They’re a good shop they had my truck close to a week and that’s not their fault because the shop where they had to get the brain for my truck was slow could do better with communications. I am an owner/operator so having a truck in the shop for a week and hurt. But again they are good shop! And it wasn’t their fault. And I would probably still be waiting to get in at the Freightliner dealership

Had road service come put a belt on truck. At the same time I ordered some extra parts for my truck & was charged over $300 from original dealer price. Prior to ordering parts i asked if parts were being bought at freightliner only because i know someone there that gives me great prices and i was told NO from Mobicare. ( they ordered from freightliner) Tech who came out was very professional & put 2 belts, but a little late after being told they would arrive in 1.5hrs from the time i made the appointment. Being that said, DONT ORDER EXTRA STUFF IF YOU REALLY DONT NEED IT. Wait until you get to a dealer and buy it yourself!! Having years under my belt i was expecting between low 800 to no more than $900 for the total job/order. NOT 1347.37. If it wasnt for the upcharge they added to the parts they dropped off being that they were coming to put 2 belts anyways my total price would have been between the 800-900 mark like expected.

We have always gotten competent service, and sometimes they have been outstanding.. Sometimes the communication could be better, and they dont always get our work done as quickly as we want it. Beats the heck out of us trying to fix our big trucks with our own personnel, thats for sure.

Coming from a former employee I can tell you it’s full of roaches, spiders, webs and trash from the mechanics there not caring about their work environment. Family owned so management is terrible and rude to not only the customers but employees as well! The car in the picture is the owner’s slave/ assistant manager that only has the job because of his daddy knowing the owner! Stay far far away!

I was a skeptic after seeing a few reviews, but let me tell you, this company got us out of a huge bind and did it in a very timely manner!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH! YOU SAVED THE DAY FOR OUR COMPANY!! The cost was reasonable as well!

Have dealt with Mobicare for 15 years. They have worked on all of my vehicles, drove me home or where I needed to go, came and got me when service or repairs were done. I highly recommend taking your vehicle there no matter what the size. They live by their logo We come to you

The cost of their service should be against the law. They advertised $100 per hour for service plus $65 to $100 travel.The bill to replace a fuse which took 2 hours to find cost $421.Stay far far away.

Great mechanics who care.

Poor is the lowest rating that this will allow, should be a rating of terrible. Mobicare should be avoided at all cost. They completely screwed up repairs on my vehicle and then wouldnt return calls for about a month. Miserable service, terrible customer relations and no contact when they screw up. Now, they are being banned from servicing military and VA. That should tell you somehting.
