Came here today because of the great reviews but was very disappointed. First, the card reader on the middle kiosk wasn’t working so I had to switch to another. Mildly inconvenient but not a big deal. Then, my car was still dirty after leaving. Particularly the front. The same dead bugs and dirt marks I came in with. I was expecting a better quality clean.

Price range from $7 to $20. Unlimited wash is 20 a month. Towels are provided which is a plus. Facility is in good condition. Compared to other Xpress xarwash, suction power of their vaccumes are not that great although there were not many are in use. Also, I wish their air dryer was a lot more powerful because I can literally see a lot of water remained on the trunk lid and on the roof after wash. If they can improve those issues, it would be definitely 5 stars.

I am disappointed. I paid $26 and my wheels were still dirty. There were also still bugs all over my front bumper and hood. The back of my hatchback was dirty as well. I do not recommend the rainx wash.

This is my third time using. The first two times wete great. This time I got the 20.00 car wash as usual and my car was still ityand looked as if wax wasnt even applied.. Will not be back, waste of money

Best car wash in Tampa! I’ve been going here for quite a while now and each time is better then the other. Great workers, great benefits with the membership plan and management is great!!! There is a kid that works there for a long time now and I see him every day he has a tattoo on his arm if you need any help he will be the first to do so! Definitely recommend everyone to check this place out

Believe it or not, after I get home from work I take my car to this car wash. Why ? Because I love this place. My friends had been telling me how unbelievable this car wash is forever so I went this weekend. Well, Im now a fan also. This place is so cool, My car looks like it did when I bought it new. Its so shiny that my wife asked me where the car wash is located. I also enjoyed all of the free services that they provide! I give these guys a rating of 10.

This car wash is Great! My husband raved about it so my much, that I had to try it. The car wash is the most effective one that Ive been to. I have never seen my van so clean. My kids just love it, because its like going to an event every time. Id also like to say that the employees were so helpful and treated us so well. I now have an unlimited wash club pass and can come as much as I want!

We came here last Sunday to wash my car and I must say that we were pleasantly surprised at what we had received for our money. We purchased the Rain x wash which was $20.00. My car was perfect down to wheels and tires. We couldnt believe all of the extra free services that you gave us. The rug shampoo machine was incredible! The free bug removal before the wash worked perfectly. Needless to say, I signed up for the VIP unlimited wash club package after this experience. I also brought my wifes car right back and signed her up too.

I have been a member for 2 years and it is a great place to go to clean our car. The whole place is kept clean and tidy and the guys who work there are very attentive and willing to help the customer. the place is highly recommended.

I came here and the services was phenomenal!!! Employees were on top of everything. They love their JOB & their CUSTOMERS, always smiling, thanking you, & always making eye contact to make sure you are on the tracks without damaging your rims/ tires. Any ?s they go through it with you professionally. I mean in depth on how the memberships works. With basic wash it gets the JOB done. The place is always clean & well taken care of, Towels are available as well, the spray bottles are always filled up never empty or half empty & convenient for use. The vacuums R powerful!! Free air freshener everytime you wash u cant beat that, pina colada isnt my favorite smell & I wish they did have other VARIETY of air freshener. The ONLY thing they are MISSING is a vending machine of drinks cause it does gets hot out there and i do get thirsty after a workout & i happened to not bring a drink with me @ that moment, it was more of a last minute go with the flow kind of day for me!!!They are persistent of getting u into the tunnel n out! They are extremely FAST. Another, great thing they are open 7 days a week and everyday they open their doors 8 am on the dot. 1 last thing i do wish they OFFERED a service of polishing/ Buffering/ wax station by 👐. Love this car wash always clean and operational. The dryer doesnt really dry your car that well so it is better if you get out and wipe down your car with the towels provided for you. Vacuums always work great!

Machines are broke and can’t even give you what you paid for. I came today and got the 26 dollar wash which is the top wash and while getting the wash I noticed that some of the services to include the final buff didn’t even initiate. I went to the service desk and told the rep an they gave me another wash. I went back through and the same thing happened again. I made sure I wasn’t crazy and watched the car behind me get the buff on both washes. I told another rep again and he tried to tell me that the buff portion hasn’t worked in over a month (which wouldn’t help their case anyway) but I closely watched it work. Sat there an lied to my face and walked away. I also noticed the ceramic coat or tire shine didn’t work. Won’t be going there anymore.

This issue was handled, and the appropriate person has been disciplined. I believe in second chances, so I walked into the shop the other day and Michael helped me out so much! He felt so bad for the interaction that I had informed me that I did not speak to the owner. I renewed my wash at a lower level and I’m happy to be a customer here!GREED - I got a one month membership and called to downgrade to a different wash once I was charged (but did no go to the wash since I was charged), I spoke to the owner on the phone and he would not downgrade my membership and refund the rest. Tho the charge is still pending and was just charged this AM. He said I signed a contract (I never did) because I filled out the membership on their kiosk and never spoke to anyone. Then my 3rd was they blamed me for not having a sticker in my window.I would recommend this wash learn customer service, speak to the people that use the wash with respect and want to have relationships with the customers. This wash is greedy and doesnt care about their customers.

Its a good car wash, their vacuums always work and I like that they have cloths and spray cleaner for windows.

The service here was great. The machines to pay were clear and consice of what you needed to do. The machine did great! While the vehicle was still a bit dirty, what do you expect from a machine car wash after not washing it for 4 or 5 months!!! The employees there were nice when giving me my membership sticker. The vaccumes were strong and vaccumed my car nicely, the mat washer did a phenominal job washing my mats, and the towel and glass cleaner helped me get the stuff any machine would never get off. The one lost star was because of how close the cars were in the machine, I almost rear-ended the car infront of me when exiting the machine, and the car behind me almost rear-ended me. I will be going here again!

I like going here. They have a newer machine and it does a really good job. They have complimentary towels to wipe down your car and free vacuums. Great place for sure.

Won’t be returning and cancelling my membership.. encountered a very rude and abrupt employee, who literally yelled at me, as I was attempting to drive through the car wash. He became frustrated because, I was having a difficult time straightening my car. Came to my window, and yelled.. he better be lucky I was in an ok mood, otherwise, he would had worse a issue on his hands. However, I will never return.. just when I initially gave a great review, a jerk of an employee ruined it. There are too many other car washes around to put up with this bs…

It was well maintained, with a very good prewash station. The prices are less than most. The afterwash slips are spaced well, have strong vacuums, and good towels. But, are not covered. My biggest complaint is that they dont have compressed air hoses. Which is a fantastic feature, at some of the newer places.

First time, free vacuums are nice but the hoses are difficult to get in all the spots of my vehicle, the wash didnt get everything the first time and I tried to find someone to ask for a rewash but found nobody. I didnt want to pay again for the wash. Im giving 2 stars as a whole, but the gentleman who was helping me initially was great (5 stars), but it wouldve been helpful if someone was out there more often.

I have been here in the past and it has been good but today could have been a lot better.During the wash the overhead drying roller machine ripped off the complete windshield wiper. I went and told the representative which found the arm and explained the the wiper was broken but the arm could be mounted back. I later noticed that the machine that ripped it off also came back and scratched the hood of the car. The representative stated he was sorry but didnt offer any help or anything further.I ended up being responsible for fixing the arm, buying a new wiper and a scratch on my hood, what a Rip Tide.

The owner and management are scheisters!! I signed up for a monthly wash, under the impression by the owner, that approached me, that I would renew my membership monthly..it was explained to me that its a monthly membership not a yearly membership charged monthly..when I paid for the month, the girl at the counter handed me their pamphlet with my receipt, she did not explain how the membership worked and I assumed it was a monthly membership. I noticed my credit card was a bit high in August, so I got a copy of my statement and noticed they were charging me from March to August..I spoke with Fernando and he agreed that it was unfair since it was not explained and the pamphlet says at the top unlimited wash club membership provides unlimited car washes in each month when membership is renewed IN EACH MONTH WHEN MEMBERSHIP IS RENEWED...Fernando said he would take the information to the owner and ask to refund the 5 months that I did not use the membership. I followed up today, and Fernando said the owner refuses to give me a refund because its clearly written on the agreement..no, its not clearly written on the agreement..it clearly states unlimited car washes in each month when membership is renewed ..meaning, the membership is renewed every month! Fernando refused to give me the owners name, telling me that its private .. I am now filing with the BBB, disputing the charges and contacting an attorney because Im sure others have been duped by this company..BUYER BEWARE!

Went to the car wash at 630, they close at 7pm. There were no towels available. Employee refused and said towels were not available. Asked for refund since we could not dry the car. Employee refused. Asked for his name, he refused. I took his picture and he threatened to call the cops. I said since you won’t give a name I want to have proof of who I’m talking to. Employee called the cops because he said it was illegal to take is picture. I said ok I’ll wait and cops came and said there was nothing illegal . These employees lack customer service skills. I will not return here again.

Clean, friendly everything works well. Great for kids who are afraid of car washes. My daughter enjoyed the neon lights, shes sensitive to loud noises. It helped her.

Price is good and the monthly memberships are decent. Pretty pricey compared to other areas but its not the worst. The wash is good and the staff is nice. The vacuums are okay and sound great but it never gets everything it should and for that I give it a 4 vs a 5. Would return however.

Awesome place to wash your car. There is a variety of different wash options available for your automobile. They have a machine that washes and drys you floor mats! Also provided are complementary shammys to dry off your car and the vacuums are free as well with long hoses and strong suction. Get there early on the weekend because they fill up fast!

Ive been a member of Riptide for a year and have always been beyond satisfied with the car washes and the generous extras given. I use the bug prep before my wash and it gets them all off. I use their rug washer every time and it is awesome. I always take advantage of the free towels, fragrance and windex. No car wash that Ive ever been to does this much for their customers. For this I thank you.

I literally love this place! My first visit was today and my car is now immaculate (cleaner than from the dealership showroom). After evaluating my car, I immediately walked into the office and purchased an unlimited wash club package. I will be telling everyone in my office about this very cool car wash.

The wash did not get my vehicle very clean. The redeeming values of this car wash are the free vacuums which have great suction and the free mat cleaning machine.

I noticed the building yesterday because it was so tall and elaborate and thought that Id give it a try. Well, Im very happy that I had. I bought the $15.00 wash and my truck looks wonderful! The wheels are gleaming and the tires are shiny. The amenities are beyond expectation. They gave me free vacuuming, free floor mat washing, free towels, free windex. Thats a lot for $15.00. Ill be back every week!

Ok, I went there yesterday with my kids. They liked it more than Busch Gardens. Go figure. This place is amazing! The lights inside the wash were so cool and the different color soaps too. Not to mention that my car never looked so good. Kudos to the people who built this great place. Needless to say that I joined the unlimited wash club. See you soon!

Newer, nicely managed car wash. I prescrub, then get the $7 basic wash--which does the job. Then use the (free) vacuums, all of which are strong and effective, to clean the car inside. They also have a car mat cleaning machine!

Ive been a member for 8 months and am still impressed with this car wash. I have a new car and I baby it. I wash it 2 times per week at this car wash only. What I like most about Rip Tide is their attention to detail. They use the best products, the safest equipment and their hospitality is outstanding.

What I love about this car wash is that theyre also catering to the Latino community. Just notice the photo that Ive attached, Its their car wash selection system with a translation screen in Spanish. I drove my Jeep through the Riptide Car Wash. In the middle of the machine where the top spin brush comes down it got hooked onto my roof light bar and picked up my whole Jeep off tracks for a good 5-7 seconds, pushed the Jeep back as my Jeep was shaking with the side spin brushes still active and spinning. This situation nearly cause the vehicle behind me to hit me. Finally my Jeep was dropped and push through the Car Wash Machine. When I pulled out from the Machine I pulled into the parking area where vehicles vacuum the interior. I got out my vehicle and saw my light bar forced twisted down (facing down) and I looked at the roof of Jeep and I found slices on the roof, light bar is chipped and there’s a bent spot on back side of light bar since it was twisted to face down with back of light bar facing to sky. I made a report on same day with personnel and they informed me that a manager would contact me on Monday. I called them Monday afternoon and reach out to a manager that informed me that no one informed them that there was an incident with a a Jeep damage. So the manager informed me he would have the General Manager review the video and contact me. Today (Tuesday) the GM of the car wash just left me a voice message starting he viewed the video and “clearly” can see that all the scratches and damage where already on top of Jeep roof prior to entering the machine. No one can visibly see the slices on top unless their eyes can see it in person. Id rate zero if I could after this whole experience.

You have everything youll need to clean your car.

Every time I go to this car wash they are having some kind of issues. And are not in operational. LOST MY BUSINESS. This is the 3rd time Ive went there during normal operational hours and they have been closed. Would not recommendI find it hard to believe that out of 3 times in the last 2 months your systems are being adjusted but it your business you run it how you want. Reading these other reviews were your wash did a sub par job it sounds like these adjustments havent worked. I will take my business else where. I wouldnt be surprised when you close up shop due to these technical issues

BEST car wash in this part of town… By far!Wash actually cleans your vehicle, effectively and efficiently. Vacuums suck strong like they are supposed to. Staff is attentive, and rags and cleaner are provided. The ONLY way it could be improved is with an air hose for tires for paying customers, and a few options for air freshener spray. Great value also.

I go here for me. I get to relax, close my eyes and enjoy all of the great scents while going through their very cool car wash. Its kind of a spa like experience. I give this place a solid 10! Im sure that my car feels like its been to the spa as well.

Cleaning towels and vacum that really works!

Close to home.... vacuums are really good. The thing I dont like is the clean towels they give u to dry you vehicle with arent clean at all. They stink like hell!!! They must recycle them instead of washing them.

I bought a monthly membership here and so far, it has been great. I cancelled another membership in the area due to some scratching, but no issues here. This would be 5 stars, but I saw an older gentleman who I assume must be a manager of some sort snapping at a younger employee. I have no context for what I saw, but to do it in front of a customer is uncomfortable.

I go there all the time. I drive for Uber so I get the monthly rates. They are extremely helpful and they provide cloths and cleaner so you can clean the rest of your car. Quality service. I go out of my way to use this car wash.

Reasonably priced. Vacuums are free and work great. You can also borrow a rag and window cleaner to do your windows. Staff very friendly.

So I was a member with them for about 6 months. They were always friendly with me, the problem was that over the course of those 6 months I had multiple parts of my car get snapped off In their wash, from caps on my roof rack, to part of my mirror getting taken off. They need to adjust the speed or power of the wash.

I totally loved this place. It is super clean. The equipment is clean and in excellent shape. They provide pre-wash bucket prior to entering the wash to help remove any tough dirt . There are Vacuums on your left and right side, so you don’t have to pull the hose on top of your car. They also provide Small, clean damped towels to clean interior, as well as a place to clean your rugs. Wowwww!!!!! LOVED IT. I hope the customers take pride and help them keep it in top shape.

Had traveled to the west coast from the east coast and had a car full of love bugs. The car wash had a free bug wash before the main wash. My truck came out super clean. Great place.
