They do a good job with brows and Brazilian.Only issue is if you are a few minutes late you have to be rescheduled and they are not forgiving when it comes to appointments .Also if you reschedule your appointment that is less than 24 hours they will charge you the full amount.I keep coming because they do a good job but I’m trying to find a place here in st Pete with better customer service . A business like this mirroring that of a doctors office.They should be able to understand because they are also late in servicing you and does not take you right at your appointment time.

Life changing!! I got my eyebrows microbladed and shaded by Brent in 2018 and I could not be happier with my results. They still look great 3 years later! He was very knowledgeable, professional, and honest. Worth every single penny. I did my research before hand and definitely made the right choice. Every detail of the design was perfect and symmetrical. Pain was absolutely manageable and Brent was phenomenal about checking in with me to ensure I was comfortable. The aftercare instructions he provided were beyond helpful, and allowed me to heal perfectly without any embarrassing flaking and peeling (if you’ve researched some of the horror stories from microblading you know what I’m talking about…). That part alone should sell you on how phenomenal of an artist Brent is, it really shows how much he truly cares about his craft. It’s now been 8 weeks since my appointment and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself. I NEVER thought I would be so comfortable in my own skin, especially without makeup but the confidence I have now because of my brows is LIFE. CHANGING. I found Flirt thru a client of mine whose brows looked amazing and she informed me she sees Michelle for Microblading. I was SO excited to finally have found somewhere/one that does such quality work. I patiently waited a few months as she was booked out pretty far (Always a good sign ;) ) and my goodness was it worth the wait. Michelle rocked my brows! She really listened to what I wanted and they came out beautiful. :) Also her personality is super cool, while maintaining professionalism. She made me feel comfortable with everything and I felt like she really cared about her work. I do lastly want to mention that the actual location itself is very clean, atmosphere was relaxing, drinks are offered in the waiting room and the front desk was friendly and also professional. As someone who works at a spa themselves as an esthetician Im pretty picky about where/who I go to and I will definitely recommend any clients I have to Flirt for Microblading and be a continued customer myself.

Not my first issue with the front desk at Flirt. When I first used them in September for a hydrafacial/dermaplaning combo they called me the evening before my appointment to reschedule me, then proceeded to schedule me on the wrong day. When I showed up I found out (rudely) my appointment was the next day. Whoever I dealt with said they would take an additional amount off my service, but that was never applied when I returned the next day. No big deal, I have the money. I also used them for eyebrow services after since there are talented people that work there, I can’t deny them that.I repeatedly tried to call their front desk yesterday morning as I woke up extremely ill and had a 12pm appointment. I attempted calling them and using their “convenient” text message service for the front desk before I even took myself to urgent care (I was diagnosed with a virus that is going around). Flirt never returned my messages/calls, yet keeps trying to charge my card a no show fee (it’s a dummy card I use for scam places like this, so good luck charging). I finally got someone who answered the phone this morning who didn’t care about my illness and said the 24 hour cancellation policy still applies. Do they need my doctors note?? I had an easier time getting work coverage than trying to reschedule an appointment at Flirt which I will never use again. Funny how when they needed to change my prior appointment within 24 hours, the rules didn’t apply to them - and again when they screwed up the day I booked to reschedule. Abysmal customer service which is unfortunate because there are such great people beyond the front desk.Absolutely laughable, make sure you check your crystal ball before booking an appointment here to know you will not be sick on the day of. Or just show up with a virus anyway and infect their staff, that seems to be what they’d like you to do.

Brent is fantastic! This place is amazing. So clean and comfortable. Everything from the moment you walk in the door is first rate service. You can’t go wrong choosing Flirt. Would give a million stars!

I followed Michelle on Instagram for several years before I finally decided to go through with microblading/shading. I debated going to someone else who may have been cheaper or didn’t have as long of a waitlist, but I am SO happy I didn’t. I actually got called in early from her cancellation list. She won me over by her healed microblading posts- some clients went a few years without needing a touch up and they looked fantastic! The pigment healed soft and beautiful, without turning gray or orange. Other artists were too new to tell, and I’ve seen enough botched microblading that I was not willing to be anyones guinea pig! When I went for my initial visit, she analyzed my facial features, how I liked them to look, mapped everything out, and showed me before she did anything. I felt very involved for the entire process and comfortable with how much of a perfectionist she was! I followed her post op instructions and had ZERO scabbing! Just had my touch up today and needless to say, she is stuck with me for life, because I can never live without these brows again! I also love that she says, “if in a year, your brows still look great, I don’t need to see you! Less is better to avoid scar tissue formation.” I can honestly say this was the best investment and I’m SO happy with the outcome and professionalism of Michelle. She is the BEST in Tampa and her work speaks for itself!!!

Been going to Flirt for about a year now and always have a great experience. My brows got a little crazy during the pandemic but Ariel managed to get them back under control! Be aware of the cancellation/reschedule policy- they will charge you 100% of the service if you cancel or reschedule if you don’t give notice before 24 hours of your appointment- benefits of booking in advance is that you get a discount, but if your life is ever-changing or you aren’t 100% sure about the date and time then I do not recommend booking in advance.2. Facial is average - I had Nova and she was very sweet and knowledgeable, but I felt as though she rushed through with how fast she was moving. If you need to get in and out or prefer a quicker service then this is for you. At the end a he recommended I try their Premium facial next time, but I wish she would have before we began because that was the one I was originally interested in.3. Front desk team is not knowledgeable or even get answers when they don’t have the information - when I called to book the appointment, I spoke with Livia and asked her how much extra the Premium facial is. She said it was newer and not many people have gotten it yet so she wasn’t sure but fussed it was $50 more...during my facial I come to find out from Nova that it is the exact same price as the hydrafacial and it has actually been around longer. The worst part is that I asked if she could please confirm the price with an aesthetician, she said they were busy and she would check and call me back or have someone else contact me and I never heard back from them on that. I come to learn she is new, so it’s understandable that she didn’t know but at the very least hoped for a call back and wish she was honest about being new and not knowing instead of making up an amount.

Michelle is incredible. She is so easy to communicate with and really does a phenomenal job! Cannot rave enough about how happy I am with my new eyebrows!!

I did a ton of research before finally deciding to get my eyebrows microbladed and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to go to flirt wax bar! Michelle was incredibly professional, took the time to fully consult with me on what color, look, thickness etc. that I wanted for my eyebrows, and gave extremely detailed information and instructions. My healing process was 5x better than I expected. If you follow the detailed instructions Michelle provides, you won’t experience any scabbing or crazy discoloration while you heal. My eyebrows look very natural and I get compliments all the time. My makeup routine time has been cut in half now that I don’t have to deal with coloring in my eyebrows everyday!

They were very thorough about the process and upfront about the price & policies. I booked an appointment for several months later. During the appointment, Michelle was so professional and kind. She took lots of time to make sure I was happy with the shape, color, and position of the microblading. I was nervous walking into my appointment, but after talking with Michelle my nerves were completely eased. She performed her job with absolute precision and thoroughness. I could not be happier with how my microblading turned out and the confidence it has gave me. The price is worth the quality. I will definitely be returning to Flirt Wax Bar & recommending them in the future.

Flirt Wax Bar is THE best place in all of Tampa for microblading. The quality of the results by Brent is unmatched. He truly is an artist and miracle-worker. Both he and the owner have always been very professional, patient, kind, understanding, and overall of a high quality. In the beginning I know I was a bit demanding and picky but nonetheless they worked with me to make me happy. Because of that I will never have anyone else touch my brows. Awesome experience! The studio is clean, and cute as can be. The check in experience is quick and efficient and the counter staff is super sweet. They have complimentary beverages. Kirsten was my tech, I booked for dermaplaning and a hydrafacial. First time ever having a facial and Kirsten was AWESOME and gentle. She walked me through the whole process and WOW do I love the results. My pores have never been this clear. 😍

Brent did the microblading on my eyebrows by Brent in February and the only thing I can say is why did I not do this sooner?!? After some terribly misguided plucking in the 90s Ive spent 20+ years painstakingly penciling in my brows. Its the thing I spent the most amount of time on with when doing my makeup. While my perfecting session has been rescheduled due to the state of the world I could be happier and more confidant showing off my makeup-less face on video conference calls for work because I know my brows look amazing! If youre on the fence its totally worth the money, truly life changing!

Ive gone to both, Tiffany E and Kirsten G, and they listened to my wants and never took too much off, especially when I was still letting my eyebrows grow in. Now I have full, nicely shaped eyebrows that I constantly receive compliments on!
