Very unpleasant experience. Called them to open valve cover on the engine and close it. Simple as abcd. But not for them. First they demanded payment upfront, which never happened to me before. Then the guy showed up with zero English and couldnt communicate at all. After that i requested to put tape around the wire but was told its to late, its actually 15min late because his technician is booked and not going to do that. Thats fine. Problem appears now wharf truck start driving - he didnt screw it down completely so oil is going out all over the engine. Was going to talk to the owner but after receiving pictures doesnt pickup phone...RE: as i expected the owner would not call me back resolve the matter on top of that he would blame you back in reply of my review. like he thinks it will benefit him, and for some reason people would think that Im wrong and of course he is right. unfortunately will disappoint you since people will see that you do extremely poor job but on top of that you can not fix what you did. I see you have time to reply review but have no single intension to pickup phone when I called you 5 times.

I made contact with this roadside service at night and they responded very quick. They got me back up and running in no time. Very helpful. Thank you.

This place is way too expensive! Ask about their prices before even tell them what your problem is. They charged me $290 for diagnostic that took 10 mins under the trailer checking the suspension. Just FYI

Arrive at shop for marker light, tail light and ABS not working... 5 hours later and told ABS light now works but have not found the problem for other lights. Put a stop to the work. told was given a good deal to help us out $675.00 .. 1/2 hour down the road and ABS light back on. Still no marker or tail lights. Went to another shop. Tail lights and Marker lights fixed in 45 minutes. Not Impressed... The response that was posted is not surprising. I received ONE phone call that my driver was interfering with the tech. So i called the driver to discover the techs were crawling in and out of his truck stating the issue might be stemmed from there, when all the other light on the trailer were working so obviously that would not be the case. He unhooked from the trailer and never talked to a tech again.. After more time elapsed and no diagnoses of the issue we left. And yes the problem was solved in 45 minutes at the new shop.. It was a broken wire at the back of the trailer as the driver tried to explain but was ignored. When i called to find out what was taking so long i was told the issue appears to be in the truck and the techs were working on it. The driver had been unhooked from the trailer 2 hours prior to this conversation and i mentioned that and was told Oops i meant the trailer. It was at that point i told them to stop working on it and we were leaving. I have been in the trucking industry for a long time and your gut tells you when things are not right ... This one definitely one of those times !

I do not recommend this place for any driver needing repairs. Took 3 1/2 hours for a simple trailer roof tear. Not one person spoke English. All communications had to be done with translation app.

DO MOT USE!!! DISHONEST COMPANY AND OWNER WILL NOT Reply !I am a woman and I am also in Tennessee so it was super easy to target and and take advantage of me! Fleet Masters overcharged for parts and labor that were not preformed nor put on my trailer. I was charged $4,633 for an axel 1 tire and new breaks in which there were multiple repeated charges. Then the day I had someone I hired to pick up the trailer I was informed that the winch they thought they could repair instead of replace could not be repaired so they were going to have to buy an entire new winch system. He first said that it was going to be $785 and then he called the part store and they came down to $485. I still do not have the trailer it is still in Florida because it is not safe to drive from Florida to Tennessee. Thank goodness the gentleman who hauled the trailer to his house in Florida has sent me several photos including the winch that they “replaced” but it is still the old rusted one that was on there when Fleet Masters took it in. Unfortunately I did a wire transfer for the $4633 but the other $500 charge was disputed on my credit card and I will be going to the court system to sue them to get the rest of my money back.

The tire they sold us is blown 100 miles away from it was replaced.they refused to honor any customer service.instead of insinuations you can just do good service and be a nice person.but the way you do business will not bring you to success.By the way, by leaving comments on my business it will not hurt me at all, since nobody searching my services through the google. on your end your main source of business IS GOOGLE. so YOU SHOULDE BE worry about people leaving bad reviews.

Wish I read other reviews before sending my truck here. They do in fact charge way higher then most shops as others have stated. I had them add 3 unrelated jobs to save myself time over the weekend not having to do it. All 3 items book time is 2 hours. Flat rate technicians shoot to run about half the time the book calls for to be profitable. I was charged 5 hours for something that takes me 1 hour to do. When I asked why the bill was so high I was told thats how long the technician took, there is no way. The related repairs for the visit seem high but without being the technician on the job its hard to say how many bolts fought him to get the tank down. I was telling my partner on Friday how impressed I was with this company and gave him the contact info for when our other trucks roll through there, but we wont be sending them anymore business. Of course all of this said one of the owners is going to make a condescending reply like everyone elses review. Just because your technicians want to milk the clock should not be my responsibility to pay extra.****edit to reply to owner, not once was a single price given on any of this work. I assume as any other shop I am paying book time unless the shop calls to say there is an issue. You are wrong to say close to competitors pricing, you are double what a Freightliner dealer charges for those services. As for after hour charge, the truck was brought in Friday at 1300 and completed Monday at 1300. Your labor times fall between normal business hours, you chose to work on it after hours. I have enough of these same specd trucks to know what going rate is. You are flat lying if you think you are priced right. I sent an email to work on the pricing of those items with no answer. I called as well with no answer. Your communication is great until something comes up. I requested $405 discount on a $2355 bill and you chose to be stubborn. Like I said, I was very impressed with the communication and service until the end. I have now learned a valuable lesson when using small shops, read the reviews first. When you see a trend with what customers are saying and then reading the owners rude reply, just stay away.

DISHONEST! Awful place. They will overcharge you too make up for their incompetence. They charged me for 14hrs of labor for a job that normally takes 4 to 6 hrs because they ordered the wrong part. This place is a total ripp off. Youve been warned.

PREDATORY PRICES! DO NOT USE! Do your research and call stepps or someone else. I’m a small business owner. My fuel gauge is broken and my truck ran out of fuel I called fleet masters because they shop was less than a mile away from where I broke down. They came within as quoted the mechanic was very nice. But when I got the invoice it was for $567 for a delivery of 30 gallons. That’s just crazy I called others afterwards and was quoted half of that for the same time frame and fuel. They charge me $4.50 a gallon and I watch them go to the marathon and get it for $2.13. Also $150 to come out than $150 an hour for an hour and 45 mins of work which was a complete lie it took less than 1 hour for the mechanic to come my truck than run to the gas station come back and fill it up. And I had to hold the freaking funnel so the guy can fill the tank. Fleet masters is a Complete rip off and out to take advantage of people! I will never used them again and I’m telling everyone at the company I haul for not to use them!

My RV had dead batteries, they arrived quickly and were able to replace them on the site. Highly recommended.

Dont waste your time and money, I spent thousands of dollars on a repair that didnt fix the problem. When I called asking for help all I received was foul and abusive language.

A joke and waste of our trucks time. Had us wait several hours and charged an absurd amount of money to travel within their city and look at our trailer for 15 min. DO NOT RECOMMEND. RIP OFF!!!!

Needed a road service and the only company that answered at 3 am was fleet masters. Needed a charge line replaced and they had it in there inventory, there tech was able to get everything done under two hours thanks again appreciate getting our driver rolling to make his delivery @ 6 am.
