Even though its hard to not have a negative attitude when your car is towed, the staff was actually nice and cordial. I try not to blame people for doing a job that has nothing to do with them personally. With that said, they only take cash! I wasnt told that and had to go find a bank and I was pressed for time. Dont make the same mistake.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY :(Unprofessional 100%, drivers doesnt answer the phone at all. They transported my car today and they took 2 hours to transport it within 18 miles. It is ridiculous that companies like this still operating.

This company is a complete scam i used my insurance to pay for roadside assistance they sent out a bogus eta lied to my insurance that they came out and never showed up as i was there the whole just trying to collect scam money what a bunch of creole and the dispatcher is absolutely rude and trashy

This place is horrible starting with the service and ending with the people. Not professional and so rude. On top of horrible customer service. I will never recommend this place.

While no one wants to lose a car to an accident; Advantage Towing made it easier. Josh was very nice and proficient. Robert towed one of our vehicles another time to the repair shop; he arrived quickly, promptly loaded the truck and got us on our way in no time. They have a very professional staff. Should be called take advantage Transport because theyre a bunch scammers!They refused to take credit or debit cards even when it says right on thier website that they do accept them.They wont let me pay over the phone when I dont even live anywhere near Tampa. Like they really expect me to drive 4 hours to pay them in cash when they can definitely take a phone payment.They are extremely difficult to work with and should not even be in business

Unprofessional scam artists.

On my way to work on 7/12/19, I watched an employee of Advantage Transport roll down his window and deliberately throw out a plastic wrapper at a stop light. This review does not pertain to Advantages service, but it does show that their employees do not care much about the image of their business or the environment. Not a good look!

Great owner great business lived at Westshore yacht club they did a few times for me always did a great job including taking a car to Miami thank you guys

Place said it was opened 24 hours. Went to try to get my car at 11. Had to wait 2.5 hours for someone to come on site to get me my car.

The guy who picked me up from Advantage Transport & Towing was very efficient, prompt and professional. he got my vehicle on quickly, and was super nice. great job!

This is a very horrible company with some horrible people who work there. We had gone to pickup my partners belongings from his car and the lady at the office was immediately rude and disrespectful. then she comes out trying to tell me I cant park in the parking lot telling me I need to go park my car in the street. You have my partners car and property, We have every right to park in your parking lot. They will do everything in their power to hold your car and overcharge you for storage in a lot you never asked it to go to in the first place. These are some real shady people and a not so great company. I would choose a different tow company if youre looking to hire a tow truck.

You should really not let certain guys take their work trucks home cause one of your guys is using theirs for personal use and keeps getting really close to my vehicle when its parked in my drive.. he been nothing but problems he speeds through mhp while kids are out playing he also has a arrest record

My car was only been there for two days and they charged me for 3 this place is a rip-off. Theyll try to squeeze every penny they can of you.

They towed our truck do a different dealership than what we had arrangements with. Now no one knows where the key or the truck is. The driver said he knew where Veterans Ford.was and took it to another dealership. This is a nightmare
