Talk to Mark he would be going on vacation but I could come by when return, that would work, I went by just to drop the car for the services that’s needed, to my astonishment, Mark was able to take me right in after having a cancellation. We talked about everything, he would call me later.Mark is professional and polite, I felt like I was not under any pressure nor blindsided.Found someone I can trust without being over charge.

Don’t ever go to this guy . My car got towed off his property which he parked it on that location . I had to pay out of pocket for the tow. I suppose to had fix my engine for $3000 .00 it wasn’t fix at all once I pick it up from the tow shop . He wouldn’t refund me any money back . He was also rude and nasty . The city has it out for him so they keep towing his customer cars off the property. Stay a way from this gut Just German ..

Mark is an awesome mechanic, the best in town my opinion; offers fair price, fast turn around, and very trust worthy. Mark recently completed a pre purchase inspection for us, and he is absolutely wonderful. On a Thursday I drove over 35 miles to get to this place. Got there in the middle of the day and they were closed! No sign as to why except the one that said they should have been opened. Tried calling got just voicemail and after 3 hrs still no return call. This was more than a 70 mile waste of valuable time. Can’t trust them to be opened to work on my car.

I found Mark several years ago when he replaced the entire air-conditioning system in my 98 E320. Not just under the hood, but everything inside which required removing the instrument panel. I could not have been more delighted! Years later that old car is kicking out enough cold air to freeze a Florida shopping mall! More recently, the Mercedes dealer told me I needed new brakes on my CLS 500 for $1400. I bought the disks and pads online with the intent of doing it myself. But when I asked Mark if he would do it, he said, “Bring it down in the morning.” They finished that job cleanly, quickly and effectively. When Mark gave me the bill, I actually had to ask him if that was fair enough to him! Mark is a personable, super honest, very professional regular guy who has definitely earned my loyal business.
