The family that operates this Hand Car Wash are very nice and friendly and performed an amazing job on our 2020 Chevrolet Silverado RST Z71!We were on a trip in Utah with slush and snow, then helped move one of our daughters and her family here from Colorado and the Tampa, Florida area and what mess it was! Now our truck is amazingly clean!Thank you very much!

For $20 you will get a partially washed and dried exterior still dirty and water marks all over. Youre better off throwing water and soap on it at home at no extra cost and get the same service.

I wish I had photos of what my car looked like before I brought it in. Im extremely impressed with the attention to detail. My car looks and smells brand new. Absolutely fantastic job

Good car wash but they work way too slow only 1 vehicle ahead of me being vacuumed. Yet had to sit and wait a whole hour before they were done with my Toyota Tacoma. # 4 exterior wash clean windows and interior plastics vacuum armor all tires& interior. I would say they need more staff

I usually detail my wifes car but today I wasnt feeling well. So I decided to take a chance and see if it comes out the way I usually do it. To my surprise these guys were on point well mannered very informative on the detail they were going to do to my wifes car. I paid $21 world class service . family owned business the brother make sure you leave a nice no less than $5 tip those guys work really hard to please us so we dont have to do it.

The staff always does an excellent job with my vehicles. I drive 17 miles for their service. Recent detail after a 3 hour drive with all the love bugs. Jeep looks great.

Horrible job for it to be “hand washed “ my car was still dirty all around and all he did was wipe it down with towel because he was such in a hurry to go home already . I got a number 3 plus I left tip before the car was even done . The car wash machines do a better job than this really .

THE JOB THEY DID ON MY CARE IS UNACCEPTABLE. THEY HAVE RUINED THE FRONT GRILL OF MY CAR AND WHEN I TRY TO GET A HOLD OF THE MANAGER A CHILD ANSWERS STATING SHE IS NOT THERE. SHE CANT BE REACHED AT THE ESTABLISHMENT BECAUSE ACCORDING TO HER OWN EMPLOYEES SHE IS NEVER THERE. BUYER BEWARE NEVER GO HERE!!!!!

Not great for the amount you’ll pay. I spent 30 dollars including tip for “the works.” I got in and started driving and still had marks on windshield, grass on my mats.

They charge midsize trucks as large trucks. I asked why and the boy said they have always charged that way. In the past they charged me for midsize. The boy who said he was in charge because his mom owns the car wash was not professional, was disrespectful. I went down the street to Mr. Carwash and paid for the same service for $10 less.

They are the worst. This is the third time that I’ve been there and my car was half cleaned. They cleaned half of my front inside window on the inside and did not clean the others. I paid to have inside of car wiped down with armor all- it still looked the sameas when I came in Service has went down. I have been going there for approx 8 yrs. and today they just lost a customer. I work too hard for my money to be throwing it away on subpar service. I got #3 car wash and looked like a #1 car wash very basic. They asked the outside. I also tried to call them and let them know. No one answers the phone. WOW!

They are thorough, friendly...this is a hand car wash...this type of car wash will not damage your paint as does the traditional car wash.

The only hand ✋ car wash that is reasonably priced and they do an excellent job!! You can go in with a filthy car and have it coming out brand new looking. Also, I just needed my car rinsed off and they let me sit in the car while they hand ✋ rinsed it!! They bend backwards to please the customer!! The rinse was only $10! Love them!!

Great pricing and wash was better than the chains I usually go to. I got interior and tire armor all and they didnt miss a spot! Only 4/5 stars because of customer service- I wasnt really greeted at all and when I asked what wash packages was available, he just pointed to the sign for me to read. I sat outside to wait, but did notice a sign for an indoor waitining room

Worst place to have a white car cleaned. They didnt get the job done even when asked about the dirty areas after wash. I got the feeling if you tipped big or looked that you could they would have done a better job

I just left this place and some kid washed my car while holding and talking on his phone. Thats the only problem, since then they have addressed the issue. This place is still a great place for a hand car wash.

They do their work to perfection. It took 25 minutes for them to wash n vaccum my pearl white sedan. It was my 1st time with a hand car wash service and I loved it. Not amazed why it has got such good ratings.

This used to be my go to spot since it’s hand wash, but not anymore. During my last visit there, my car’s whole front bumper and back bumper was still wet. It looked like no one even tried to go over it with a towel. I was very disappointed in their poor work ethic - saying my car was “done” when it obviously wasn’t. It also feels like my car wasnt cared for since its not a super sporty car.

They broke my antennas without saying anything. Didnt see it until I got home. Cost over $600 to repair the entire base. Will never go there again.

Solid service. In a small lot but try their best to make the space work. Would/do recommend.

They did a good job cleaning our car inside and out

I came here after reading all the great reviews on a Friday. They were quite busy - this I expected. They washed and tended to my car by hand. The wash was spectacular however their towels had so much lint, it could be seen all over the car and on my roof (my roof is plastidipped so it is a rough surface). When i got into the interior I found that they put armorall on everything and it looked like a half-done job. I had to fix it up when i got home. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone who has custom work on their car but for the layman, this place is a gem.

Used to be great. Got the ultimate and after I paid and tipped I had to ask them to clean the inside again. Terrible work, should be ashamed for price charged.

Not satisfied at all very expensive and they dont do a good job on making sure car looks clean... I have rims on my car that are black and they didnt bother cleaning the inside of the rims. Not happy at all with this car wash they want to charge extra for every little thing as to other car washes include more for $20.

Didnt move the car seat didnt get the floor of the 3rd row didnt roll down the windows to fully clean them. For 42.00 its plus a 10.00 tip i should have done it myself

OK job. Older guy behind the counter likes to harass for tips each time we go which is unprofessional. Not very structured as times employees take breaks and cars just stay in a spot for over 30-40 minutes.

Best place to wash your car in Tampa, they wash your car by hand. Have been going to this place and only this place since 2005

I love this place ...customer service is amazing and the only carwash I called that answered their phone and didnt make me drive all the way there only to turn me away. This is my second time hereand my car always comes out looking brand new.

Too slow. One hour 15 minutes, and I couldnt wait for the car to be taken out.

They have very bad customer service and do not work professionally, my experience was that I washed my black car and when it dried they mixed it with grease and when I went to claim the only thing they did was pass a towel and it was worse and they did not want to return to Wash I do not recommend to anyone very bad attention and service.
