These guys are the best!!! They were efficient, professional, and respectful. They changed my brakes, did an oil change, changed the air filters, and fixed my bumper. They did a great job and gave me an excellent price! The new owner Sam was awesome and worked with me with different options for parts. I appreciated the time they took to do a good job on my vehicle. I will DEFINITELY be coming back!

I took  Ford Fusion for a small leak repair.  After the repair,  I was driving home and the car shut down on me on interstate.  Had the car tow  back to the shop and he say it was his fault.  Cause he did not tight up a bolt. After that, we been having so much problems.  He been trying to make it right and still havent.  So he told us he made an appointment with Ford. Come to find out, that he was lying to us. He had our car sitting at some lot waiting to get fix over a month. So I ask for the car back, ar this point. I had enough of BS. Also he lost the engine cover and is been on order over 4 months now. He also mess up my Beetle too, I will never take another car there again. Also you might not want to take your car there for oil change there either. I mark the outside cover of my filter,  to see if they change them. Nope! Everyone who works there is not certified mechanic,  including the owner. I will be pursuing a lawsuit and file with a Better Business Bureau.

5-Stars. My car drives so well now. Excellent job on brakes. No pulling on braking. They even checked all fluids. The car was spotless when I picked it up. WOW I just did not expect this level of service. I will definitely have them work on my tire rotations and replacement. Struts need work too! Very happy customer- Thank you.

Came here and got a full synthetic oil change for $55. Awesome deal, fast and friendly service. Definitely coming back and highly recommend.UPDATE: came here to get my fuel pump changed and they completely screwed my fuel system. Car smelled like gas and was leaking gas. On top of that they did some shady wiring that fried something in my electrical system. They offered to try and fix it for another $50 on top of the $600 I already paid. I wont be coming back. All these folks are good for is oil changes and brake changes.

Been coming here for about a year and always felt welcomed. Staff is friendly & knowledgeable. Prices are fair with quick service. Use to go to Midas but tried this place because closer and glad I did! The little local businesses are always better then the big chains. Give them a shot because you will not regret it!

Employee at the front office was courteous, but that is all. Went to change oil, but after draining the oil they said that they cannot unscrew the filter out. Ended up adding oil to the old filter. A lady(I guess she is the owner) showed up halfway through the process and started yelling and swearing at the technician who accompanied me to show the un-removable filter.Not the ideal place.

Andy is a great mechanic we moved here from sc he always did right by us. But hes got some mechanics that dont know what their do doing. My car has not run right since this guy worked on it. Charged me for doing a bad job. Andy needs to get rid of them or hes gonna lose good customers. Last time charged 135.00 for labor did nothing no parts. Why. Took back twice for same thing and my car barely runs . thanks for nothing

Expensive oil changed.

This place has got to be the most unprofessional, shadiest place I have ever taken my car too. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use this place unless you want something of yours to be stolen or mysteriously disappear. They only have one camera and that is inside the office. Nothing to keep your vehicle safe and secure. I had my car there while I decided if I was going to have them fix it and when I decided not to they tried to charge me 35$ a day storage fee and also stole my license plate. Andy, his fat sister and new beer bellied manager John are the epitomy of bad business. They not only threatened my 75yr old father but made him so uncomfortable and scared to have the car towed from there that he had to call the police to help him, which they did. When it was all said and done, they continued to say rude and taunting gestures. Karma is the best revenge. I hope nobody ever goes to this shop for your own safety and your cars well being.

Great place to get car fixed

I can only speak from my experience here, and it was great!!! Went to other shops​ in the area and was told by a few different mechanics I needed a new engine, Andy took a second look for me and found it to be something totally different, he installed the correct parts and my car runs like a top !!!! I couldnt believe it went from a $1700 estimate (from others) to just under $200 needless to say Andy got a customer forever my entire family goes here now . Great, honest and professional folks there..

Brought my car here over a year ago after a dealership quoted me a ridiculous amount to fix a squeaky door. Andy looked at my car, laughed and screwed in a new bolt and refused to charge me. Been coming here ever since!! Manny is also fantastic and goes out of his way to show me and explain certain things about the car so I wont run into problems later. The office manager, Hala is super friendly and funny and definitely makes the time go by a lot quicker if im waiting for work to be done on the car.

Andy is great, he is my Mechanic here in Tampa, doesnt tell you to change something you dont need or make you spend more than you have to because of him I have saved a lot and I go to him regularly for a oil change... highly recommended..

Thought that i had found an honest mechanic WELL I DIDNT. They made me pay for a service that I did not need, also left my car hood half way open and it rained the next day. It is sad that people are only out for money, i also paid them to drain and fix the bad smell in my AC, the smell is still there, i think they only sprayed air freshener in it 4/17/16 3 different mechanics have confirmed that my motor mounts are causing my car to shake terribly, i paid quick lube to install the motor mounts & they put on the wrong bolts according to other mechanics, & they made me pay for a $50 wheel alignment knowing that wasnt causing my car to shake, the messed up motor mount job is the problem

I was referred here by a friend, got fast oil change. So when my transmission went out I shopped around and ended up getting it done here for almost half the price. Now I see negative reviews, and they may be true but can only speak for my experience. It was great and I saved a lot of money.

If it was possible for me to give a quarter of a star I would’ve done that! I went there on the 25th of this month to get a simple oil change. The customer service at that time was fine I guess, it wasn’t extraordinary or anything. But the woman quoted me it would take about 30 minutes and it ran a little bit over that. That’s fine. However, when I proceeded to get some gas today I looked down at my car and realized I was standing in a pool of oil. Apparently the technician or lack there of that they have hired there doesn’t even know how to properly tighten up the undercarriage I of a vehicle back together. When I called this business to try and Inform them about this in a very calm and professional manner the woman I talked to on the phone was very rude and uncooperative. I live in Lakeland and driving back out there on my dollar wasn’t something I was going to stand for when it was their technicians fault I lost the oil I just paid for anyway. I asked the woman if she would either reimburse me for the gas for me to drive back out there or reimburse me for the oil change in the first place for the inconvenience of driving out. This is where the quarter of a star comes in, how dare you have a business that sends out a faulty service and then Not do your due diligence in resolving the issue you had with a customer. These people might fix your car, but if you happen to get the same technician I did maybe that car won’t get fixed and will they do anything about that? Absolutely not in my opinion! Wouldn’t recommend this place to my enemy.

HORRIBLE!! AVOID AVOID AVOID! This place is a rip off.They fix the car based off what a diagnostic says, not off knowledge. paid just $500 for my problem to only be fixed for 10 minutes of driving from the place. Called to see what was up with that and they said theyd have to look at it again, as far as money, Id be paying again for whatever they touch, which makes no sense, because they messes up to begin with. Ahmad is a total fraud and not professional.

BEWARE! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!I used to work at an oil change shop and normally do my oil changes myself but I was in a time crunch and needed it done fast, so I tried this place out. What a huge mistake. I watched them from outside the bay as they took my car in. They barely drained my oil because they screwed the oil drain plug back in before it was done draining completely. I know how long it takes to pump 5 qts of oil into an engine; they did not pump all 5 quarts (probably 2 quarts). It gets worse. They didnt even change my oil filter. I was charged for a VO-107 (Valvoline Oil Filter) and when I got home and looked under my car, it was my old black MOPAR filter with mud still caked on it. I went back and confronted them (they acted like they didnt know what they did) and was given my money back. I had to go to somewhere else to get a REAL oil change and sure enough when they drained the oil it was all black and thin.I guess these people thought I didnt know anything about cars and thought they could get one over on me. Imagine if I didnt check and didnt know what was going on. This could cause serious damage to my vehicle if I thought I got an oil change and ran it another 3-5k miles on old oil + filter.
