This car wash scratched both of my left wheels on my brand new Lexus. I filled out an incident report with the nice man that controlled the car wash that day, and never heard anything back. I spoke with Katherine the first time and she said I dont know why he would give you this number to call us essentially making it seem as if she couldnt be bothered. I continued to call and call and no response. finally got a hold of Katherine who i spoke to months before. Suzine, a partner, called me back and told me too bad! take it to small claims court, youre going to lose anyways!, and then hung up on me. She was the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. I have been a customer of Flippers car wash since it opened in the Citrus Park are, but I am no longer and will not stop until someone reaches back out to me and resolves this huge issue. Based on the reviews this company gets its a matter of time before they go out of business. You just dont treat your customers that way. And I should add... The times i went before this incident, only 2 vacuums were working and with little suction at that.

Bad service, car came out dirt and then they want to clean with a bounty... Guy keep saying that dirt will not com out and magicly came after he pass the broom... Worse customer service and cleaning overall.

The prep guy was very rude. Usually whoever is the prep gives me hands signals to stop and when to put the car on neutral, but this kid did not do any of these steps and was very rude when giving directions. Instead he took it upon himself to yell the directions at me, while my windows were all the way up. Gee I dont think I can hear you or believe that you are acknowledging me. Judging by his behavior, he doesnt like his job. Then why is he working there in the first place? I usually go there because its close by but after this experience I will not be returning again.

The car wash broke down while I was going through. One of the workers (M.R.) wrote me a note to come back for a wash and then wouldnt acknowledge that I paid for a Works Wash and gave me the cheapest wash instead. I come here because its so close to me house but theres always something wrong with this place. Its always breaking down or theres always something wrong with their stuff. Ill stop at the other one omw to USF instead. =/
