Working for USA Staffing Services has been an amazing experience. A close-knit environment, full of people looking to help other staffing firms grow their business. If youre a recruiting firm looking to get the best customer service experience, USA is the way to go.

I was contacted by this company about two months ago in regards to them helping me run my job recruiting back office functions (payroll, workers comp insurance, etc...). They talked a big game and made me feel comfortable I was going to be in good hands with the tasks they were going to be taking over for me. Once I signed their contract it was all down hill from there. They consistently messed up my employees payroll and had ZERO idea of how workers comp actually functions. This caused me to lose employees who were upset over the constant weekly paycheck errors caused by USA Staffing and the Workers Comp issue landed me and the company my employee was working for in court due to USA Staffings negligence. Beware...the owner Matt is a very smooth talker and will convince you to sign with them, but once you sign the contract, youre in for a ride.

I got there and they just saw me and told me they dont have any jobs.
