I called to report a scam demanding $, who identified themselves as Geek Squad. The staff member basically said that it wasnt their problem & referred me to Corporate, who were also lazadazacle. I reported it directly to the government.

I thought this place was better than Brandon but now I’m not too sure. My old computer was trashed & bestbuy gave me credit to buy another computer under my warranty. They warned me that once I purchased a new computer, I would need to buy another brand new warranty for it which is cool. What they didn’t mention was that I was paying 300$ for a 3 year warranty that ONLY includes hardware & NOT software damages like my PREVIOUS warranty covered. They lack communication w/ their customers & need to be trained to mention these things because it is important for a person to know this. They are lazy to just direct you to their terms & conditions. Why didn’t anyone mention the change of warranty that they offer?!? Do they just expect customers to know this?!? HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED

SO UPSET with Best Buy right now!!! I bought a month ago two very expensive smart tvs at the 1725 N Dale Mabry Hwy store in South Tampa. The one in the living room, a 60 has 4 days without audio. The reason I am SO upset is because I am calling the store, the geek squad, the 1-800 Geek squad for two hours now, and they keep transferring my call or they just DONT freaking answer the freaking phone!! Jesus Christ!!! Im loosing all the good games from the Fifa World Cup 2018, just because of the terrible customer services BEST BUY offers. Goddammit BEST BUY!!! I gave you 1 star cause I have not other option, but, Jesus!!!

Paid an extra 50 for 2 year geek squad support had to wait on hold for 35 mins to get an appointment. They give me a 4hr window and then dont show up and when I try to look up the appointment on the website it says they cant find it.

In case you all dont know....BB / Geek Squad doesnt even do there own spyware / virus or malware removal....they have India remove it remotely. So while you are helping the economy in choosing them to help with your computer needs, they outsource to India to get rid of your problem!
