The $ 5 dollar car wash was great. The young guy at the entrance is FANTASTIC, the young guy at the entrance of the Car washing is AMAZING! He showed he care about your car!

Bad vaccum. Old carwash machine. Always a messy that place. I try to cancel my membership nobody show up in there office. I contacted my bank to block the months payment.

Monthly membership is the way to go here. Right on Fowler across from the mall so its convenient. So with the membership, you could pass through everyday twice a day if you felt Like it. Just washed your car & it 🌧 rained? No problemo, just run it through again.

Just went here and have to say Im very disappointed and feel incredibly foolish.Almost all the vacuums do not work and the ones that did were in use. I went to at least 5 different vacuums.....I would have left it at that and not felt that review worthy, but then it got worse.The employee on shift looked like it was a hassle to do his job and was clearly upset that I honked my horn to get his attention since he couldnt bother paying attention to anything except his phone. My rims werent even scrubbed and I paid for the ultimate wash......I wish I knew where another car wash was because this is just sad.

My last 3 visits received poor cleaning. Vacuum is weak. Time for car wash has sped up, goes too fast! Had to wipe off unremoved dirt after wash. May have been allowed to go through again but did that before. Was a customer for years, disappointed.

The vaccums work and the drive-thru gets you out quick. The car wash is nice and clean but the prices are a bit high.

I wish I can give it a 0 star. My first time in I was around and wanted to wash my car before getting home and saw this place at first it looked old and not well maintained as the employee had to pull on a rope to lock in wheels before sending the car to wash. First time Ive seen that 😳 yikes. There was a long line and once inside the car wash I heard weird noises and I knew something wasn’t right. I always go to Tommy Express Car Wash and nothing has happened before. Once I got home from Mr. Express Car Wash I look around the car to see how the wash was and I notice scratches on the driver door, kept walking around more scratches on back bumper on either side, the front bumper all scratched. Renovate the machines with the new state of the art systems and this place wouldn’t have issues and more profit!!!Also, I would think 100 times more before going to this place.

Thought this place was going to be great, its close to my house and has a great monthly plan. After trying this place out I immediately noticed scratches all over the hood of my car. Mind you I just bought this car in excellent condition not even 2 weeks ago. I am very upset that now my new car doesnt look as nice now. So much for the 11k I just put out for this car. Will NEVER use or recommend this car wash to anyone.

Love the idea of having a pre- wash station to scrub your tires and rims before actually going through the machine wash.

The vacuums need to be replaced but other than that its good!

I guess I’m just going to have to stick to washing my car during the day. I usually go mornings/afternoons. Wanted to try it at night with less people but the guy who was working tonight (11/22/20 around 8 pm) had a bad attitude and wasn’t helpful at all. On his phone and not guiding you how he should when you’re getting onto the track for the car wash. Didn’t scrub the outside of the car like they usually do in the afternoon to at least prep for the wash and on top of that we paid for the $12 wash (usually $15 and the best) and the light in theside lit up saying we got the “in & out” wash which wasn’t what we paid for. The car wash itself is usually good but this was the worst experience I’ve had there. Morning/afternoon crew is much more professional and helpful.

BEST CAR WASH IN TOWN! U love them.. the vacuums always work. The attendants are always friendly. The facility is clean and the car wash actually work. The prices are great! The have actually bought a membership and it is worth the price! I never go any where else!

The vacuum cleaners are great and the unlimited time really matters. The sprayers along with the towels are really helpful. The recent price increases as well as retraction of happy hours is a bummer. When comparing happy hour price with current prices,the prices have doubled.

The car wash was great and fast however the vacuums didnt us and others around us justice. 4 other consumers shared the same problem with the lack of suction from the vaccums.

This is s very good place to go clean your car. Since they upgraded the whole place.. the vacuums are always free & very powerful suction.They have free towels & glass cleaner. The prices are very well affordable for the value of the wash.I always get great service from James (Jimmy) He scrubs my truck bumper & pre-washes the bumper & winshield. he always deserve & earns couple bucks for tip.Thank you guys!

On Nov. 7, 2020 I took my car too get washed at MR. Express CAR WASH. I paid for ultimate wash and they tore off my whole rear assembly. I have a 2003 Cadillac CTS. I had just bought my vehicle 3wks ago. No damages (I have pictures.) The supervisor would not give me the pieces that they (car wash) broke off and would not give me contact information to owner upon request. It has resulted in me to call the police in which Hillsborough police department retrieved both phone number and broken pieces. I was assured by hpd that the owner would be in on Monday NOV. 9 2020. I went into the establishment on this day to speak with owner around 9:15am. The supervisor that was present on Saturday was present Monday in which he stated to me that he informed HPD that he would call owner but didn’t know when he (owner) would be in “today, tomorrow, next week, next month, next year.” I proceeded to stand by next door so not to disturb Buisness. I received a phone call from supervisor around 10a.m Monday in which he stated “We will not be paying for damages to vehicle because it was 17yrs old.” In which I replied “do u have that in your policy and or what if a classic car 50yrs old came in do u not wash cars or repair cars this old if damaged in your establishment?” He replied “ well people bring old cars into car washes to get damaged so to receive money.” Insinuating that I was one of these people. I informed him that there was nothing wrong with my car until it went through your car wash. Still supervisor told me they would not do the repairs. I have taken my car to Macco to get an estimate In which it was determined to be $963.65. Half of which I paid for the car! Civil suit is coming and help me please. Got bless and have a great day.

Very unhappy with the service I received tonight after a long day at work, I vacuumed my car and was trying to go through the carwash I was not straight enough so I straighten myself out upon doing this the worker who claimed his name is Kenneth yelled at me told me to get off my phone and to listen to him, I was for one not on my telephone and 2 he did not have to yell at me. I told him this and his excuse was is that hes the only worker of the night and that hes trying to run a business I told him he has absolutely no right to yell at me and his excuse was that its very loud in the machines are disturbing his hearing. No he is an older gentleman that has hearing issues, theres a big difference in that sense. He did look very stressed out but he has absolutely no right to yell at me like that. I will be filing a full report with the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs.

Signed up for monthly carwash and was assured this would be a one time charge and i would have to approve the next months charge at the time that i wanted. Not true-- they keep charging my credit card every month and I have moved to North Carolina; They dont answer their phone and have no mailbox to leave a message. Have contacted my card company to help me stop these charges. Be careful with this company, my next approach on this matter will be legal in nature.

Very friendly staff, clean and well lit up area. I LOVE the concept of vacuuming your vehicle first THEN going through the car wash. I will be going back next time to get a membership.

Bought an unlimited package a few days ago came today at 5:50 and the business is closed. Your business says open until 10 and no one is even here ? Not worth the money if I cannot use service during business hours.

Be aware of what they bill your credit card. I paid for a montly wash for one time only, after few months I found that they charged me every month although when I went after my first month to the wash, the machine said that your membership is expired.

Very in and out. I got the premium wash which wasnt very premium. The prep was very slack missed a lot. Bugs still on the mirrors and grill and the front wheels were still nasty. The attendant didnt seem to be very enthused about their job
