I like that Stephanie Saltzgaver, my recruiter, seems to have a good knowledge and understanding of my specialty (home health).I really appreciate that she is understanding and helpful in trying to find me contracts with an alternate work schedule. And so far Ive appreciated that she has been willing to add specifics in my contract that are important to me. I find in my specialty it is very important to have agreed work load (productivity amount), schedule, call, etc. put in the contract and she seems very willing to do that.Plus Stephanie is just overall very pleasant to talk to and she is really good about giving me positive compliments as well as just being overall supportive and understanding, especially during the compliance requirement phase of a new contract, which sometimes can be very stressful
Angelina is very attentive and knowledgeable about the job postings, and she responds in a promptly manner. She also provides you with several other options to increase your chances of getting a contract. Her confidence in her work made me feel really comfortable.
Stephanie and Caroline were both wonderful and walked me through each step! They made the entire process easy and painless, I start my first assignment today and I couldnt be more excited. Thank you both so much.
Every question I had for Kaylee was answered completely and to my satisfaction. If there was an issue she was not sure of she researched it and got the answer quickly. I think Kaylee should be a Trainer for other recruiters.
Ive been considering travel therapy for many years, but with life as it were, I was unable to do so. This summer, it became evident that I was in need of a change. I had received a number of messages from recruiters over the years through email, text, and LinkedIn. Some of them just werent the right place or the right time, and a few were outright rude. As I was ready to embark on this exciting adventure, I sifted through some that I hadnt deleted, and stumbled on a text from Amanda Freedman from Ardor Health Solutions. I cant tell you what it was, but something made me click reply and reach out to her. I had contacted a few others with other agencies, but from that moment forward, Amanda has been absolutely wonderful to work with. She stood out, head and shoulders, from the rest She, and the entire team at Ardor work together to ensure that I feel abundantly happy, valued and supported, from that very first conversation! Desiree, Melissa, Michael and many others who work tirelessly behind the scenes have also been fantastic. I know I am not the only therapist Amanda works with, but she has not missed a beat in making me feel like I am. Amanda goes to bat for me, listens to me when I need to rant, and checks in with me frequently, even if it is just to let me know I am appreciated. I cannot put into words how ecstatic I am to have chosen her to represent me to Ardor and to the schools and facilities I am and will work in. I am proud to represent such a fine recruiter and company as well. It makes me happy to be who I am and to do what I do every day!
Stephanie has been very trustworthy, transparent, helpful and professional.
This company refuses to pay nurses quarantine pay that is due them. They are dishonest and careless.
Terrible experience. Rude to me when I accepted a better position. No clue where to send me for basic things like fingerprintinting The recruiter did not respond to emails only the kind assistant. They make you take 3 tests and send about 9 pages of information and expect a start date within 2 weeks of an interview and then demand more and more paperwork. You are expected to pay out of pocket for things like CPR.
My recruiter, Kim Davis, always manages to find the perfect job for me. Ardor Health always paid on time, provided assistance with licensing and were supportive and available whenever it was needed. Panicked phone calls and emails were always met with calm reassurance by Kim and Alexa.
I enjoyed contracting with Ardor Health. The staff were supportive once I was on the jobs. Someone was always immediately available by phone, text, or email for problem solving, especially on Fridays as I was trying to get my hours inputted!! (Some agencies are not..)They completed their responsibilities carefully and were easy to work with. Their in-services were excellent!
I have been a travel therapist for 4 years now and Ardor is a wonderful company to work for. Brittany Cohen is the best recruiter. Very motivated, personable, and a strong advocate for her travelers. I love working for her and her team.
Enjoyed working with Ardor health solutions. Very helpful staff, smooth transition from one job to another job at finish of each contract. Good benefits and perks. When ready to go back to work I would definitely choose them again.
Caring, supportive, knowledgeable recruiter!Stephanie Saltzgaver is my recruiter and I just can’t say enough good things about her and this company. My first travel contract was with this company. They didn’t have anything in the area I needed to be in for my second contract but I counted down the days until I could get back to them for my third contract! Pay and benefits are above average. Their friendliness and positive attitude are invaluable!! You are never made to feel like you’re just a number or just someone’s commission like you feel with some other companies.
Brittany Cohen at Ardor Health was awesome to work with. She not only made sure I had a solid contract but was also a solid advocate for me while in the field. I would recommend her to anyone looking for travel work.
Ardor Health is very helpful and supportive. I received a placement that fulfilled not only my professional needs but personal needs also. I highly recommend this company.
I worked with Ardor for my first three years of traveling therapy. I loved every minute. My recruiter was phenomenal.
I worked as a contract SLP for Ardor. The staff was knowledgeable and always made sure that my questions were answered and my concerns were addressed. I would definitely contract with Ardor again.
Ardor Health Solutions has been one of the best agencies for me to work with while being a travel nurse. I would recommend it to anybody.
My recruiter Niki Dreslick was so awesome she helped me with everything she deserves a raise! Ardor was a good experience!
I was very happy the 3 years i worked with them and I would again when the the comes.
Theyre a horrible company and I would never put my career in jeopardy working with them ever again.
Excellent company. Excellent support team!
Best travel company I found so far, Kim Davis and Alexa Haydar ROCK!
Great company!! Very professional and reliable!
Very bad. Pay was incorrect. Job didnt work out. Almost ruined my career
