES NO WAS WAS THERE BUT THERE WAS 2 PEOPLE THERE WORKING SO SHE ENDED UP RESCHEDULEING ME FOR TODAY. I CONTACTED HER 2 HOURS BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT DUE TO THE FAR DISTANCE JUST TO MAKE SURE SHE WAS GOING TO SHOW SHE NEVER REPLIED OR RESPONDED. SO I JUST WENT TO THE APPOINTMENT BEING 5HAT I RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION FOR THE APPOINTMENT 24 HOURS PRIOR I GET THERE 15 MINS EARLIER AND THE PLACE WAS CLOSED I WAITED UNTIL 930 TO CONTACT THE TECH SHE ENDS UP TURNING HER PHONE OFF AND COMPLETELY IGNORED MY CALLS OR TEXT. AT 130 PM SHE TEXT ME TELLING ME SHE WAS SICK. WITH COVID going AROUND I DONT THINK THAT WOULD OF BEEN THE RIGHT EXCUSE FOR NO CALL NO SHOW WANTED TO RESCHEDULE I REQUESTED FOR MY MONEY BACK SHE HAS NOT REFUNDED IT YET AND I WILL REPORT THIS TO BETTER BUSINESS BEA

Amanda Is An Amazing Lash Tech. She Is The Only Person I Will Let Do My Lashes. I Originally Lived In DC And Would Be Booking My Appt When Visiting FL To Make Sure My Lashes Were Done By Her. She Is Extremely Friendly, Funny, And Makes You Feel So Confident With Your New Lashes. The Set I Got Was Called The Classic Set And It Lasted Me A Good 3 Weeks With Minimal Shedding. I Am A Loyal Customer. ❤️

Good Morning,I usually don’t write reviews, but I had to.Unfortunately, your services will no longer be supported by me.I have set up appointments numerous times, messaged the phone number provided, sent dms and my request are barely acknowledged.The first incident happened on my birthday party. Although I was given my service, it was rushed because I booked ahead of schedule but my technician didn’t remember the appointment therefore I was late for my party and had to wipe the makeup off because I asked for natural and it was drag queenesque.The second appointment was booked for May 28 and I messaged to verify and got no response. I show up during a storm and was asked if I could come back later. Absolutely not, it’s storming, flooding and I live an hour away. I was asked to come back today at 0930. Here I am in the parking lot with zero service waiting on my technician. This is no ok.I will no longer support this business. Although I understand Covid 19 has Disrupted things, these issues were prevalent before the pandemic. Perhaps hiring an assistant to schedule appointments effectively, communicate constraints with your clients, something.I am beyond frustrated as this is money out of my families mouth I have to use for wasted gas.Thank you.

Please do yourself a favor and do not book here. They took my deposit for a appt over a week ago and havent heard anything since. No confirmed appointment or anything. I will be disputing it with my card!
