After reading some negative comments about Aerotek in Tampa, I would like to share my experience with Aerotek here in Memphis, TN. My Recruiter Quinn C. was one of the best People Person I have ever interacted with, He got me a really good paying job, highest in Memphis, though the assignment just ended, he would have sent me on another one, but I am in the process of moving to Tampa, and hope that Aerotek can send me to work there. I have great experience with my Aerotek here and even landed a Team Lead position before assignment ended, and as far as getting paid I Never had a problem with hours or my pay, they were very prompt and my checks direct deposited was always on time. Aerotek is an amazing staffing agency that has a consistent and quick responsive foundation that allowed me many opportunities to suit my employment search. With that being said I was welcomed and very well taken care of by their employees- who are kind and generous with follow ups to make sure each week everything was in good standing. Absolutely thankful for these guys. I lost my job at the beginning of covid, I worked for a large general contractor and suddenly all my jobs got pushed back 6+months and I got let go. I filled out literally 100s of applications and heard nothing in 2 months. I contacted Aerotek after seeing them on Facebook on a whim, 2 days later they had a job for me as a project engineer, they thought Id be a perfect fit for. After a web interview and a in person interview, I was offered the position, this was 6 months ago. Next week my contract ends with Aerotek and I will be hired on to my new company. They were very responsive and always answered any questions or concerns. Before and after interviews they contacted me to make sure I was prepared, make sure things went smoothly, and to make I felt good about everything. I highly recommend them.

They are very attentive prior to getting the position that they are helping you with. But once you are in the contract position, they almost never got a hold of me. It could just be my recruiter but for a company that states they will help you every step of the way, my recruiter did almost nothing. The job was not bad at all; I was in a life insurance call center. Company was great and had amazing management.

The experience with Aerotek has been amazing.My recruiter that worked with me Gabby is Awesome.The communication t0o make sire of the next step was impeccable. She always there if you needed anything and any questions i ever had she made sure i had answers. I appreciate everything!!!! She kept me on an assignment making sure i had employment. Got a call from a recruiter to ask if I was looking for a job and do an initial screening. They are nice and very professional. Definitely the real thing. The process was quick and to the point. Got a job from one of the companies in their ‘roster’ in less than a week with a competitive salary. Appreciate everything!

Gabby help me finish my job hunt. When I first called into Aerotek, I was referred to a different person but I had left a voicemail and they never got back to me, I called the company again and left a voicemail for a different person, that was Gabrielle. she called me back the next day and now here I am, couple weeks later, waiting to start my new job at a wonderful company. it was painless, easy and quick. if you talk to anyone there I would suggest Gabrielle, she is supper attentive, will call you before and after every interview and prepare you for the interview! 7/10 questions the interviewers asked me I had already gone over with Gabrielle, so she really prepared me and set me up for success

I had been looking for a job for 3 months but as soon as I tried for Aerotek I received a call back from Taylor. She got me in the next week and found my job. I worked with Juliana and she was awesome! I had a couple obstacles in my way and as soon as I had a chance for an interview Julia got me in right away and I got the job! I moved from over seas and the processes was super easy and quick working with them. They had me on file for months before I could move forward but they didnt forget about me and as soon as I was ready, they were ready.

Aerotek placed me in a job that I absolutely love but beyond that they have been nothing but terrible. For the second month in a row they are weeks (3 both times) late paying my (and the other employees) bonus. When we call to complain we get told things like “you shouldn’t depend on a bonus to pay your bills” the bonus is earned and paid for by the company we are placed with and Aerotek has had the info for three weeks and have not paid us. There. Are about 30 of us in this situation and if we are not paid by Friday we will all be filing complaints with the labor board. How shameful that we need to do this just to get what we are owed.

Great staffing agency!!! I called to let them know I had applied for a job online spoke to one of their agents. Within 30 minutes received a called from Denise for an interview. The process was super easy and fast. I got an interview with Lennar Homes, received a job offer within an hour. Two weeks later I am working with one of the best home builders in the nation. Thank you Denise youre AWESOME!!!

Denise Taddei placed me with a company last year. She was so helpful. Unfortunately she does not work there anymore. I attempted to use them again this year and spoke with Marco Romanell and Rudy Dominguez after i applied for positions i was qualified for. Both of them called me immediately. Marco asked me to follow up with him in a couple of days. Rudy said he would talk to me soon. I never heard from them again. Im very disappointed in the lack of communication.

They are supposed to help you find work.After my initial interview, I havent heard anything from them. I have 20+ years in the Bookkeeping/Clerical fields, ran sales teams, put together a campaign for a telemarketing company that brought in over $2 MILLION in the first quarter. And I had just gotten my 2-15 Life, Health, and Annuities Agent License December 2015.I was willing to accept almost any type of job, and they still couldnt find me any work.

I wish I didnt have the option of even 1 star. I receive a call from a recruiter Julie. I called her after I get off job out of curiosity . She pitches me this great offer. She seemed to really care. I told her I would think about it and get back with her. She then asked me if I knew of any one looking for a job. I told her about a friend but she made a lot of money in her lost job. I also told her shes a hard worker and will have no problem pushing herself to a better position. She said great.Julie and my friend had sorta of a phone interview. Julie tells her can you come in to the office. Its an hour drive for my friend. She gets there. Julie asked her the same questions as in the phone. Then tell her no we dont have anything for you. We have an 18.00 an hour job but its probably to far for you.1. She is a dedicated person I would recommend her any time2. She would have listen to what the job was and take it in to considerationInstead Julie decides to change the whole interview to where have you been interviewing. Can I have their number and the hiring managers name? My friend asked why? She says well I can give them a call to see if we can help them with their hiring process.Being that I had my friend go to her of course I am upset. Shes a single mother of 2 and to drive 1 hour to get someone try to get leads from an unemployed person for their benefit.Completly wrong!I did speak to Julie supervisor she seemed nice. However all this makes me to believe this something they do as a company... cant trust someone like this...

Irresponsible, i was hired for Lockheed and Martin they told me i would train for a week. As they told us it was training we asked when we had questions like any training.... Those of us who asked were let go.... Why tell us is a training when in reality they are looking for people whit experience.Another bad habit they had is they tell you they will call you a certain time and they never do or they call you late they are not promp.Complete waste of time, then they never followed throught for months after months i spoke whit Hegley whom i had spoken on various occasions for a new position she dint even remember me and thought i was someone new.... They are very Irresponsible i dont recommend them.Workers remember we choose who to work for, they need us more than we need them so choose carefully and dodge this place.

I applied for a position at a company in Tampa called Aerotek. The recruiter Olivia Hobson called and had me interview with Aerotek for a company called Tata Consultant Services, a sister company of Transamerica in Carillon Parkway Saint Petersburg, Florida. I did the interview with both Aerotek and TCS and the manager told me I was hired later in the day before they did a background check. Since they told me I was hired and the date of the job was a couple weeks away and my bills were paid up, I decided to quit my current job and then came the onboarding which involved my background check. They find some things on my background that are small tickets and misdemeanors from almost 10 years ago and ask me to fill out an adverse background paperwork which was like an essay to explain everything that had happened. After I finished and sent the paper to them they call me a day and a half later and tell me I am not hired. I feel like this is workplace discrimination and would like to seek litigation against Aerotek, Tata Consultant Services, and Transamerica.

This review is long overdue but I traveled from out of State to meet a recruiter by the name of Julie as I was looking to relocate, throughout the entire interviewing process she was extremely rude, made several rude comments including questioning the type of degree I had and why it took as long as it did for me to acquire it. She asked a lot of personal questions that no recruiter or even a company has ever asked me during an interviewing process. I felt humiliated and judged the whole time. I did reach out to her manager and advised them of what happened and that I did not feel comfortable working with her because of her unprofessional behavior during our meeting, they apologized and assured me that they would speak with her assign me a new recruiter. I never heard back from them. I ended up finding a permanent position on my own shortly after.I have worked with Aerotek in the past before in a different state and each time I have experienced unprofessional recruiters.

Since my move to Tampa FL I have dealt with a couple of Staffing Agencies and most of them are mediocre at best. Aerotek has been AMAZING TO ME!!! As a somewhat recent graduate I was skeptical of a staffing agency. To my surprise, Aerotek has been nothing short of fantastic! I worked primarily with Ben Halliday (the absolute best), and I have him to thank for my career. I met with one company while with Aerotek, and am happily still working for the same company over a year later. I was only with Aerotek for a short 3 months, but I still keep in touch with Ben. Aerotek is a great company to work for, short or long term.

Got a call from a recruiter once, and she sent me an email of a some test to see what job would work best for me. Haven’t heard from her since... that was over 2 weeks ago. My boyfriend got a job through Aerotek and was told there was holiday pay, and didn’t get it. I wouldn’t recommend using this company to help find a job.

Ben and the personnel at Aerotek are spectacular. Professional, Personal, and always raising the bar. I have been fortunate to work with them on both sides of the workforce and they always provide the best service in the industry. Highly recommend them for any and all job sourcing!

Recruiter initiated contact and scheduled a call with me at a designated time and never called. I sent my resume directly to the recruiter via email and the guy asked me questions that were clearly stated on my resume. I really wanted to ask him if he viewed my resume. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate.

Intentions extremely unclear. Will call you over any job, even if the Dollar Tree was hiring they’d call you immediately, even if your background was engineering. So a complete waste. Julie Brown was my recruiter, by all means, she did her best to try and find things but had no consideration for what I was looking for. She had me prep for a interview and then last minute told me they hired someone on the spot, never mind, DAY OF....Then tried to push me into meeting some company owner privately for coffee, some sort of day time date, and that’s just not okay nor something I’m comfortable with. So do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time.

First let me say that Adam Barton is the real deal ! Not only did Adam make me feel comfortable with the Aerotek onboarding process, but went above and beyond to find me the perfect job matching my experience and pay scale requirements... Just moved to Florida from Tennessee and was having a hard time finding secure employment and was about to throw in the towel - Aerotek is the best - Adam Barton even made sure that I received my paycheck when I was unable to wait for it to be mailed - not once but twice did he go above and beyond ! This company completely wasted my time I had to keep contacting them to even get any information they would always call me to ask me the same questions we had spoken about that I answered already wasting my time for days they said they had a job for me but ended up wasting my time The person I originally spoke to was NICK DAVIS & KRISTA MUNDY they both wasted my time & just unprofessional I was really disappointed.

I was looking around for a fabrication job and gabby contacted me and we got to talking and within a week she had me an interview at basically a dream job and I just got hired. She was very helpful a she met every need I asked for, i would recommend her for finding anyone a job:):):):)

I have worked with Aerotek in 2 different states, Kentucky and Florida. They have always found me great jobs in a timely manner. When I moved to Florida and stared working with the Sarasota office Max Martinez referred me to Amanda to inquire about an opening withTerracon. Amanda was very helpful in getting me the job and she stays in contact with me on a regular basis to see how things are going. Amanda is an awesome recruiter and I owe a lot to her for the job with Terracon.

Recruiter Karina G. Does not do her job at all! I was found a job by karina all went smoothly and was working at the job for 4 months. The supervisors loved me at the job and wanted to hire me on directly there in a different department the only thing was the jobs times where conflicting with my child care so I had to leave the job on good terms non the less. Shortly after getting my child care situated for good by daycare Karina would not return my phone calls. For a month straight even if she was there and in her office her assistant would tell me she is there and transfer me over she would just forward me to her voicemail. I got fed up one day and asked for another recruiter or partner of hers and they basically went around her not doing her job and told me they would call me back with what they had job wise. Till this day no call back..

Im new to Tampa and Denise is the best recruiter Ive ever met she is great at what she does and really goes above and beyond to help. Shes what I would call the perfect employee.

I was working as a lead Plumber for Aerotek at the Brandon, Florida Veterans Hospital which is a new building. After finishing the job, actually the last temp there, they never called me back after I sent emails and text messages. Beck? I even showed up to the Tampa office after being told be the Aero rep that i was supposex to start at the Seminol Hard Rock Casino as a Plumber, thinking I could speed up the process. It worked sort of because the Aero rep told me id start Monday.... moved it to next Wednesday.... then assured me it was the following Monday... I got a text and an email from said rep of Aerotek that the company didnt get a delivery of materials and I cant start till Wednesday. This was a total of 3 weeks, mind you. The short version is they lie and cheat you. Stay away. Stay away from ALL temp agencies. Youll be better for it. Also? You have to sign a contract for a specified amount of time, but they dont honor or have anything on their end if you fulfill said contract and ....You get the idea. Stay away. Put these types of businesses out of business if you can handle not having money. They lie. Thats really my point. L I A R S

Wow This Aerotek sucks at first Josh was helping me and he did a good job communicating. He gave me Bridgets email I spoke to her a few times cool. She told me about a job that starts the 22nd of January. I said cool lets do that. She asked me to send references which I did. Bam no reply ever. No emails, calls etc. I called and left voicemails. Nothing. Bridget if you ever read this. Let me take your job because you are not even slightly good at your job. Dont you get paid incentive? Anyways?

One of the worst companies ever! They have been playing me about an job going on three months now and every time it’s something different. They didn’t even bother telling me about other jobs, they could have cared less about me being homeless and desperate. Don’t waste your time with this company!

Update Sept 28:These fools screwed up my pay check and Aerotek says they screwed up many peoples pay on the 17th,18th, and 19th. Instead of 11.5 hours I was paid 1.5. What a bunch of clown shoes.Poor communications, poor coordination and unprofessional so far. Havent kept their word as to storm cleanup areas and where we would actually be working. Told me to report to Tarpon Springs the sent me to St Pete with no warning. I signed up for Port Richie as per the #Areotek recruitment ad on FB, not Tampa/St Pete. Im not putting 100 miles plus a day on my vehicle for $12/hr.

This is one of the worst companies Ive ever worked for.They are just there to use you and nothing more.They wont return any phone calls. Its take 2 months to begin direct depositand KJ aka Kelvin Pierce and Andrew are probably the worst.Please go to Robert Half or Account Temps. Aerotek will try to pay you way less so they can pocket the money.

I have had the worst experience with Aerotek. Richard McBride was my recruiter I can tell you that I did not receive my final pay check which I was told it was being mailed to me. Never happened. Me being an exception employee meaning coming to work almost everyday and following the companies Crius energy rules. I was moving out of state to NC and spoke to another aerotek recruiter Hollis in Greensboro NC office where she was working on a position for me in NC. I gave a two week notice. However, left a little early because of permeant employee kept blowing her vapor e cig in my face. Which everyone there knew about. Requested my desk to be moved was denied three times. My last day there I was told I could not have a lunch. My recruiter Mr McBride called Hollis and told her not to give me a job. There is no integrity with in that company. Would not recommend.

Personally im for employment for everyone, based on experience. Hate when im an American in America and cant get a job unless i speak Spanish. Wonder why they voted for trump.

Not so good experience. Ive had an interview weeks ago and never got a call back. Ive called numerous of times and noone ever picks up, seems strange.
