Lost $10 in the change machine 5/6/2020. Absolutely no contact information posted anywhere. Ive also lost money in the wash bays due to the time not registering when coins are inserted or the sprayer settings not functioning properly. There is no way to get in contact with the owner to get a refund.

Yeah, I echo the other reviews, this place needs serious work. Im pretty sure every dial setting just sprayed water, no soap or wax. The foam brush didnt foam at all. They dont take cards. My car looks exactly like it did when I got there. If you want self service, go up to Spotless or Baywash Car Washes.

Machines are jammed, or just don’t work. Seems intentional. Thievery of quarters at its finest.

No pressure and the lines leak in the ceiling and drip all over you. I am all wet and my car is still dirty.

Just put $5 in the change machine, out of order light c as n on. No return of cash. No number to get refund. First and last time I use this place. Who ever owns this place, will be hearing from me.

Change machine took 10 dollars from me then said out of service. No phone number to call and complain about it. I used to come here every sunday now ill never go there again

I paid 12$ for a car wash...when i pulled into the bay it did not come on. I tried to get a refund and i was not able to. I emailed the owner requesting a refund. As of yet no response. Hoping they contact me!
