Service is quick and professional. Manager was great. Tech was good, he just needed a tiny bit more training. Price is average for the market, however you can obtain a coupon on their website. Much better experience than my Cadillac dealership.

I went here 2 days ago hoping the convenience of a quick oil change would not mean sacrificing quality work and I shouldn’t have. My car has been leaking oil ever since. It leaks small amounts if it’s parked for a short amount of time, and leaks a much larger puddle about 1ft in diameter if it’s parked overnight. Now I have to figure out where the leak is coming from and take it somewhere that I can trust, so my quick oil change has turned into quite the ordeal. Save yourself the trouble and take it somewhere that takes the time to check the essential parts of your vehicle, like your gaskets, other fluid levels, tires and so on.

They advised me to change my air filter, changed the oil on my car, and provided first class customer service all in the matter of 5-6 minutes. They were super fast and efficient. These guys are amazing. I came in for an oil change, because I’m about to take a road trip home to Texas. They took it upon themselves to check my tire pressure and secure a loose skip plate so that I could have a safe trip home. Elijah, Nico, and Jonathan were the guys that helped me. I’m loyal to Take 5 back home because they are always fast, friendly, and don’t try to trick you into spending money on things you don’t need. They are always honest and knowledgeable. Went for a oil change. The next day my oil sensor went off I take it back they say it was just a faulty sensor. Few days later oil leak in my driveway. Bring it back they check and say no oil leaks showing. Few days later my car ran out of oil completely dry so I bring it back. They fill it up and state they see no issues with the oil change but my transmission bucket was drenched in fluid and told me they can’t change it they don’t carry the specific transmission fluid for my car and send me to a transmission shop. Transmission was the oil leaked they caused made my transmission bucket get drenched due from the oil spilling into my engine, after hearing them say my car was fine I continue to drive it and notice I continue to have leaks. Fast forward 2 months later I still had leaks in my driveway and said I’m just going to hire a mechanic to review it. They immediately see leaks and state the last person to change your oil caused the issue. I take it back here and make them check it until they give me a answer and not tell me everything is fine as I continue to leak oil. They are not mechanics they had no idea what was wrong they send me to another shop Meneike who is ran by a mechanic named Sal. This mechanic stated he couldn’t prove if I caused the issue or they did once the issue was discovered (not biased at all right?) which was caused by them but because they kept telling me everything was fine when their District Manager Kyle finally called me and gave me the run around too to get time to get a no fault response from their team that handles these issues. Due to me waiting to long to file a claim due to me being told there was no issue they declined to help me and I’m left with a $700 repair due to them breaking something on my car during my last oil change that they refused to fix after telling me several times there was no issue all while holding no Mechanic License. Never going back they did customer manipulation to believe they caused no issue so you would stay away long enough for them to be able to pull “not at fault due to it being to long ago”. Car is a 2018 and never had issues now I have a $700 repair for parts thanks to them.

Manny and his team always take good care of me. I dont ever feel like Im pressured into unnecessary services and they always take their time in explaining what I need to know

1. The car in front of me was done and I was waiting and waiting they just kept chating for another 15 minutes2. They were somehwhat nice however the way they spoke to me because I am a woman, they expected I did not know anything about cars and VIN numbers ect.. Exact opposite in my case. Should not assume3. The prices are absolutely outrageous. Not even top of the line oil and for my car it was $85 for an oil change... I can go to the dealer and it is half that4. They took about 15-20 minutes to do my oil... it is 5 minute oil change right?5. Gave me a sticker to come back in 3 000 miles for an oil change.. I have synthetic oil and it is a Toyota, oil changes are every 10,000 milesI dont need a response offering me to come back and I will get the service I deserved the first time. I am All about customer service. The first time I come and you have techs who treat women as not as knowing about cars, the wait was ridiculous over 30 minutes for a 5 minute oil change and your over priced, I would never go back

Very good, excelent service

First time using this place and it was a really great experience! Everyone was super friendly and they didn’t try to talk you into getting other services other than what you asked for! Johnathan and Eli were great, it didn’t have to wait long at all to get help and it only took them about 10-15 minutes to check and do everything they needed.

Akeem and the entire Take 5 team at this location go above and beyond to suite customer service and vehicle needs, and made me and my husbands oil changes (and my wiper blade replacement) super quick and easy! I would also like to thank Akeem again for his world class windshield washing skills and good humor! A great overall oil change experience and safe interaction!

Incompetence.Tried to send my car out without doing a pressure check. Then after the pressure check, they tried to send my car out. I asked about my tire pressures and despite having stated that the tire pressures had been checked on the receipt, these guys DID NOT check the tires, so I had tell them how to do their job again.I got home and checked under the hood because I no longer trust this place. Turns out they also left 2 of the latches off from my airbox.If you decide to go here, be sure to hold them to their (very basic) standards or better yet, go someplace else.

I went to Take one on Hwy 301 and Causeway it was a very pleasant experience with some of the most nicest young men...They were very professional and quick and fast!...I will continue to go to them because of there professionalism and Kindness...KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

I went here for the first time. Was directed to pull into the garage and I waited for maybe 20 minutes or more. They took another person in after I was directed in and helped that person, then helped another person that arrived at the same time I did while I just waited. I only had a small amount of time before needing to get back to work, which is why I wanted to try the 10 minute oil change. I wont be going back. I will just make appointments at better operations.

I always work on my own car for serious repairs but changing oil is so easy and repetitive that I just like it done quickly. This is the fastest most convenient way to get that done without even leaving the driver seat.

Went here thinking it would be quick, I was 2nd in line and waited 30 minutes for one car. When I got in, I was in there for another 20 minutes for a 10 minute oil change. As slow as it was, one employee took two personal calls and stepped away twice. So I ended up being there 50 minutes, no mention of it from employees, not very friendly or professional. I had a coupon, was told I couldn’t use it because it was already discounted at $40 and I couldn’t “double dip”.

I really like Take 5 because they have military discounts, but their service and quality are great as well!

My fiancé stop in on the new 301 location with a $25 oil change coupon from the website of that location after there the guy was talking to her and she didn’t understand what the guy was saying why it was gonna be so much more money and she ended up paying around $80 after they took $10 off... $10 for what? She had a $25 oil change coupon.... I do not recommended at all
