My boyfriend ordered a Lamborghini for our weekend trip to Florida 2 weeks ago unfortunately when we landed the car was not there. It was excuse after excuse to why the car wasn’t there. The end excuse was the trailer was hit and they couldn’t deliver to us.When we asked about getting a different car every car was not available. Still haven’t received a refund and he had to pay extra on his insurance because of the car. Really disappointing and bad business on their part.

I gave it 4 stars only because the process started rocky due to communication. When everything got resolved and I received delivery of Lambi!!! Lol!!! (Lamborghini Huracan EVO), everything took a turn and I dont mean only because of the driving experience and the rush that this MONSTER machine gave me, but most importantly the effort and accommodations that my man Chris blessed us with. This was my first time renting an exotic car and it definitely wont be my last due to Chris!!!

What a disaster of a company! I made a reservation for the Ferrari 3 weeks prior to my husbands birthday. On the day of the reservation they send me an email that the reservation is cancel because of mechanical issues on the car. No phone call, They didnt think to maybe offer another replacement car, just didnt care. They also email me that the money I paid will be returned, well 3 days later I still didnt get my money back . Customer service wont answer phone calls, email or web chat. update I received my money back after 30 days

I’ve already rented twice from ILR. Once, to surprise my husband for our anniversary & another for Memorial weekend in Miami. Not only is the selection amazing, the vehicles were impeccable and the service was great! They were punctual and an ease to work with. I cannot wait to see what else they add to their collection.
