My phones screen was shattered and they repaired it for me, also replacing my old battery. I incorrectly identified my phone as a Pixel 3a when instead it is a Pixel 3a XL, which delayed the repair because the wrong parts arrived. They were very nice about it, though, even paying for the difference in the price of the correct parts and express ordering them after the discovered my mistake. I would definitely recommend them, and plan on bringing all my future electronic repair items to them. Their communication was always prompt and friendly. They had good reason to be cross with me but they never were. They were relentlessly positive, upbeat, and eager.Thank you!

My new computer had become very slow and unresponsive due to a host of issues, even though my computer was supposedly well protected against malware, sold to me by another source. Went in with high expectations, they exceeded that. Very friendly! i told them i called a couple of other repair stores and every single one of them were extremely rude on the phone, nerdstogo were overwhelmingly nice it honestly reminds me of the little computer repair shop back home except they’re not a little repair shop! They really make you feel welcomed and clearly take pride in their work. 10/10 would extremely recommend if you have any device issues to check them out! And honestly compared to like geek squad their diagnosis price at $59 is very fair about $40 cheaper than GS if I’m remembering correctly! Overall great company definitely will be going back if i have more issues.

Great job taking care of our sons computer! Everyone was friendly and courteous! 4 stars only because one person quoted us a 2 day turnaround but when I called to pick it up on day 2, the next person told me it would be another 3! (No fault of theirs though - they were waiting on an ordered part!) We would definitely use NTG again - and just pad in a little time, just in case!

Excellent service and very professional, polite and honest. They came to our home and set up our equipment as promised and on time. Their price was lower than their over the phone estimate and instead of 300.00 for all the work they did, it was 270.00. The Geek Squad wanted to put us out 2 weeks and gave an estimate of 525.00, needless to say we canceled them. I highly recommend NERDS TO GO .

I went to “Nerds To Go” to find out what was wrong with my computer. I assumed it was a battery issue and I was correct. The battery was ready to explode and completely destroy my very expensive computer. The entire staff, stopped what they were doing and fix my computer problem. They told me it was no charge because it was a dangerous situation and they just wanted to make sure I was safe and the computer was saved. They were so helpful. This was truly the best experience I’ve ever had at a computer store. I will go back for all of my computer issues plus, I will tell all of my friends and family to go as well. Fabulous people. They fixed our MacBook Pro laptop screen and it looks like brand new.
