Was in Florida visiting from GA and my oil wrench came on so since my tools were at home I figured I’ll just go to Honda . Big mistake! Specially told the advisor do not perform a inspection or a wash. A HOUR later I get a link to a 2min long inspection video where the technician is trying to sell me work I’ve personally have already done. Spoke with the advisor just to find out they were washing my car . Car was just paint corrected. Now scratched up. They are so busy trying to make money off of people they don’t care if your property gets damaged why their at it.

Went in Friday 9/17/21. Not really knowing what to expect Dakota sat with me conversated made me feel very comfortable. There was no rush or pressure. That’s what sold me in my mind I was like I’m definitely going to purchase here. He recommended a very beautiful blue Honda Civic. I test drove it. Then decided ok let’s do it. I was really scared he came back with some numbers we negotiated he made it work. And I walked out with my Honda Civic that night. Dakota is the best. Not to mention the warranties are great. Had a great experience from start to finish with Alexus and Zach. Their process was orderly and as efficient as you really can be.I am an hour away, so I was calling around prior to driving. During my initial call, I asked for some photos of the interior because the listing only had exterior photos. I was provided a walk around and walk-through video from Alexus within the hour, and she confirmed it was non-smoking which was a concern of mine.We set up an appointment for later that day, and they had the car ready to test drive. They did the appraisal on my vehicle while we drove, and the bargaining process was not too brutal. The longest wait I had was to get into the financing office, but once there it was smooth. Like any financing and (extended) warranty scenario, its important to ask too many questions to truly understand everything and take your time to run the figures. I realized in the process I made a major mistake on my math, and thank God I caught it, because it would have cost me a few extra thousand. They worked with me to resolve it without much hesitation.The car had a broken windshield that hadnt been repaired at that point, and since I wanted to take the car, they are providing me a rental and fuel replacement (since Im coming from Sarasota) to get the repair done a few days after the sale.Great customer service. Very positive experience at the end of the day.

I bought a used van from Toyota of Tampa Bay a few months ago. No issues while buying it, but unfortunately the van is a lemon. $2500 in repairs so far fixing just about everything that could possibly go wrong with the AC and the alternator. And mechanics have said its rusting badly on the bottom, so Im sure more issues are to come. Its a shame vehicles like this can be resold. Im sure its my fault for buying a used vehicle thats not certified from a dealership. I should have expected it to be complete wreck based on what Ive learned in the past about dealerships.

Two stars because PRIOR to today, the service reps have been outstanding. There’s a blonde lady and the service manager who are car-service rep perfection!TODAY, however, while I waited for my oil change I was approached by some kid who wasn’t sure if I had a CRV or an Accord but said, β€œI looked at your account” and noticed β€œyou have a little equity…” and would I like to talk about trading up…?Suspect! Sales pitch with a side of regular service. Bad form Westshore Honda!!I’m here for the oil change, even though Ed Johnson almost made me leave with his condescending attitude.No thanks!PS: super lax on the masks here, if that matters to you. 😷

If I could give a 6 star customer satisfaction rating this would be the place out of ALL the Honda delarships I been through (3) this was the one. My wife is not too familiar with the ways how delarships work because some do take advantage, but Westshore Honda treated her with the up most respect and were mindfulness of her budget that I had to check out the deal with her.The service associate Brandon was so helpful in showing us the features of the car and what its able to do for us. He was always checking up to see if the purchase was up to our satisfaction and if we were happy, which we are. Brandon never tried to forcefully sell us a car unlike some other dealerships but this was a great experience, but wait the story get better.The next day we went together to finish the paper work to get everything sorted. I owned a 2016 WRX and I was not looking into trading my car anytime soon but when they gave an opportunity of a lifetime I had to do it. While the awesome financial advisor Aaron was helping my wife with the paper work Brandon wanted to show me a car to see if I liked it and boy did I. I was in absolute no budget into buying a car but he wanted to see what was I able to get if I were to get one.It was a little rough start because Im super conservative with my money and I was is no budget. They tried to work out multiple deals letting me know what was I able to get and I said no unfortunately. They respected my decision but were so shocked that Im passing off such a great deal on a very beautiful car that the General Manager Miguel came to say hello and thank us for my wife purchase. He saw that I was interested in the car and wanted to help me out personally which was the best customer experience Ive ever had when it comes to these types of big purchases. This Honda delarship deserves to be #1 because we had to came out with 2 cars. Give Brandon a sales manager position and give the GM Miguel a huge bounse because they were awesome.Thanks Honda Team!

Let me tell you, Brandon and Jony are the best to work with. I came in months ago and purchased a Ridgeline Sport 2021, great price and with Brandon, it made it easier. Brandon is young, knowledgeable and very very friendly and positive. He’s very honest and if he doesn’t know something, he finds out to get facts and not assumptions. Recently, I came in to grab this beauty and Brandon helped me make a dream come true. Went here to purchase a new vehicle. Test drove an insight and a civic. Really liked the civic. The sticker was just under 26k. When i told them i wanted it i was given a paper saying it would be 37k! There was a mark up of nearly 5k added to the sticker and not shown on the sticker. That is extremely shady and not transparent at all. Very glad i went to reeves and to a reputable dealer and got a taos. Stay clear!

Harry Whitaker was also helpful in negotiating a fair price. Jony Gonzalez was great in financing. He was not pushy and made the paperwork painless. The GM Mark Schols sent me an email to ensure my satisfaction. Side note the dealer adds a lifetime powertrain warranty, and provides exceptional detailing and protective coatings which include re-applications, two free oil changes, and a detailing welcome kit. Special props should go to David and Jony staying late to complete my purchase. I arrived 5 mins before closing due to weather. I will definitely recommend this dealer.

ZERO STARS>>I honestly DO NOT recommend this dealer, in the 20 years that I have been in this country, I had never felt so upset for having bought a new car, I know I did not have to sign when they first gave me a number that would be the payment and then they came with Another on finance of course more money to pay monthly, it was more than 9:00 at night, my children were hungry because they never gave me at least a bottle of water, I spent hours until finally, almost at closing, tired and already finished ... . I start to sign, which only passed screens to initial and sign, without explaining anything ... when I got home I started to review my payment had been inflated, the numbers shamelessly altered and in the end the $ 6,500.00 that I gave down payment, they were replaced by charges and more than in the end they took my down payment and I keep the payment as if I had not given any down payment money. Be very careful when signing, pay attention that they rob you and you dont even realize it ... Super annoying

Had a terrible experience. Made an appointment several days before for a car found online. Was worked with and even sent some requested photos when asked. Drive over an hour to get there and am told that the car isnt ready to sale, and needs work. I am shown another car to potentially check out and when we get the quote, its well over the value of the car brand new. It appreciated more than even the Type R, and with 40k miles! When trying to negotiate, they just said they dont need our business. So we left without even a sorry for making us drive over an hour for nothing. And this is the manager doing this. Have to wonder if its a bait and switch.

I had an amazing experience when purchasing my car at west shore Honda back in January of this year. I’ve never had any problems with the car. However, when I took my car to have an oil change with the mechanics at west shore Honda, my vehicle came back with a number of issue that were not reported back to me. In fact I got an entire checklist of everything the mechanic checked and next thing I know my car won’t turn at all. The lights on the dashboard will come on but the engine won’t run. When inquiring about my vehicle and it’s issues I was ran down with a number of charges I would have to pay in order for the car to be seen by them. I would recommend buying or leasing a car from them but as far as mechanical wise I don’t recommend them at all.

Let me say that our sales girl brinn was amazing and she did a great job helping us when she could. Once she passed on the sale to the closer things started to go south. First they messed up my fiancΓ© ssn number and he told them it was wrong and the guy said dont worry they approved it that way, yea well they didnt and he had to come back and fix later. Then they never took off our apartment pass and sun pass off the car we traded in and we had to get new ones. OK fine not that bad yet. Fast forward 2 weeks later we get in this 2020 veloster we just bought from them and it doesnt start.we had it towed with westshore service tothe dealer. The car sat there Friday, Saturday and Sunday before we could get any real answers from anyone. Then on Monday they sent it to Hyundai and apparently all it needed was a battery. It is now Friday a whole week later and we are now just picking up this car again.

This dealer is awful. Honda completely screws its customers over who lease vehicles by not allowing you to do 3rd party lease buyouts and making you go back to the dealer. The dealer low ball offers you to buy your car back and won’t match any other offers because they have a monopoly over you. I called in and asked if they would match another offer for selling the vehicle and they said yes over the phone but changed their mind when I went in person and tried to pull a fast one on me. Don’t lease Honda and definitely don’t lease from this dealership. Service is fine here so this review is completely based on the sales process.

They make you feel that you are broke and undesirable so they Can demand high prices, force their aftermarket made up warranties, charge high interest rates and take down payments that do not reflect current market conditions nor today’s cost of money.Shame on this place and shame on the people that participate on this bad practices. Wow is all I can say. Ive made two separate appointments... both times Ive shown up and stared at like I had 3 heads being told they might not be able to get to me today. What is the point of an appointment if you refuse to even look at my vehicle? Horrible service. Called to ask the manager why this has now happened a second time and he was very defensive and not helpful. I was told the appointment is to come in not actually be seen. That makes absolutely no sense. I understand having to wait for diagnostics, but to just be stared at and told we cant help you or wont help you with the vehicle you bought here is absurd and unprofessional. So much for their warranty...

I would give this place a zero star if there is an option. Just had a simple oil change on June 30, took 3hrs!!! During the entire time, there was no status update from Mike G., the service rep while I was right there in the waiting room. Upon check-out, I was told that I need to come back another time for a recall because the parts needs to be ordered. Today when I went in for the recall, I was told by Mike that the parts was not in inventory and there is no ETA either. He told me as if I was a walk-in and this is something I should be expecting, and there was no sincere apology from him either. Rude employees In the service department and especially in the sales floor. Nobody in the sales floor didn’t want to help me to look at a car. I had to ask the manager for any of his sales employees for help, and he gave a nonchalant answer saying β€œ please I’m busy, be patient and wait”. If you trying to sale cars, I’m pretty sure as a sales manager, you need better leadership skills. Just awful experience and highly recommended going to Brandon Honda instead of West shore.

So I came here to write a review about my most recent experience at Westshore Honda, and found a recent review from Courtney Roberts that immediately caught my attention. I thought to myself how incredibly accurate and relevant the review was to my experience that it seemed like a moment of synchronicity. Whats more, even though the review was about one of the sales team members, that member shared the same first name, Johnny. It was almost as if Courtney was writing the review for me and that I was part of her experience in some weird way.I am a software developer by trade and one adage we like to adhere by is dont reinvent the wheel. So my attempt to adhere will be to quote Courtneys spot on review and just comment on the slight differences between her experience and mine.I’m really impressed with Westshore Honda! They’ve always been great, but today was exceptional. I walked in for routine maintenance, and I was offered an amazing deal to trade in my existing vehicle for an upgraded model that I couldn’t pass up. Connor Watson is an exceptional salesman, and he really made this out of the blue experience worthwhile. Mark and Johnny were also wonderful, and the whole team really made my car buying experience the best it could be. If you’re looking for a great deal, and excellent customer service, check out my guys - Connor, Mark and JohnnyMy experience was nearly identical except I did not have the pleasure of working with Johnny, even though a Johnny did play a part in this review. And the other notable exception is that I ultimately did not accept the amazing deal that was offered. I did leave Westshore Honda after my initial visit thinking I would accept the offer, but due my current goal of become a first time home owner I had to decline the incredible offer after discussing the impacts with a home mortgage loan officer.Without a doubt, though, when my financial picture becomes more favorable, I will seek out Connor Watson and Mark Caivano to engage in another deal about upgrading my vehicle. I highly recommend these two sales professionals to anyone looking to purchase a new or used Honda. They will be real with you and make you feel informed and empowered during the entire sales process.

Unfortunately the experience at this dealership wasn’t what I had hoped for. It started off amazing, Kareem brought the test drive to our house and I fell in love with the car immediately. The next day I brought my car to the dealership for an appraisal as the manager decided they couldn’t give me an offer without seeing it since it had some cosmetic damage. I brought the car to them and I actually test drove another model to see which I enjoyed more. When they came back with my value of my car is when I lost any hope from this dealership. I feel like I was completely lowballed on my appraisal by thousands of dollars simply because I was a woman. I came in alone and they figured they could take advantage of me. If that doesn’t leave a sour taste in your mouth I don’t what will. Their valuation would’ve left me upside down by $5500 so I went home, had my car appraised elsewhere with my husband in tow this time and they offered the $15200 (not $9500 you guys did) that I deserved. I loved the Honda, I really wanted to buy the Honda but I couldn’t shake the interaction once I walked into your showroom yesterday with Tyler, the manager. So around 8pm that same day, we negotiated another make and model at a different dealership and now I have a car I completely love. Your employees need to learn to treat men and women equally, I may not know as much, but that doesn’t mean you need to take advantage of me to the fullest extent. Even with that $9500 I knew it was a bad deal. But it’s just another sale right? Kareem was nice and attentive but if I buy a Honda in the future, it won’t be from this location.

We were Honda owners who were very happy with the performance of our old car but we wanted a newer model. We searched around for the perfect car knowing that we were being very particular. We went to Westshore Honda looking for that specific used vehicle but when it was not available, they worked with us to find the perfect new 2021 CR-V. We found exactly what we wanted and they worked with us to bring the price of the brand new car close to the range we expected to spend on a used car. We ended up with a better deal and got to drive home the car of our dreams and a brand new model at that!

I bought my car in this location 3 weeks ago, my experience with the sales associate was amazing, I was very happy with my car, 2 weeks later, my car had the engine light on, started with issues, they said, is nothing we will fix it for you.2 days ago, the air conditioner stop working, the engine light turn on again, so I called them that I want to return the car, it was a Volkswagen Tiguan 2017 with only 17,000 miles.I was supposed to take the car to the dealer today in order they see what happens, but, I told them that that car was not in good condition and I don’t want it. In my way there, the car suddenly stopped on the entrance of the highway, I almost get hit by another two car, I have to call 911 so they send somebody because my life was in danger in that place,.When the police came, they called a truck that take my car to the dealer because they refuse to send me one, and also refuse to pay for, so I have to take money that have to pay my bill in order to carry the car the there,When my husband and I arrive there, the director of finance department Me Ricardo Rogriguez, even lock at us, and I have to ask if I can sit, he is the most unkind person that I have ever known, and also rude. He said if you leave your car here is gonna be a voluntary reposition, really?

I cant say enough good things about him. He did everything he could to make sure we were going home happy. This is the 2nd vehicle weve bought from Westshore Honda. We were so happy with our new car and the deal we got on our 2021 civic sport this weekend. We worked with Noah Amrani in sales and he gave us concierge level service. We worked out details and he showed us every line of every charge and ensured we had information for every decision along the way. I had the privilege of working with David Melendez at Westshore Honda. I am one of those consumers that knows what he wants and ready to walk away if I dont feel Im getting my moneys worth. Our first experience was a little over a year ago and it wasn’t the best. But, nonetheless there were still some great people we met along the way. We tried this again today, and now we’re walking out with a deal much better than the first. A HUGE and sincere thank you to Raynier, Mark, Jimmy, Ryan and Aaron for their honesty and integrity. Sales will always be a competitive world, and as consumers we have to respect that; but it is also the salesman job to provide a comfortable environment that doesn’t feel forced or fake - and that is certainly what these gentlemen did. Clientele goes much further than a single sale that left a bad taste in someone’s mouth. These gentlemen certainly cleaned up the arrogance of our last sales team (most of them are gone), and earned our trust and business. From the moment Mark approached me I was quick to shut him down, as I was just here for routine maintenance on my current car, but he asked me β€œwhat do I need to do, and how can I make something work?” I laid down my stipulations and sure enough, most of them were met. It wasn’t exactly what I wanted, but there was factors on my end that played into it too. But, they got the best deal possible, walked us through it, and provided us with thorough STRAIGHTFORWARD answers to all of our questions. Ryan and Aaron, thank you for being so accommodating and personable! Ray, thank you for a smooth car purchasing process. Jimmy, thank you for your direct answers and kindness. Lastly, Mark, thank you for your humor, kindness and understanding - it all started with you and what a hell of a job you did! Again, well done guys! This was a much better experience to remember. Gaby is an awesome sales representative! I called on a Saturday afternoon about a pre-owned vehicle, and she answered all my questions and had the car ready for me to test drive when I arrived. Gaby was pleasant, patient, and answered all questions. At no point did I feel pressured or like I was getting a bad deal The process was quick and painless. Gaby explained all the charges and made considerable effort to offer the best price. I walked out with an awesome vehicle at a really low monthly payment, and a lifetime power train warranty.
