Unbelievable customer service and professionalism. After explaining some of the issues that I was having with my 2005 Excursion Diesel they did a total diagnostic of my vehicle. They then emailed me a repair order and followed up with a call to explain what was needed. I was totally impressed on how quickly and accurately they completed the job and more importantly showed me what they added to my vehicle. Their labor charges are very reasonable and I highly recommend them to anyone who has a Diesel truck!! Thank you Goodys Fleet Solutions.

After two mechanics and six weeks I finally found the right company. If you want your diesel fixed right and efficiently they are IT! Worth every cent!!

If I could give Goodys zero stars I would. We purchased a used truck from Ryder in TPA and had Goodys do an initial inspection of the truck. According to Goodys, the truck was in great shape and had no issues. After finalizing the purchase with Ryder based on Goodys recommendation, 2 days after the purchase we noticed several issues with the vehicle. First was a bad high pressure fuel pump. The part alone was 2200 not including labor. We had issues with the AC, steering, and transmission. Very disappointed with their service. We trusted this company to give us a fair and honest opinion on our vehicle before we purchased. Had we known of these issues we would have never made the purchase. Im not sure they even inspected the vehicle. I would not recommend trusting their opinion and certainly would not take our vehicles back to them.

All I have to say is these folks know their stuff. Joshua is a master diesel mechanic and saved me a ton of headaches by properly diagnosing my LB7 Duramax which was smoking heavily at idle. Every shop I called in the area did not know half of what this shop knows when it comes to deisel trucks. Use them, you wont be disappointed.

The guys at Goodys are truly top notch techs. Theyve worked on both of my diesels, one Powerstroke and one Cummins, with no problem and worked on my Peterbilt when it needed it. Josh is extremely knowledgeable and will not cut corners. When you break it down to impeccable service and absolutely friendly customer service, you get more for your buck than anyone else around. I highly recommend you check em out for any of your automotive or diesel needs.Ive had quite a lot of bad experiences around the Tampa area when it comes to diesel and automotive service. I dont know how many times Ive had to take my truck back multiple times until they finally got it right! You will not have that problem at Goodys
