Lay-off means there is no work left or availableDischarge means misconduct is what lead to your dismissal. If you don’t provide a reason for dismissal other than the contract is ending it’s a lay-off. Please stop sending me things as if I’m still employed cause UI thinks I was discharged. The contract I worked was thee worse the trainers were unprofessional and kept doings things to get me to quit within the first week, like not providing credentials for me to access the system they were training us on, an they hired me. they also managed to get my address which is over 2 hrs away, they were spotted and followed me to my home the reason I know is because I dodged them an the same car ended up at my house, an at some point put a tracking device on my car. The trainer then mentioned what I was wearing minutes after being spotted. Not only that they hired me for part time then mid contract forced everyone to switch to full time an pretty much said do what you need to do for your families. When the contract was over they told new prospects I was late and took breaks when I wanted. When I was on time each shift, when really I communicated every time.I knew I was good employee because they would announce new ways of doing things based on my recorded calls. I only took this opportunity to be employed through the pandemic I never been so happy to leave a position I actually liked doing. I’m employer traumatized at this point I cannot stand a messy unethical employer, This whole experience could have turned into something else.

I worked for Kforce last year and referred about 7 people that they actually hired. I never received my referral bonuses. I contacted the representative about it a few times. There hasn’t been any follow ups. Not sure if anyone else have the same issue. I will update my rating if they ever care to reach out. It has been over 1 year already!

The recruiter at Kforce got me a job interview. He said he told me it was only a 90 day assignment but he did not. So I had the interview and the lady interviewing me said I just want to tell you up front this is only a 90 day position. So I ended the interview. When I called Brett to tell him he was very disrespectful and pretty much said I was lying. I would not recommend them at all. I also reached out to 2 supervisors who never got back to me. Do yourself a favor and go with Robert Half.

I rarely make bad reviews on things, but I truly felt the need to WARN people of this place if they were trying to seek employment. The communication is absolutely HORRID. I got the run around for an assignment for MONTHS. I STILL haven’t heard back from them. I was told I was assigned to a government work from home assignment at the end of February. I went through the background check, on boarding process and everything but never started the position. Never received the equipment to begin either. At different times I couldn’t reach ANYONE. When I was able to, I was told simply to wait. Over.... and over again. Soon they completely stopped contact with me. Luckily I was able to find employment elsewhere but that was after almost 2 MONTHS of waiting for them. I can’t believe I wasted so much valuable job searching time with this organization. If I could give, 0 stars, I would have. Also, kforce, please don’t respond with an automated message saying you feel sorry I endured this experience. I know you truly don’t care. Because if you did, you would have reached out with more details beforehand, This review is here to warn people!!! NOT an opportunity to try to resolve an irreconcilable issue.

So sad once the recruiter gets the commission for getting you hired you no longer hear from them, they ignore emails and voicemails and you never can contact ANYONE after being on hold for literally 2 hours. So if your current position ends without notice dont expect to hear that or speak to your recruiter ever again. No matter the great employee you maybe KFORCE is the total opposite of the who they claim to be.If I have been trying for weeks to get a hold of ANYONE with no success KForce Should Obviously be contacting me by returning calls and emails! Run as fast as you can I had a religious accommodation negligent dispute with this company I also was retaliated against and was not paid correctly But in addition they had the audacity to not correct their error which then had impacted my reputation I had to get an attorney to assist me in addition to that a lot of the assignments that they have they overtize and the contracts are not fulfilled we were guaranteed 40 hours and in SCA bonus the SCA that we were supposed to receive was taken out in Texas and we never saw it In addition the 40 hours that we were supposed to have we actually never got those 40 hours they downsized us to 32 hours which impacted a lot of peoples livelihood They are horrible with communicating is hard to get to anybody until you threaten legal action Or to report them to the labor department and/or the EEOC Its the only highlight that I had to working for K force for the 1st and only time ever in my life was my recruiter who was above and beyond This company is not worth the money or the headache try any other agency before trying this one YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Within the first three weeks of hearing of an opening with Kforce, I was in the office and working in an entry-level position in the technology field that I want to make a career in. I have no complaints!

I worked with Kforce to get a recent product management role, and was impressed every step of the way. Instead of overbearing, dishonest, manipulative recruiters - you get incredible kind, patient, encouraging individuals who take the time to get to know you, your experience, qualifications, and what you really want. They dont pressure you, they work WITH you and then follow through with incredible support throughout your role and beyond.

It is a great place to work. Respect and professionalism always come first for each member of the teams with whom I work and have worked.

What does it say about a company that wont even answer its main switchboard phone line on a Tuesday at 11:45 AM? Furthermore, the company is providing staffing to a Florida state agency without giving the agents the necessary access to the state computer records that would enable the agents to actually support taxpayers having problems with their accounts. It would be like sending SCUBA divers to work on a road construction project.

It is very hard to get someone to speak on the phone at this company. I tried both my local office as well as the national office and there isnt an operator to speak directly with. The only option is to leave a voicemail, where they will contact you the next business day. Phones may be antiquated, but sometimes they are much more efficient than email.

My experience with Kforce was very unprofessional not to mention lack of communication and made me feel like Kforce has different rules/ policy that applies towards individuals based on “Diversity/ Nationality and this is so unfair. Just very unprofessional in so many ways just sadIt’s so much I would like to share that all of what I experienced can not fit into just 1 review. First I was told the job that I got accepted for will start on February 15 ( Did not happen) mean while I did not hear from anyone including Kforce staff members who were in charged of updating me. 2 individuals were in charged of updating me 1 female ( onboarding) and 1 male for updating/ onboarding again did not happen.

Ive been with this company for three years now. The people who Ive worked with as well as the people who I dont directly work with within Kforce have been nothing but amazing to me since Ive started working with the company. I can honestly say they have the employees best interest in mind. Everything that Ive ask for and everything Ive been promised has been earned, then given to me. Im proud to be apart of such a loyal company.

After the company I worked closed doors, I started to apply for jobs and no one gave me the opportunity. A very good friend of mine works for KForce and referred me to them. They called me for an interview and within days, I was given a Job offer. The staff communicates often and they are very friendly. If you want to get a good job, check them out! It will be worth it!

I am recently applying jobs through kforce. First couple of calls are ok with recruiters/immigration office staff but after that they are just magically gone without answering your calls or reply emails or reply through linkedin. And they are magically doing the same thing..?????Are they staffing company?? Or they are doing something else ???? Can anyone tell me what is going one????

I signed up with Kforce and they informed me about one position. I did not think the job was a fit for me. I never heard anything back on other positions. I followed up with them and called in on a weekly basis. They talk a good game but that is about it. I will try elsewhere. Very disappointing experience

I was placed on an assignment and completed the assignment back in 2017 by Brett at PwC, the assignment ended a few months before it was supposed to end, and Kforce didn’t try to place me anywhere else. I found a job on my own and unfortunately was laid off due to covid. I must have applied to about 10 plus Kforce jobs, the only responses I got were that my application had been received. A recruiter contacted me not relating to any of the roles I had applied to and never returned any of my calls. I know someone who works there and I reached out to her to see if she could put me in touch with someone and they called and told me and we spoke they would let me know if there were any roles they felt I was a fit for. 2-3 weeks come by and I hear nothing. I had to email the man I spoke with to let him know About the places I have applied to and to let him know I found something but it was not permanent and took the offer and was hoping he could help me find something permanent and he said “will do”. Being placed with Kforce before I thought I would receive better treatment then I had received. Being a recruiter myself this is extremely unprofessional and clearly the recruiters do not care about placing qualified candidates. The recruiters do not follow up and do not know how to pipeline, I feel like this last recruiter I used did not promptly look for any roles for me considering I found something before he even submitted me. Definitely burned their bridge with me. Do not use their staffing services

My recruiter does a great job of communicating with me when there’s a new career opportunity available, but I can’t help but feel that I keep getting set up for failure. I’ve been to about 5 interviews total since I’ve started working with them in August, and I haven’t received a single offer since. They’re not really helping me with my job search or my self-confidence. I might start looking elsewhere.

Kforce started out great. I was sent four jobs. I applied for three. I was asked to interview for two of them. I was only available for one interview due to a broken a/c, and tight time frame on the interview.I interviewed for the position, but never received feedback. I called and left several messages with Kforce, but these were not returned.I guess you have one week, or one interview to find a job with them, and then they move on? Not sure, but it was a disappointing experience.

Kforce as a company overall paid their employees on-time without delay, had a full experience on intake for new employees and ramped up quickly (and were accommodating) to ensuring that the employment process was executed well.My reason for such a poor rating is that Kforce does NOT communicate well and their employees do not consider that they are messing with peoples lives by being quiet in times of need. Responding days later to e-mails, never returning calls, making empty promises, never following up to inquiry and ignoring severity set by the contractor are just a few reasons why Kforce doesnt have my support.In the future, if I am engaged by Kforce, I will likely expect them to pay 15-20% more on a contract if they expect me to fill a role for them, just for the nuisance of their extremely shadowy performance as a staffing solution. They tout that they are flexible, understanding and competent, and though I was paid on time, I can not agree that they are any of these things, especially in post-contract follow-up.They refused to be a source of information for my job search, never gave me the time of day for further opportunities, and delayed extension of my benefits so far outside the window that I could never use them.Overall, you wont have a career at Kforce, as was my experience, that I got a job based on a referral only, and that was the end of my communication with them. Kforce uses, abuses and then ignores their contractors once theyve made their money.Would NOT recommend in the future.

I wish 0 stars were an option. The training was very minimal, the website to do the work on never worked, and Im having an issue with my pay from them. They dont respond to emails for at least a week and kept giving me the run-around where no one can solve any issues. I would never recommend this company to anyone for job opportunities.

One of the worst experiences Ive had. A recruitment agency with no explanation when theyve lacked in communication for weeks at a time. I had Lindsay Davis as my recruiter in the beginning and she lacked in communication immensely, weeks at a time. Any job that was interested would request an interview and out of nowhere not respond weeks later, so either Kforce chose to not follow up or are extremely incompetent with their leads and the information provided from employers. After my particular recruiter got promoted, I never received a point of contact in which she mentioned would happen, so AGAIN, here I am contacting them with complaints, so she just throws me over to the girl in which first contacted me for a interview: Ali. Another ridiculous situation in which she would not contact me ever, and her excuse being:Oh theres just nothing I can find at the moment. Then I decided to contact their management and the same old story as well as a lovely curve ball in telling me: Youre requirements are a little harder to accommodate, since many of the employers we work with do not offer that much So a livable wage is harder to accommodate . So in my personal opinion, do not waste your time here unless you just want to make $13 an hr and be temporary at some random company youve never heard of.

Dont bother. They wont work for you as a worker seeking employment. I had an interview that I believed went very well and I wanted to accept the position if offered to me. Following the interview, I called my K Force agent, Brett, and left a voicemail (it was after work hours). I also emailed Brett letting him know it can be difficult to reach me via phone because of my working hours. I let him know that I wanted to accept the position if offered. Brett never called me back, never emailed me back, and never let me know in any way whether or not I was offered the position. Not only is that extremely unprofessional, but also very rude and disrespectful. To this day I dont know if the position was every offered to me and for all I know it could be simply because my agent never got in touch with the company or myself. Save yourself the time you must take off work to interview for another company and find a different staffing agency that will work for you.

Lets Start by saying what a Horrific experience. I was lied to about the rate...Supposedly getting paid $18.02 an hour and I get paid way less then that. I Tried contacting agents useless I tell you. They dont contact you They just give you the damn run around! They are taking my SCA from me trying to tell me it was my insurance yall are taking my money and still are!! and they dont even care when you call them! I am so over them !Not to Mentioned I Had to do My W2 form at least 3 Times. The K-force Rep we had in our location sucked she was useless ! Always here Late or didnt come in!I got contacted for hire the ends of Oct 2017 and Did my finger prints in NOV no but no information or contact until the end of Nov 2017 for it and to do my training over the computer no shadowing no nothing was in Dec 2017 ... I didnt start working until January 2018 not even a set schedule until way after !If I could put 0 starts I would .. I dont know how the hell they got Best Of Staffing Talent Satisfaction 2018 their full of Scat!!! Do not I mean Do not even think of contacting this agency.

I worked for Kforce in Hartford, CT and I REALLY liked it. My supervisors were approachable and gave great advice and help. I would highly recommend this company.

I’ve applied recently, and receive a call a week later. I interviewed and was told I’d be on board to the position I applied to a week after the interview. Sad to say I didn’t check the reviews. I got my hopes up and now I’m not sure what’s going to happen. I haven’t heard from anyone in a week now. They wanted to start me by the end of this month and I have yet to hear anything. I can’t believe a place like this is allowed to stay in business, it’s crazy. I’ll be back with an update (hopefully) a positive one because I can’t afford being deceived right now.

I worked for this place for a year and wasted my time. The place is a revolving door. Upper management only cares about making money for themselves and using anyone and everyone to make more money. The real kicker is they tell you that you are valued and they follow Christian values. What a load of poop! And if you dont drink the Kool-Aid and agree with their goals, you are not a team player. Heaven forbid, you use your brain to think and not be brain washed. My advice, dont waste anytime dealing with Kforce.

I have only had excellent experiences with Kforce, both with initial placement and during the contract. When my contact called to see how I was doing, there was none of the typical sixty-seconds-or-less pressure. How many agencies do that?

Very dishonest agency. My recruiter Brett Hall had me come in for an interview for a position at Pricewaterhousecoopers in Human Resources. He promised that regardless of the outcome of my interview with PWC, he would continue to work with me in order to get me into a fortune 500 company.To my knowledge the interview with him seemed to go great, he even went as far as saying that he would e-mail me all the necessary info for the interview, along with information about other positions BEFORE I got home that very day. I never recieved the email. I emailed him a few days later with no response. I then left a voicemail the following week. Still no response. He gave me the runaround.KForce should be noticing the PATTERN that there are MANY people leaving negative reviews about the SAME recruiter. His business ethics are dishonest and lead people on. He is more concerned with getting his commisiion rather than honoring the commitment he claims to give his clients.There is a lack of integrity in this business practice to promise someone they are going to work for them and then completly Ghost them because they found a better candidate. That is completley unfair. Thanks to his unprofessionalism the job posting closed on me and I lost out on a job oppurtunity that he said he was going to help me with. If this is the way K-force tells its employees to do their job, then they need to be reported to the Better Business Bureau. Shameful.

Honestly if I had the option I wouldn’t rate any stars at all. I received an offer via indeed for a position for a customer service role. In the beginning everything was great, I left a full time permanent position ( because of the working hours) and was led to believe that this opportunity was a true temp to hire position, if I did the things the company required to get hired on, which I did. The contract was supposed to last until The end of March but eneded the end of January because of “ call volume” which okay cool that’s not Kforces fault for something the company decided to end. But as a staffing company, one that I was in good standing with, they should have found me other work. My recruiter Brett, stated he was sending my info along for another position and I have not heard back, coming up on almost a month. I’ve sent emails and left voicemails. I have found another job opportunity but how unprofessional can you be to not even have the curtesy to let me know the outcome of new employment. If anyone comes in contact with this agency I suggest going elsewhere.

They place you in jobs that pay nice and are very comfortable to work for, good company overall but they fail to comply with simple task, i have been working on a job for over 3 weeks, and have yet to get paid. they pay you weekly and ask that you do all of your time cards before Monday. i have been lied to multiple times about receiving my pay and when you try to call, good luck getting in contact with someone .. there phones go straight to voicemail. they want you to talk to there email team all of the time and they barely respond! Im beyond frustrated with this company and if i could i would leave them and never come back but i have a family to take care of which bothers me even more because they know this and they still want to hold my money. Im not the only person going through this neither, plenty of my co workers have yet to receive there pay. AND MANY HAVE QUIT. please get it together k force, you are ruining peoples lives.

I was told i was working for a great firm. I worked at kforce internally for about 2 weeks without receiving the proper training or the laptop I needed to complete my work so while sitting with someone or shadowing if you would like to call it I will finish the person work that I was shadowing everyday for them I also did not get paid on time because they were not helpful with time logins and nobody knew what to do whenever I ask the question the supervisor was never there and was obnoxious and rude I was in called and told that my job was being taken away from me because I dont make enough I contact I feel like they fire people unfairly and they dont do a good job at their own jobs so they hire people to do their job and then fire them I absolutely do not recommend this company to anybody to work for they take away your job unfairly and dont care about their employees they did not train me at all people on the floor had to train me because the supervisor was never anywhere to be found the people training me did not even know what they were doing because the supervisor was never around the supervisors name is Adrian the recruiters name is Taryn who was very unhelpful with helping me with my pay as well as Daniel Lyons do not work for kforce it is a waste of time

I was employed by KForce from the Tampa, FL office in the early 2006 when Stephen Asaro was with the company. I speak highly of K Force at that time and everyone was very, very professional and had several placements. From working with my recruiter to working with the Travel and Payroll everyone was totally the greatest!!!

I wish, to be quite frank, that I could give zero stars. What you have here isn’t a recruiting firm, more of a clique of incompetent individuals that offer the promise to find you a career and then end up selling your credentials short in effort to make commision. They try to tell you they’re going to find a position that fits your specific field of interest and then send you multiple offers for an industry you didn’t even suggest. The woman I was in contact with advised me she would pass my resume off to a tech recruiter... never did and then “left the company”. I was then later able to find a job on my own that was exactly what I wanted. Moral of the story- don’t waste your time talking to these jokers. If you need a recruiter there’s plenty of organizations in the Bay Area, steer clear of this company. They’re a waste of time.
