Their service was amazing. I had to pick up my car early and they had already finished the job. It was spotless and exceeded my expectations. Definitely would come back, highly recommend.

This place sounds like a great idea: get a car wash while you shop. It is a great idea, and they seem to have friendly service. Google claims they are veteran / women led, too which is great. Unfortunately for my car though, the $25 wash that I purchased left me scratching my head, and the bugs that weren’t removed from my vehicle. The soggy footprints inside the driver’s well imply that someone got into the car, but not that it was washed. Rinsed is probably a safe assumption, but not washed. I shapooed my lexus leather seats with them and they didnt dry them properly, my back seats started groeinv mold after they shampooed them. Very poor customer service, didnt own up to their mess up.

2 stars because normally this place is okay. But today I drove all the way here for the guy to initially ignore me (which I guess is okay since they only had one person working). Then I tried to show him what I wanted and he was sort of rude, just didn’t seem to want to service the car at all and tried to oversell me on a wash because “cleaning bugs is hard”. Give me a break. I’m a girl and I can scrub bugs out quick. I just don’t want to because it’s hot so I tried to take it here. I’ve never had someone tell me I needed the top price/quality wash because there were bugs on the front. Waste of time. I’ll find somewhere else to do it for a reasonable price.

Okay, I brought my car in with the interior packed with dog hair. They probably were cringing and hated me, but I couldn’t tell. Very kind and professional. The guy at the desk was very honest about how long my car would take due to the dog hair, and said that it might be impossible to get every single hair out. This wasn’t surprising to me because, again, the car was packed with dog hair. I’m surprised they didn’t turn me away. I came back a few hours later and my car looked amazing. There was some dog hair left, but that’s exactly what I expected. I will definitely use their services again!!10/10

I got the ultimate interior and it took about 2 hours to complete. As I was checking around the car I kept on finding things that were still dirty: the cup holder in the front and back, the storage box wasnt even touched, the pocket behind the seats, there were chips in the seat belt buckle area, a stain still on the carpet. Its upsetting that after 2 hours I had to tell him about obvious areas that should be part of the package I got, and had I left I would have been ripped off of a proper cleaning. I think for the service I got, I could have done the same myself and saved myself the stress and money.

Update to owner: thank you for your response; however, you have the wrong vehicle. We were not walked around the car. We were given the keys and shown where are car seat and bags were to reload everything. I attempted to call and email and no response.There was no fixing the issue because we paid before we were given the keys back. Which is partly our fault.My review history if you notice is slim. Less than one per year, after I have reached out to the company first.**WE PAID THE 125$ INTERIOR DETAIL AND FOR A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY THE WORK IS EXTREMELY SUB PAR.WE MADE AN APPOINTMENT AND WERE TOLD ABOUT AN HOUR, HOWEVER, TOOK OVER TWO HOURS. WE WOULD NOT HAVE MINDED THE EXTRA TIME, HOWEVER, WE NOW STILL HAVE PROBABLY AN HOUR LEFT OF CLEANING. THE CAR WAS NOT AEFUL TO BEGIN WITH BUT WE ARE LONING IT TO OUR FAMILY IN TOWN FOR A FEW DAYS. LITERALLY CRUMBS STILL IN THE CONSOLE AND DUST ON THE STEERING AND DASH.... THE ABSOLUTE BASICS. WE ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS PROFESSIONAL SERVICE.If you can do the basics yourself, save your money!

I paid $25.00 for the interior and exterior car wash and my MB looks fantastic as if I just had it detailed. I was very satisfied and happy to get my car back spotless after an all day of shopping. An add on- I didn’t have to pay for parking and tip. Definitely will go back and bring my car here at least once a month.

Keith and Chris did AMAZING work! This place is awesome and earns a solid 5 stars. Went here for the first time-- sort of stumbled upon AutoSpa not knowing they were located below Cheesecake Factory in the lower level of the parking garage. Both Keith and Chris took time to go over the menu of what they offer and helped me find what would be best for me. I was in a bind for time but they assured me they would be able to get my car finished in time-- and they didnt disappoint. The car was spotless. They hand wash each car and take their time detailing. Im sold by the work these guys did and Ill definitely be back.

I normally am afraid to try new places but this place just earned my business.Edit as of 02/04/2021Came in today to take my 2nd car in for an exterior car wash and engine detail. Completely UNSATISFIED. This place has changed so much. Personnel is different and do not seem to want to work hard at all. My engine bay was not clean at all and all the guy did was wipe some areas down with a rag and I found all the crevices full of dirt. I got my refund of course but that is not the point. Honesty no longer exists and I could have done that myself. And then on the outside the water spots are all over the back of the car not dried up at all. Will not come here anymore. So sad they lost a customer.

After shopping I decided to get my car cleaned. I guess this is right before the manager leaves. They charged $45 for an interior & exterior clean. When I get my car back, I realize they didn’t even touch the inside of my car and they barely touched the outside either.I just asked for a refund and got my money back. I’m never coming back here.

This was my first experience at the auto spa. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I went for the wax and cleaning the inside as my car needed some extra love. These guys really knocked it out of the park. I would highly suggest this place.

I purchased a New to me used car and wanted it detailed. It was a good experience and they did an overall good detail job. Good customer service. My only issues were I found sand in the truck area, the rims had run marks on them like they were oversprayed with something & a couple of exterior areas still had wax residue. Nothing too major, but better lighting in the area may help a lot since they are located in the parking garage.

I brought my car in yesterday riddled with pollen, bird poop, and leaves. When it was finished it was as if when i drove it off the lot when i first bought. It was vibrant again and the windows were crystal clear. Will definetly be taking my car here for routine car washes.

Fast and friendly service! I was greeted right when I arrived and had the services and prices explained to me. The first time I was here, I absolutely did not recognize my car. I mean, I had not wash nor vacuumed my car for at least 3 months. I brought it here after spending some time at international mall, and boy did they leave it clean and shiny. Like I had just bought the car again. And Im back again now because I could trust them to do a deep cleaning and they havent disappointed me at all. Worth every penny!

I loved the idea of getting my car cleaned while I shop. I was not satisfied the first time, so I tipped and left. I decided to give them a second chance and was let down again. I have a service dog in training. I told them about the dog hair. I was told I may get charged more for dog hair, fine just please get rid of it. Nope. I went to check and I still see dog hair. For the price Im paying to get my car detailed. Id like to not see dog hair. So I stopped taking them my car. I didnt complain, I didnt ask for my money back because they still worked on my car. They just lost my business.

Made a appointment online and was given a time and date. I arrived 20 minutes early and waiting 20 minutes after scheduled appointment time and they still hadnt arrived. I tried to contact and email them to no avail. VERY POOR PROFESSIONALISM.

I got my Toyota Camry washed here and I felt as if it was treated as a luxury car. The prices here are amazing for the service you receive. One employee I would like to point out is Bryant, I stood by and watched to see how things are ran here and can this man work! I saw him bust down my car in such a professional manner. He definitely applies finesse to his car cleaning process and I can tell he treated my Camry as if it was the Lamborghini I saw him clean after my car. For anyone coming here to get their car cleaned I highly recommend asking for Bryant to clean it!

This place is right at the international plaza mall. They are very over priced for what they offer. I can get the same services at a standalone car wash for a fraction of the price. These guys do everything by hand and it does come out well, but not for what they want to charge for it. It seems as soon as you go to a mall, prices significantly increase. I wont return, I wont pay these obsurd prices to just wash my car

Joe at Auto Spa did a fantastic job detailing my Jeep! It looked better than when I first bought her. The exterior was shiny with the black trim pieces restored. The leather treatment left the seats looking luxurious! Joe also did an amazing job cleaning the engine.

Heard about this place on Yelp!, was not disappointed. It usually takes me hours to wash my car, most of the time is taken up n the rims. I was very surprised at how they made me feel special. And the rim job I got from this place was the best. Made them look like NEW!!!! I struggle with getting the brake dust off of the rim. But this place got in there nice and deep, to places I can barely reach. Hands down the best rim job in Tampa

Got my car “washed” there last week. When our car was finished( over 2.5 hours after drop off). It appeared as if it was supremely rushed and most of the car hadn’t been vacuumed. I emailed the management team, but received no response. They clearly don’t care about their customer service and the $60 for a wash is better spent somewhere else.

These guys are generally always pretty busy, especially on the weekend, but no matter how busy they are, they still manage to do a high quality job. I was completely satisfied with how thorough they were with the inside as well as outside of the car. I included waxing of the exterior and was not disappointed. Why not kill two birds (maybe three) with one stone and keep your vehicle in good hands while getting some grub and shopping done???

I found this placr by accident BUT They did amazing on the interior of my 2000 Chevy Monte Carlo. Frank and I think her name was either Nikki or Vikki, either way they both did a great job on my baby, she smelled so good after, and they even gave her a free wax, and cleaned my windows and tires. I was so happy with everything I would seriously come back and 10/10 recommend. They were very nice when I say they cleaned everything I mean EVERYTHING!

I have a Velar and F-Pace and this is the only shop I trust to clean my SUVs. I have done everything from a basic wash to the top of the line polish and have never had a bad experience. They always do quality work and have superior attention to detail for both the interior and exterior. I do wish they had a loyalty program. One guy told me that they will automatically apply discounts based on volume but then I was told that wasn’t true.

Joe is AWESOME! This was my first time at Auto Spa. They were busy however Joe made it possible to detail my Mercedes so I could still get to an event. Joe detail work is great!!! Well worth the money! I’ve been to many places around Tampa to get my car detailed and I’ve never been as happy as I am when my wife and I drop our cars off at Auto Spa America and have dinner while we wait! Being part of the international mall really makes it convenient! Better than a waiting room! My car was a bit neglected to say the least, it hadn’t been cleaned for about 5-6 months! We have dogs so the hair was noticeable when dropping off the car but Corey and team managed to make the inside and cargo area completely spotless! When we came by to pick up the cars we were surprised to see a young man in military uniform greet us and hand over the car keys..... hmmmm maybe that’s why the cars are always so spotless? A little bit of military discipline! Only joking! Those guys work really hard and simply take pride in what they do.
