Horrible service. Called for a tow at 4:00 pm. Was told that they would be there within a hour. Called back at 5:15pm was told that they would be there within 30 minutes. Called back at 6:30 only to be told that the driver was tied up on a police call and it would be another hour to a hour and a half before he could get there. So youre telling me that you didnt know that he was on a police call at 5:15? Youre telling me that you only have one tow truck? Give me a break. Just another case of you need us so we dont need to provide good customer service. Not to worry. You wont have to worry about ever providing any type of service for me in the future.
