DONT GO THERE! I DID AND LEFT WITH A DAMAGED WHEEL!

I came in today for a normal car wash I left worst than what I actually came in like.The attendant was very nice and he even notice that the car wash had left the pink soap all over my vehicle, he offered to wipe down but was too much it needed to go back thru the machine in order for all the pink soap to come off my car. He immediately called the owner RON to let him know about the situation since the machine left my car worst than what I came in with, to offered me another wash free in order to game the pink all over my car, Ron rapidly said “she could pay for another wash” I looked at the attendant and told him no need to be mad at you your just his messenger and I left. The owners need more customer services skills. I work as a health care worker and I make sure my patient leave Satisfy with the services render at the moment of care. I will post picture to conclude my review. I wasn’t looking for nothing free but my car to be clean.keep away from this car wash !!!

Its ok.Wish they had a monthly special for unlimited washes.Maybe full service on some days🤷‍♂️

This is an awesome wash. I came in with a extremely dirty vehicle and the attendant talked me into getting their top wash. My car came out looking extremely shine and new ! They also have a loyalty program ... everyone should go there!

I have been to many Car washes but this one by far is my favorite. I drive 20 minutes out of my way just to go to this specific wash. I visit this wash every other week, the staff is friendly, professional, and works hard to make sure my car is bugg free☺️. After the wash I can vaccum my car for free. I am so happy each time I go to the wash my car always looks so shiny and gets a lot of compliments due to the excellent wash!!! THANK YOU TO THE STAFF AND MANAGERS!!!

Paint was damaged on my car as it was going through the wash. Was told the owner Frank would be in touch to take care of the situation. 3 days later no contact from Frank, no response to emails, and phone number provided does not get answered.Incredibly unprofessional.

I wish I could give no stars. We went to the car wash, my two-year-old loves going to the car wash. We paid $5 for the cheap wash. The attendant soaked our car up with soap, and sent a send in, the car wash stopped working the brushes would not spin. The attendant had to get on the phone with the owner to figure out how to get our car out. We were there for almost 25 minutes. We had soap all over our car when we came out of the car wash so the attendant had to hose it off. He was on the phone with the owner and told us we would be getting the lava car wash to make up for it. Obviously we wanted our five dollars back. But he was only able to give us four, because he didn’t have cash. He told us he would replace the dollar next time we come. He took our name phone number and email address. When we return today he refused to give us the lava car wash and would only give us the five dollar car wash, and we had ask the attendant for a dollar back which he then had to take out of his tips because the owner is a loser. The attendant got on the phone with the owner trying to figure all this out, I asked to speak to him directly and he refused to speak to me. What kind of owner doesn’t deal directly with his business and lies to his customers over something that would’ve been so easily corrected. Stay away from this place the owner takes no responsibility and will not even communicate, he Hides behind his cell phone The young men he hires as attendance. I frankly feel sorry for because I imagine I’m not the only person that’s been through this and because he can’t deal with his customers the poor attendance usually probably take the brunt of it. Sad .

I went up today to wash my car as I have been doing for the past several years. I also had planned on taking my other car up to your car wash as well today. After I paid I had to ask for the vacuum token. Last week I didnt get one at all. Regardless my car gets washed I drive around and vacuum my car today. I ran out of time and asked one of the attendants if I could get another token to finish. He replied $1.00. I said I come here all the time and Im not paying $1.00 for another token. He kept saying his boss his boss would not allow him to do so. I said just forget it I can solve this problem I can just take my business elsewhere. I went home and got my other car and went through the coin holder which had six vacuum tokens. I went back up and walked up to the guy and said I was going to wash this car as well today but Ill be going elsewhere from now on. However heres six tokens for your vacuum from times when Ive not used them. Next time someone asks you for a little extra time now you have plenty. I suspect that what he was doing is going to charge me a dollar give me a token and pocket the dollar. Its so ridiculous to treat customers that way. I can easily choose between your car wash and Flippers on Waters. There at least I know that I can get no grief over the vacuum. I wash my cars at least twice a month. Thats about $520 plus a year I spent at your wash on Gunn Hwy. so over a dollar or a five minute vacuum token so I could vacuum the back of my SUV you lost a customer. Oh and as I was handing the attendant the six tokens back he offered to give me a token to vacuum. Feedback is feedback good and bad and hopefully youll make sure that someone else is not turned off by your employees doing this to someone else. Your not the only car wash in town and with that I can take my business somewhere else. Thank You.

HORRIBLE experience!!! Went here a month ago to get just a simple car wash and ended up with a broken rear view mirror! The owner said he was going to do something about it and I’m still waiting for him to answer my texts or calls! Last time I went to his car wash he said he was going to call me in 30 minutes. NEVER DID! He clearly doesn’t care about his clients! Now I have to pay $674 to get my mirror fixed on my BMW. Don’t take the risk and avoid this place! Thank you Ron!!! For your horrible customer service! Never again will visit this place!!!!the owner (Ron) needs to learn how to be a business owner!! He will hide and never answer your calls!

They treat the customer like trash. The service was not completed. I complained to the staff and he treated me with an extremely negative attitude, without paying attention. He accused me of not following the instructions, seeing that the vehicle was not washed or finished he dont offer any option to finish the service I paid. The service of the staff very disapproved this day. 09/20/19

Horrible experience! I have been a patron of this car wash for over a year and had no problems, until today. The car wash malfunctioned and sent me FLYING through, i couldn’t see anything and it was terrifying! I pulled back around to see what the heck happened, only for the attendant to hand me his phone and the owner, Frank, to start accusing me of breaking his equipment. He was was extremely rude and almost threatening. After I repeatedly told him I did no such thing he starts telling me I’m on camera and he can prove it. After telling him again, that I did NO such thing he starts calling me names, I hand the phone back to the attendant and refused to leave until I got the car wash I paid for. I will NEVER use this car wash again!!

This is amazing car was in the community, that has fantastic customer service, they will go out of their way to help when when you need them. I would highly recommend this car wash to all in the citrus park area.

Be warned!Machine severely damaged my drivers side rim. Operator offered only the owners contact info. Contacted owner to try to resolve issue (fix damage or replace rim). Owner ( Frank [email protected] ) dismissed issue and refused to pay for damages.Will never use this car wash again.Note: Added ONE Star ONLY because it is required for posting.

Had such a good experience here thanks to the young boy with curly hair. Very nice and experienced, good place to come for a super clean wash.

They overcharged me. What I showed them my bank statement they refuse to do anything about it. the owner is never there and you can only get ahold of him if employee calls him. They refused to give me his number.

Dont ever go to this place to wash your car! Their attendants are inexperience and do not how to properly guide u on to their already messed up tracks! Hence my tire blew during the car wash. No manager on site or any one that could help. Now the battle begins to try to get my $200 for the tire I had to buy. Thank

Just had my car washed, been coming here for a while with no issues. Today the attendant was some young kid who was not very attentive. I told him 2x’s that I was a rewards member, when I gave him my debit card to pay he didn’t look up my info. When I told him again I was a rewards member he said it’s too late and walked away. Customer service apparently isn’t a priority at this car wash

It’s has a big sign on it screaming FREE VACUUM. Today I’ve been told that they don’t have vacuum, without explanation. The worst part is that I’ve been told that after I paid, so I didn’t have a chance to turn around and leave. I gave 2 stars just because I’ve been using this car wash do years and never had any problems. So sad to se how simple things like this can make people take business elsewhere. Sorry...

This carwash is conveniently located next to the Walmart entrance. The attendant is very helpful and even gives your car a thorough pre wash before sending you in the carwash. Ask the attendant for a coin if youre planning on vacuuming afterwards. If you visit often, ask for the frequent member card so you can earn a free wash.

Update...stop by carwash today was in the area. First and foremost I must apologize to the 2nd shift attendant who I called Pocohanas. I am deeply Sorry. My life motto is to lift and encourage not to demean or bring down.I did observe that you are a hard worker so if you will keep that up and be teachable in learning how to correctly handle adverse situations you will succeed.P.S. Your hair was very neatly done and you were well groom so that is A + in todays world.I got to speak with the young man who initially waited on me + mgr. I talk to them about what happened on yesterday, 12/23/17 (see Original review below). Both Mgr and attendant informed the 2nd shift attendant is new.Mgr told 1st attendant to take care of me for the issue that took place. He quickly did so by shinning tires and gave me a complimentary car refresher.SO I UPDATE from 2 stars to 4 stars for willingness to rectify the issue. 😀ORIGINAL INCIDENT...I requested the $9 wash. But changed it to $12 because I wanted tire shine. My tires didnt get shine. When I told the attendant, little Pocohontas boy told me that he wasnt the one who washed my car. They had changed shift.Well, I gotta let yall know that you need to train your attendant how to address a matter such as this. Pocohontas told me he will give me the number and email address after the cars come thru because he was really busy. It was about 6 cars lined up.And, I had already waited a good 15 mins.So, People make sure you get what you paid for.Yall tell little fella he need to handle business better or teach him how to handle matters.Here is some advice...have email and number posted or preprinted to give customers for situation as this.Well, Im one of those people that boycott businesses that cheat customers.

My car didn’t get cleaned properly with the “tornado” wash. The manager would not allow it to run through a second time. I’m disappointed at a half clean job.

Twice in a row I have not gotten my coin for a free vacuum....which is advertised. Today I ask the guy and he said one minute....never came back and ignored me and walked past me 3 times. I wont go back...no reason to wash the outside with a dirty inside. This guy has a bad attitude.

Not the first time that I chime here early and the place is closed. Hours show it opens at 8am, it is 9:19 and its still closed...

Didnt work at all

Hours of operation show its open until 7pm on Sundays but it was closed at 6:10pm when I tried to get a car wash.

My car got stuck and the guy tried to say everything was ok and gave me a free wash voucher while all along he knew it was because my car got scratched up on the driver side.
