What a great job! Unfortunately, I forget the mans name who did the detailing, thats my bad. Hopefully it will come back to me, but he was great! Ive seen some not great reviews, and I get it. Sometimes you have experiences different from other, but take a minute and read below, please:I called the number to schedule an appointment to have my wifes Mazda CX-5 cleaned. They said they could get me in at 4:00pm (they close at 6:00pm, mind you).I went in a few minutes after 4:00pm. The young man said he was finishing another car, and was the only one scheduled working that day, but that it should be ready around 5:30-6:00pm. Well, I came back around 6:00pm, and it still was not ready. Well, I know this seems like a knock, but its not. He took the time to make sure the car was done, and stayed until after 7:30pm to make sure it was done right. You can tell he was trying to make sure it was done right, even after having been there doing all the cars since 9:00am. This is a great example of working until a job is finished. I really appreciate the great work he did, and putting the time into it....especially considering this car had seen better days on the interior! There were spills in there, not mention it needed a really good shampoo and vacuum, he came in and cleaned and buffed it all out. It looked fantastic. Now, will it look better than if you bought a car new? No. There is wear and tear that will always be there unless you physically start replacing the interior. But, I can say he got it into as of a good condition as you can without replacing anything.Bravo! Will be back again with our other vehicle for a regular maintenance cleaning. A++

I am so sorry, but the service I expected did not satisfy my expctation. the wax was not well polished, on my widows still have stains of the wax also in speedometer still has wax stains, few spot the not been clean at all! you guys told me 1 hrs and 1/2, and not even in two hrs was yet done, in a non busy morning with 3 people...... 3 stars I think it is a nice way to do not trash ... but if you like I can lower it, about that?

The guys at Pronto Wash left my car so nice and clean plus they removed a big stain of silly putty that my little one had spilled and thought it was never coming out. Excellent service! Thank you guys!!

I’ll give it two stars since the staff was personable. I chose the interior/exterior option. I would’ve been better off going to a drive-thru wash. My windows were still dirty. I scratched off dirt on my vehicle. My side view mirrors could not have been touched. I had to request for someone to wipe down my windshield because it still had dirt and marks on it. The top of my car still has dirt. I have not parked under any trees since leaving the location (all of an hour and a half ago) and there’s still leaves and sticks still on my car. And specks you see, I photographed them because I attempted to scratch them to see if they could be removed (they can be and should’ve been completed there especially if it takes an hour to do). I am thoroughly upset because I spent $35 for “service” that should’ve received $15.Update: I should‘be got my money back.

Reggie was awesome. I came in and he was professional. My car was ready right on time. He even gave me a jump when my car wouldn’t start. It was my first time using Pronto Wash and I am definitely a lifetime customer from now on!!

Ive been looking for a car detailing company for about 2 weeks now. Everyone wants to put you on a monthly package and bill you each month and I dont wanna do that! I was recommended to use Pronto Wash. I called and spoke with Kelly who was so very nice. I just wondered my car washed and vacuumed but ended up getting the $149 package. The Tech came out on Saturday (yesterday) morning and spent about 3 hours on my car. When he got there he said my car was not even that dirty. Once he was done in left I looked over my car and was extremely unhappy with the service I received. The vents were still dusty and dirty. There were dirt drips on the exterior of the car, the interior door frame was dirty. There were places that werent vacuumed and dust/dirt still on the outside of the car. I called the corporate office after the tech left and spoke to a girl name Ari. She was so very sweet and apologetic. She told me that she was having their district manager, Dante come out and correct my car for me today (Sunday). Can I tell you that my car looks brand new!!! I have a 2016 and take pretty good care of it but he made it look like it just came off the show room floor!!!! For $149, you expect to get as close to perfection as possible. He did just that! He was incredibly nice and professional! Customer service is everything to me in a business! I will absolutely recommend anyone to use Pronto Wash!

I explained the dash and console were not cleaned at all. She explained to me that it should have been done and to bring the car back. She said they were short staffed today and apologized for the inconvenience. When I asked for some sort of refund, I was told “why would we refund if the service is going to be provided.” I had instructed my daughters to leave a $20 tip and I at least wanted that refunded. She seemed annoyed and said she couldn’t refund a tip but would do a $20 refund tomorrow morning on the service. I really feel whoever worked today took advantage of the fact that the driver and passenger were teenage girls who likely wouldn’t say anything. Thankfully, my daughters got a lesson on how to handle a service not done well and how to resolve the issue.When my husband and daughter went back, they were told with the package we picked out, ($110) it included the dash and console being wiped down with a “dry rag”. Who has ever been to any kind of car detailer that uses a “dry rag” on the interior? The car is supposed to look better when you leave, not worse. You only get the “wet rag” with the next package up where they shampoo the interior and they “shampoo” everything”. If that is truly the case, this needs to be added to their descriptions. I purposefully didn’t want to have the interior shampooed because I’m having Zerorez do the interior Tuesday. Unfortunately I had an experience with a detailer (not this one) that shampooed the interior improperly and caused the interior of a different car to grow mold.My husband just got back and said it was not even as good as a $30 car wash that does a quick interior. He could clearly see that Marcus Thomas was the only one of the 4 workers who cared and tried to fix it.I often leave reviews and would have been happy to leave a great review if the work had warranted one.

Went to this detail place back in May. These guys mixed the product wrong and streaked up the entire interior of our vehicle. We contacted the owner who was very nice and said he would refund our money because we had to pay someone else to fix this mess. Well, it is now July and we never did receive any refund. I contacted the owner twice and twice he said he would refund us. Not holding my breath and would never take any vehicle back to this place. If you want something done right...do it yourself. In response to your response: Mr. Rodetsky (Regional operations manager) has all of my information and has not sent refund as promised.

Worst car wash experience ever! Not only did they NOT clean my car, for $37.00 with tip, exterior only, they cracked my windshield in the process! With no offering to reimburse my money, even for the car wash itself. I was given a # to call, still waiting on a call back, to discuss a resolution. Will never be back! Ill stick to hand washing my own car. Cheaper and safer.

My car looks better than when I bought it! The staff and manager are very professional and friendly. Its obvious that they take a lot of pride in what they do. They offer extra services, but arent pushy about it, though I did opt for the leather conditioning for an extra $25. I would absolutely recommend these guys, and dont forget to tip!

Absolutely love this place. Reggie and his team are fantastic they actually take the time to completely clean your car. This does mean you will have to be prepared to wait for awhile but its attached to the mall so its easy to the pass the time. Alot of places now days relay on the machines to do all the work and I always feel like Im wasting my money and could do it better myself however here they do it better than I can and the price is that much more than going elsewhere.

I am absolutely blown away be the level of customer service I received from ProntoWash. My 2005 Toyota Corolla looks brand new! They went above and beyond and made my car look spotless. Having two dogs, it’s practically impossible for me to get every dog hair and scrub off their nose art on the windows but ProntoWash made it look like I never had a dog in my car EVER! My windows look almost invisible, they are so clean! It’s also extremely convenient that they are located in the mall parking garage so while my car was getting cleaned, I could get so shopping done! The customer service the manager, Orlando, displayed is top notch. He was very informative with the different packages and made me excited to use their services. Wendell was the associate that worked on my car and he did AMAZING! Thank you Wendell & Orlando for making my experience one to remember. I will definitely be returning and recommend anyone who reads this to do the same!

I came 17 minutes before close and they refused to cash my car. I don’t understand.

FOUR AND A HALF HOURS!!Not only is the amount of time rediculous but they didn’t even touch the inside!! They were very nice and sympathetic to how long it was taking after all I did not make a appointment however if you’re going to tell me two hour then take four and a half then only do a quarter of the job don’t charge me!!The exterior would have been good if they cleaned my windshield.. my windshield... how do you forget a windshield?I do NOT recommend!!

Worst experience at any car wash in my life. Spent $250 so they could scratch my car up. Looks like they wrote on my car with a rock when trying to remove tree sap. As a perk for not removing the tree sap, they performed an unauthorized headlight puffing the scratched the paint around my headlights. Would have seen all this at pick up but they didnt call me. I had to call them to ask about my car when it was dark out and they where closing. Shady people here, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I don’t know where the 10 min to an hour came from. I have been here for two hours and still waiting. They probably assume that people will go shopping and they take forever. It’s been over an hour since they started working on my car. Glasses still have spots on.Not to mention the price. I am getting one of the cheapest options and it is 50 bucks.First and last time at Pronto.

Using this service is a no-brainer; I dropped off my wifes car at ProntoWash at Citrus Park Mall. I went to a movie while the car was being detailed and it was done when I came out of the movie. Great service! My wifes car is very clean and I was able to leverage the time to be entertained by a film. Win-win! Landon did an expert job of detailing the car.

I got the full detail (inside and outside). They did a pretty good job but didnt focus on some small but usual things. For example, there was still sticky residue in my cup holders, the coin holder is still full of grime, the floor mats and carpets still had some sand on them. Overall it was a good cleaning and it looked nice from the outside, just wished there was little more focus to detail for $140. But it is nice having it done while I can shop at the mall.

Was not terribly impressed with my car wash. Bugs and haze all over the front end when I went to pick my car up. And they completely missed the drivers side mirror - it was still dirty and covered in bugs when I looked over the car. Alloy rims are still dirty didn’t notice until I got home and saw in the sunlight. Rims should be the absolute easiest part to get 100%. My spokes are not tight. Won’t be back. The car wash at the gas station does a better job.Three stars because they did a decent job on the interior.

Super easy to make an appointment online. I wanted a really good interior detail (my car was in desperate need of it) and I also had my 3 year old to entertain for the day - so I made it a date day and hung out at the mall while they worked on my car. Lots of fun and shopping instead of waiting around at a car wash - is freaking awesome. Not only did they finish right in the amount of time they told me they would, but they did a fantastic job. My car looks fantastic! Super friendly service, plus the prices are fantastic compared to other detail shops. 5+ stars. I will be back!

Normally they do phenomenal work however this past visit they didnt clean the cup holder area steering wheel shifter or windshield

Quoted 1.5 hours, called at 2 hours, was told another 30 minutes. At 2.5 hours, went to my car - both car seats were unlatched, but not clean under. Why unlatch and then not clean? Passenger side windows not wiped. Main reason for going was to shampoo trunk. After 2.5 hours, that wasn’t even done. I selected ultimate interior wash and there was still dust all of dash (& things mentioned above). When I questioned service, they told me the guy I talked to at the start of the day had been arrested. And that’s my fault, how? You have my phone number so if you were unsure of what needed to be done, simply could have called. Never again.Update. I did hear from the regional manager offering an apology and attempt to retort the situation. Thank you.

Just ok, is not ok. Attendant didnt explain what the different packages include or whats not included. They had to do over some details. I believe in second chances, so if I come back, I hope they do a much better job.

Not a good experience. Streaks on Windows inside and out. Dash not wiped and for 50 dollars? Definitely did not impress.

I have 3 active kiddos and we spend most of our time at the barn! This means my car is constantly full of hay, shavings, and whatever else my kids decide to leave in my car since they think it is their personal garbage can! When I dropped off my car it was a complete disaster! 2 hours later, I felt like I had a brand new vehicle! The guys did an outstanding job and I will definitely go back!

Yea it’s good if you need a quick shine for a date or something. But not the right place if your looking to get your ride clean. They couldn’t get off spots (told me they must be in the paint) the spots came right off with a quick wipe with towel....

I requested the full detailing, and I had to ask for a cover for my wer seats. I am missing an eating that I left in the cupholder and there were splashes of dirt on the console. Looked like backsplash from the seat cleaning. I probably will not use them again.

I am giving two stars because they did do a good job on my vehicle.However, I was extremely unhappy with their customer service. Came to pick up my vehicle and noticed immediately that my vehicle’s wheel was missing the center cap. I asked them what happened to it and they basically told me that it wasn’t on there when I brought it in and wouldn’t say another word to me. I spoke to the gentleman and asked for either their insurance information, business card, or owner’s name. The gentlemen gave me no information. I was so disappointed in how this establishment handled the situation. I am definitely certain my center cap was not missing prior and I have no idea what they did with it. Due to how I was treated here, I absolutely will not be returning. It was very disappointing and upsetting. The situation could have been handled better.

I bough the 150 dollar out side wash and full interior with carpets and seat cleaning and it was still dirty when I picked it up hours later my cars fairly new so it wasnt extremely dirty . Theres were Spots on the outside of car which I could easily wipe off with my hand after it was done. Definitely do not recommend anyone coming here ! Go anywhere but here.

Ill just give a star i went there to get a full detail on my car in and out the only good thing they did was cleaning the seats because outside was not clean they lift paint up and they lefty car with out battery had to tell them to re clean my car outside because they didnt do a good job and they barely even touch it

I have waited 8 days since having my vehicled cleaned her to leave a review. I have even used their website to contact the business and to no avail. Therefore, this review is deemed necessary.I had scheduled an appointment online the night before and arrived before the staff did. My original plan was just too get the $40 wash and interior package but after talking to the gentlemen who showed up, we discussed the $125 package including orbital buffing to the exterior of the vehicle. I was told that it would be about 2.5 hours, which I understand to be the normal with ProntoWash and their services. However, I was shocked to receive a text from their automated system only 96 minutes after completing paperwork.I know why it only took 96 minutes to complete my overpriced service... They didnt clean everything. The rims were still dirty, the inside of my windshield and touch screen had their cleaning solution stuck on it, they only cleaned the front seats not the back seats of cargo area. The seats were still wet that it actually stained my shirt when I sat down to drive. The citrus scent was gone from my vehicle very quickly which I know fades, but it has never faded that fast.Its more than obvious that since Yaniel left this company, they no longer take pride in the work they do and assume that doing a faster and shorter job will bring them more business. The only issue with that is the fact the low road has no exits. Well boys, enjoy your time at this job but I assure you that my vehicles will not be serviced here ever again.

I had hard water stains on the hood, top and trunk of my car that just would not come off no matter what I tried. I brought my car here and it is now like a new car, amazing work!!!! Rude staff...they were smoking weed instead of working .I dropped my car and I was said that my car would be ready in 2 hours.When I came back after 2 hours they were sleeping and smoking.When I claimed they were rude and unpolite.

If you think your clear coat is gone on your car like I thought mine was, get the buffing and scratch repair. It was like picking up the car the day I bought it. These guys do your car right! They are thorough, every time. Tired of being disappointed you never will be with this team.

The operations manager reached out & made right of this situation. I was sent to another location where the job was done great.This is a basic car wash. I was charged for a medium vehicle $45 detail & wax I own asmall suv, but they didnt even vacume or clean the tailgate area. I specifically asked if they do the inside of the windows and was told yes, but my windshield was never cleaned and the doors still had areas that were dirty as well as my cup holders.. When I went back I was told it would be at least 2 hours to clean my windows and that they dont clean the back on trucks. So when I asked why was I charged SVU prices when they cleaned as if it was a car only. He said thats the policy. Terrible service.. Would not recommend this place. Save your money.

Spent $140 for interior/ exterior detailing and car was still dusty inside and wax was not completely buffed off exterior. I would not recommend them to anyone. The job was worth $40, not $140.Very very disappointed.

They told me 1 hour, I came back 1 hour later they only have 2 tires done. Today December 28, 3:30pm Porsche Cayenne.

I would NEVER go here ever again. First they didnt call me when my car was done. After about an hour and 45 minutes I walked over there to see what was taking so long. They didnt have a lot of cars there to start with. My car is sitting on the side waiting to be picked up. I paid and then got in my car just to get back out and ask them to vacuum the back seat. I had a ton of sand in my backseat along with dirt and sand on the door jams that were not wiped. The manager gave me coupons for the next time I stop in (which will never happen). I started to drive away when I wiped my hand across the dash then noticed theres dust everywhere on my dash. I paid for it to be wiped down so I made a u-turn went back and had them clean the inside of my car again. as I walked around my car to look it over again I dont know if theres wax all over the front. I told the guy and his response was Oh do you want me to polish that? Long story short they did an awful job. 0/5.

Worse detail ever... 145 + tip... Didnt clean cup holders, sunroof, or gear shifter / console... Dust on dash and inside of doors... Didnt even rinse out truck bed. Really low quality work.

Saw somebody driving my car around Citrus Park mall while I was waiting for it to be washed. I took a picture of the odometer when I dropped it off and sure enough they put over a mile on it. Car still looks filthy and windows were not washed. Do not trust this company.

As I joked to a friend, it’s a detail shop without the detail! After $100 bucks I came back to a car with the wheels still dirty and only part of the rug cleaned. I was told “we only use natural cleaners”. Why didn’t you tell me that upfront? I could have gone to a real detail shop!

Very, very unhappy to arrive during posted business hours to find the place deserted. Very bad for business.
