I’m not pleased with the business at all. I contacted them for a detailing, the next day he was no show, I had to call to ask where he was. He canceled last minute so we rescheduled for the next day, again canceled due to “family issues”. I understand life happens but there should be a more professional protocol for canceling last minute.

Pictures and words do not do these guys justice!!! My Chevy was in rough shape and they made it look and smell brand new!! They went above and beyond all of my already high expectations!!! I highly recommend these guys... They are coming back tomorrow for my other car.

Great experience! I was seeking detail service and found Exclusive Shine Mobile Detailing through Google Maps. I called them based on the Google reviews and they did not disappoint! Matt came to my house the next day and did a full interior & exterior detail of our two vehicles and he could not have done a better job! The quality of work is outstanding! Really, you wont find better than this!

Not a good experience. I was charged $130 for deep cleaning of the interior of an Xterra, no outside wash, and they didnt even clean around/under the seats or the hatch area. Couldve done better spending a couple hours myself. They said they were gonna come back to fix the issue, but theyve been giving me the runaround for weeks now. Waste of money..would never hire them again. I guess you have to do it yourself if you want something done correct.

Matt did an excellent job on my Nissan Rogue. Im trying to trade out/sell my car and I needed the inside to look like it wasnt neglected for 4 years. He came here on July 4th and detailed the interior if my car. Although he took awhile, he was ensuring attention to detail and made sure every corner was cleaned. I havent seen my carpet/seats look this vibrant since I drove off the dealership. Matt was very professional and nice. Thank you for your business !

I have a white Civic with a beige interior that Ive owned for about five years. I havent been very proactive about keeping the car clean, so I brought it to Matt. He did a FANTASTIC job at cleaning the entirety of my car, inside and out, and my 07 Civic feels like a new car again. Stains on the arm rests and carpeting are completely gone, and the rest of the interior looks immaculate. My heavily fogged headlights were also polished and look wonderful again, and the rest of the exterior looks great. Matt is a really nice guy with lots of professional detailing experience, and I will definitely be coming back in the future.

I scheduled a detail services for 2 vehicles for this morning at 9am I told the guy I had to be somewhere this afternoon. He needed 3 hours for the cleaning. It’s 10:15 and he is a no show, now it’s too late.

Working with Matt was by far the best experience I have ever had. He accommodated me last minute and spent as long as it took to make my car look like it was brand new. I wanted to surprise my husband for Valentine’s Day with a mobile detail. Not only did Matt accommodate my last minute request, but he carefully listened to my needs. He took his time and was very detailed from the inside of the car to the outside of the car. There was something different about Oscar, he took his time and ensured that my car looked its best and that I was happy with the job. Let me tell you this company really works hard he explained to me that car detailing is more then just cleaning a car but its a work of art. After listening to him and sitting outside watching him work on my car I can definitely say Matt the detailer is unique he cleaned every inch of my car both interior and exterior looks flawless I paid for the $200 Exclusive deluxe package and got every Pennys worth infact probably more then what I paid for and my car looks amazing!!! First let me say I did A LOT of research before I hired Matt. I drive a 2007 Chevy Equinox. It had not been cleaned in over 10 months (I know thats disgusting) He responded quickly to my request. Set up a time that worked for both of us. He texted the morning of to confirm and communicate with me that he was running a bit late because he was getting more supplies. I am ALWAYS happy when people communicate with me. Matt was professional and a VERY hard worker. One of my neighbors saw him working and hired him to do her car. I could not be more happy with Matt. I promise you wont be sorry if you hire Exclusive Shine Mobile Detailing..........The cost is very reasonable for the hours spent on my car and the end result is a feeling of a new car that is 12 years old. Matt The Detailer ... wow. 10 stars if they had them.Good communication, notified me as he was running late due to a previous appointment. I was swapping vehicles with my parents so I wanted to be sure the car was in a brand new as you can get it detail. You expect detail in the inside, but he even detailed the plastic and hinges on all the door panels. Things you didnt even know were there but now you want to show them off.Look at this plastic tube its so clean and shiny ... no, I have no idea where it goes but look S H I N Y!Needless to say, the car looked better than the day I bought it. My mom was so impressed she apologized her car wasnt as clean as what I was giving her. lol. I will be calling him back to detail my newish car and our mobility van. His pricing was market fair but I added a bit more because of the amount of work he put into the vehicle and it showed.Thanks Matt ... I will be in touch.

Matt had some equipment issues, so there was some difficulty in actually getting together. However, once we did, the service and care was excellent. I had to leave for a meeting before Matt could finish, so he followed me to the new location and completed the job there. Matt was meticulous in his cleaning bothbinside and out. He also runs the kindbof small business that we want to support. His pricing was good. I will ise him again.
