I would like to thank tech point international for their superior work and quality customer service. I was having trouble with two of my MacBooks. No matter where I tried to go get them fixed, I was not able to get the help I was looking for. I really felt I was just “another person“ when looking for someone who would understand what I was trying to get done. Then I met Julie. She immediately started talking to me as if she understood the value of my problem. She was interested in what I wanted and took care of what I was saying. This is a rare commodity in business or even in social circles of today. Once I decided to have the work done by tech point Julie constantly kept me informed of what was happening and what was needed and handled my concerns, she even cared enough to suggest some additional things that made what I wanted even better at the end of the job everything worked wonderfully and I got a better product and far beyond the service I expected! I would say there’s no better place to get your Mac computer repaired than tech point international.

Techpoint International is the only location I use for board level evaluation and repair of electronic devices. For over 30 years, Techpoint has been my go to location when computers and electronics fail. If Techpoint cannot fix an electronic device be it a computer, laptop, monitor and etc., the device is probably not worth repairing. With todays electronics, there is fine line between cost of repair and simply purchasing new devices. Techpoint tries very hard to fit their services into that fine line. I can also state any repair effected by Tech Point always works. I can only give Techpoint International the highest regard for their services. Without Techpoint, I could not provide continuing IT related services to my clients without having to continually replace electronic devices. There are times when an efficient repair is all that is needed and Techpoint meets that need.

I gave them two power supplies / battery chargers for a piece of laboratory equipment that no one else could fix or would try to fix. They took the power supplies repaired them and had them back to me within a few days. Great engineers they have working there. I would highly recommend them for any circuit board issues or the like.

They offered timely and expert repair - they recovered complex data from my failed hard drive - they took it apart, mounted it in another shell and was able to get the disk spinning enough to have it readable. Theyve also replaced individual chips on the mother board of my laptop - Im impressed.

The couple who run this repair shop does a phenomenal job at fixing just about everything. I have brought numerous things over the years to them such as my laptops owned over the years (MacBook), tv, and monitors. They gave me fair prices and fixed them all to my standards. Highly recommend bringing your electronic issues to them. I’ve noticed other well known repair shops have brought them their things as well when they don’t know how to fix it!
