First class operation! Easy to communicate with them over the problem that I was experiencing. Took the time to ask questions, then took the computer in. The next day, as promised, they called with a diagnosis. I felt comfortable that they were doing right by me, and by my money, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to you!

He will tell you what he thinks may be the problem or he may have to check further but he is thorough. I can feel free to just walk in almost anytime and he takes the time to help me.

I went here because my laptop wasnt turning on and I had heard nothing but good things about this place, so I walked in and was greeted by Juan who was immediately friendly and easy to talk to. He gave me a clear run down of the problem, how long it would take to fix it (not long) and how much it would cost to fix (a very good price). The problem was fixed quickly and now Im back online, Juan gets an A+ from me. Now I know who to go to for any computer problems and who to tell my friends to go to in case they have such problems as well.
