I would definitely give 5 start rated. My computer had various issues that could not be resolve by just a quick fix. The staff was prompt to respond to my call and accommodated their schedule to as soon as they had an opening. They were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They gave me a couple of options and help me review the cons and pros of those options. They looked for a long term solution instead of a quick fix on something that was going to occur again. Their customer service was excellent in person and over the phone. They took their time to explain in detail of what they needed to do and kept me engage on the process. There were no surprises and I was satisfied with their work. I will recommend them to my friends and family.

Tampa Teks did an emergency job on one of our computers when several Windows operating files became corrupted. The took it in right away and put a rush job on it. While they had it they updated Windows and made sure that everything was operating properly and had it back to us the next day. outstanding service and I highly recommend them!

We called Tampateks to add physical wiring to support our new VoIP phone system and they were competitive on price and the service and quality of the workmanship was excellent. We have had several IT companies in to do work for our company in the past. We foound that often the sales presentation was great but the actual service delivery would fall flat. TampaTeks performed their work on time, on budget and gave excellent quality. We now have a solid relationship and know who to call when we have an IT issue.
