This is a great place to wash your car. The free vacuums, compressed air, and towels make this a go to spot to clean out the inside of your car. Prices are reasonable (probably better) than the other local drive through car wash services. I will be returning to this location again and would recommend it.

The wash was quick and efficient. They offer free vacuum and microfiber towels for cleaning your vehicle. My attendant Anthony deserves a high five 🙌 for his skills. He was kind and helpful. Wow. First time visitor and I’m impressed. The staff was very friendly and the service was excellent. Especially Moises who went above and beyond to help clean the grime off my roof and windows. I purchased the most basic wash/vacuum deal as a test run, but I’ll definitely be back to this location for my car wash needs.

Anthony at the Gandy location was extremely attentive and helpful. He came up to me and offered to wash all of my mats for me, the sand had been stuck on them for years BUT he took them and made my mats look completely brand new. He was very professional and I never had an attendant come help me like that before at that car wash. Anthony definitely deserves recognition for that!

At the dentist next door and was feeling lazy and needed a wash.We cruised in over to Woodie’s for a trial run.First the place is cool, I could sit around with my car and enjoy a cold beverage.But, How did it wash the car? It is automatic after all. Woodie’s high tech gadgetry did an above average job without anyone lifting a finger.Next time we visit the dentist, we will visit Woodie’s.Only thing, did not quite get all the brake dust out of the rims, but far more than any place else!

I have had car wash memberships to numerous car washes over the years and this is by far the absolute best. Every time I go the experience is always over the top. So nice to recognize all of the employees who are always so enjoyable to interact with. Austin, is the man, always so helpful every time I visit. Super helpful today, he offered to take my weather tech mats and have them pressure washed because they’re almost impossible to vacuum. I didn’t even know you all could do that, definitely gets a high five from me. Really enjoy every time I visit, not enough good things to say about this location and the way it is ran. I have been living in South Tampa for over 10 years and I normally go to Mr. hot sign but ever since they have not been doing the services that they used to do and they don’t seem very adamant on helping people anymore I have been going to a detailer.My car is absolutely dirty and I keep hearing from people in the neighborhood about the car wash.So today I just so happen to say let me go ahead and give it a shot...So here is my review….I pulled up and immediately was addressed and greeted respectfully! Very eager to help with any of my needs.As I pulled into the car wash it was extremely neat the lights flashing and the car wash seemed to be pretty thorough.As I pulled out I seen there was a free vacuum I proceeded to pull up because as I stated my car was pretty gross. Kevin came directly up to my car greeted me great attitude and just all-around wanting to help or accommodate with any of my needs.Another gentleman came running up to my car and they both rocked my car! I mean the service was absolutely phenomenal!!!!!!I will definitely recommend and we will definitely be back. Everyone rushed to help me it was a great experience thank you guys so much!!!!!

I would highly recommend Woodies Wash Shack conveniently located just west of Manhattan on Gandy Blvd. The people working there are super helpful. Recently Crew Member Moises removed an area of glue from a bumper sticker that I had been trying to remove for over two years. I had tried everything (Goo Gone, toothpaste and baking soda among other things.) He cheerfully removed it in 30 seconds and would not accept a tip, stating it was standard customer service. Vacuum cleaners, clean towels and window cleaner are there for customers use at no extra charge. I wont take my car anywhere else.

I had just accidentally gone mudding with my Mazda SUV and there was mud stuck in places I wouldnt be able to reach. I have a membership so I can get unlimited car washes and LOVE that there has never been a wait.Today I was using the excellent vacuums and Moises comes up with a towel and starts detailing my car! It was amazing! I can see myself in the shine of the tires (which I was dreading doing myself) and he took off any water marks from the fresh wash.

I would 100% RECOMMEND!! STEPHANIE absolutely made my morning after I woke up to a dried on sticky milkshake on the front of my car- two young gentlemen took great care to pre wash and remove the sticky area before I went through the wash! I’ve lived in the Bay Area for 3 years and have never found a car wash with this kind of service and add-on’s (glass cleaner, APC, rags, 2 vacuum types, air compressor)!! I will be back, and SOON! Woodie’s is a pretty legit car wash. I was pleased to see that the moving track for the car wash doesn’t have rails so your rims don’t get scratched up. Bonus is the vacuum stations with clean towels and an air gun for those stubborn crumbs in seat crevices. Alex greeted me at the pay station and was incredibly friendly! He gave me information on the different wash and unlimited package options. I would’ve signed up if there was a location closer to where I live. But for now I’ll just stop by when I’m in the area!

Easy and amazing car wash! Great treatment for the windshield especially with the Florida rain it just rolls right off. Their vacuums are high powered and Austin at Gandy helped me dry my car which was so sweet. Love this company!

When I signed up for the membership I was told I could cancel anytime. I do not live in the area and used the service when I was in town for an extended time. I have left message to have someone call me back at the Gandy location and corporate to cancel my membership. No one has called me back and I have been charged $53.72 over two months for a membership I am not able to use.Updated: I reached out to Woodies via the Google chat function. Woodies promptly replied and addressed my concerns to cancel my membership and refund the two months of charges. I have updated my review from 1 star to 3 stars. I do feel their could be improvements in customer relations and returning of phone calls so a member does not have exhaustively find a point of contact. Woodies handled my concern with professionalism. When I used Woodies I was pleased with quality of the wash and service by the employees while I was there. Thank you

I tried Woodys after receiving a gift card. I was a little surprised at first that I had to vacuum and wipe down the car myself. But I realize a basic wash from other places does not include any kind of vacuuming and you often have to towel off spots yourself. So offering free vacuum and clean, warm, wet towels is a nice bonus.A young employee named Antonio came by several times to help dry my car as well. As I was leaving I offered him a tip, which he politely refused. I was very impressed by that as well. Overall a great experience. I highly recommend and will return.

I just got back from working an emergency response deployment in Louisiana and I desperately needed a car wash, since it’s been sitting here for over a week with no love. I went through the car wash, then proceeded to the vacuum area. Marcus start drying off my car when I pulled in, I didn’t know why because I didn’t request any services or help. He just kept working while a smile and pleasant demeanor. My yorkie started barking at him through the window and he asked if he could give my dog a treat, I said yes, so he gave my dog a treat. I tried to give him a tip and he said I didn’t have to. I said but I WANT to, are you allow to take tips, he just repeated that I didn’t have to and that they didn’t do that for tips. I just want everyone to know how impressed I was with Marcus’s mannerisms and positive energy. This was a touching experience and I highly recommend Woodie’s. Thank you Marcus.

Everyone at woodies is SO friendly and helpful!! I hate getting my car washed and every time I go I have such a great experience! It is so clean and gets my car sparkling. I love being able to vacuum my car myself- they also come by and wipe down water marks and put my car mats in a detailing machine for free! They offer free car fresheners and dashboard wipes.10/10 going here every single time now!

We tried out Woodie’s car wash for the first time and we were very impressed from start to finish! The area is very clean and the surfer theme is really fun. The car wash is quick, efficient, and effortless. My car looked great and the hard-to-get marks were gone. Terrance explained the car wash options and helped us get set up for the wash, then showed us to the vacuums after. There were clean mini towels for us to use to clean the interior and exterior of the car. We really enjoyed our car wash experience at Woodie’s and are now returning customers. It was really a pleasure to have Terrance help us with the process.

Alex met me at the CCard enter area and helped me immensely. He was personable, funny, extremely polite, and extremely attentive to all my questions as I am new to Tampa from Michigan. Alex even guessed I was from Grand Rapids! Then, he alertly brought out info for a family plan as I told him I was in my company truck and we have several and our business less than a mile away.

This car wash is beautiful! The team was excellent. Tim and Moises were very helpful and walked me through every step of the process and even helped me wipe my car down at the end. Got to meet their Store Manager Terrance and it is clear why he has his position. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and runs a tight ship. I will tell all my friends about this car wash!

This is the best car wash in TAMPA by far.. First off the vacuums and the air spray are great quality and strong, also the accessible sprays and towels to clean the inside of the vehicles are a nice touch. The Matt Cleaner they have is wicked and the air pump for tires is clutch. Last, the actual car wash, very smooth does not scratch your car at all, there tire cleaner is sweet as well the rims and tires come out great ! As for the service, Marcus is the best help anyone can ask for, Tim as well, they are here to make your cleaning/wash very easy. I tried to tip them and they do not accept tips, which made the experience even better because they were willing to help out for no cash reward. Shout out to Woddies Wash Shack, will be a member for a very long time.

As I was vacuuming my car after getting it washed, I noticed that an employee was wiping down my car. I have never had this happen before (this was onlyMy 2nd time at Woodies) As we dried the car, I noticed a rub on my paint and mentioned to him how you never notice these things until after a bath. He asked if he could try a polish to possibly remove the rub and it worked! I fully expected to pay him something but he refused politely. What a nice surprise and I really appreciated him going above and beyond! Thanks Moises, because of you I will become a regular customer!

I finished my wash and was vacuuming when I noticed a couple of spots in my rims that didn’t get clean. Brake dust caked on I think. A gentleman named Moises asked me if I need anything and I asked him if he had a cleaner I could use and went back vacuuming. The next thing I know he has cleaned all the rims and they looked great. Best experience ever! I have never been to any other car wash like Woodie’s, there is nothing out there that can compare. I didn’t know where to begin when deciding on what wash would be best for me but Edgar thoroughly explained what each wash included and the benefits. I’ve been going to Woodies pretty much since they opened 3-4 months. They have always had good service and it’s a GREAT VALUE. I missed last month because my car was in the body shop. I didn’t pause it or cancel because it is a good deal. Anyways I pull up and Maurice recognizes my car and asked me how I was doing. I thought that was very thoughtful. Then helps guide me on the tracks. I won’t mention the inside of the car wash but it’s the best car wash in town, you just have to experience it for yourself (and it’s has a fun theme) I trust it with my vehicle. So I put it in drive as the light turns green and pull into a parking space to dry it and vacuum. All the sudden before I step of the car I got Austin and Maurice drying it for me and Austin using the air pressure gun cleaner getting soap out of the hard to get places. I was in a rush and these guys saved me a good 15 mins and did a way better job than I do. Thanks guys for being awesome 🤙. I will be back more frequently now that I have my car back. But just thought I would leave a review (not because it’s the best car wash in Tampa) but because these guys went the extra mile in the heat to help me out and I’m not a hot chick. I have recently became a member at Woodies and I am always so pleased with my service there. After washing my car today, while vacuuming Marcus offered to power wash my floor mats and then began to clean my wheels after finishing my mats. He was so kind and made sure my car was spotless before I left. I cannot brag on their customer service enough!

I finally tried it for the first time and I was very disappointed. I really wanted/expected it to be great and it wasn’t. I selected the “pipeline“ wash, for $24. It’s their best wash supposedly. The dryers do not work well so I pulled over to dry the vehicle off with a towel that I had in my car then noticed a bunch of dirt and bird droppings were still on the top of the car and bumper. I asked and employee about it and he said that sometimes the brushes don’t reach certain areas and offered to run me back through. After the second wash there was really no improvement. Also, there was zero tire shine on my tires, even after two washes. Unfortunately, I won’t be going back, it’s just a really poor value for the price. I did give two stars because the employee at least attempted but he cannot control the quality of the wash itself.

A great car wash and not to mention great employees. I accidentally locked my self out of my car with my keys, purse and phone inside when I was vacuuming... away from home and no one to help me. An amazing employee (I didn’t get his name unfortunately) let me use his phone and he helped me contact a lock smith to come unlock my car. He even let me sit inside the office in the Ac and have me a water bottle. Such a kind and helpful man. Thank you for everything I’d recommend this car wash anyway! He even got the love bugs off my car and dried the inside for me.

We had a great first time experience at Woodies Wash Shack with the kids. They had attendants to make purchasing the car wash easy and fast. The car wash itself was thorough and fun, with colored lights and a cute surfer theme. After the wash, we used one of the vacuum bays. They had a mat cleaning machine on site that was included with the wash, clean wash cloths, all purpose cleaner and window cleaner we had access to use. The manager, Moses, was very friendly and helpful. The kids love the beach ball they got from him. Well definitely be using Woodies Wash Shack again.

This is the best car wash in town! Do yourself a favor and skip all the other car washes in town that skimp on cleaning power and go to Woodie’s. They keep my white SUV clean without leaving water spots.

Marcus was so great! He help remove the bug splatters on the front of my car and acted so professional.

I love this place. I had sucked up my wallet with the vacuum and Stephanie and Tim went above and beyond to help me get it back. Super friendly staff and they made me feel not as stupid for vacuuming up my wallet 😅
