I asked for a receipt the 5th of September when called them to get my car, the woman said no problem, she sent a receipt with the tow truck guy I signed it but he said he didnt know why she sent it because the office had to sign it, I said ok and he said Id get it back in the mail. Its now 9/23, Ive called 6 times and left 2 messages for someone to call me back. Everyone I talked to said they would mail it the next day, I still dont have it and now they arent answering their phone, the last person I talked to the original person I talked to this past Saturday and she told me shed mail it Monday. I told them I need the receipt for SSI, which is supplemental income thats goes with my disability. I dont know who to call now or what my options are, I have no car now and I shouldnt have to go across town to get the receipt.
