I bought a transmission for my chevy tahoe from these guys on November 28th 2020. They claimed the transmission was rebuilt and here I am less than 3 months after buying the transmission, needing another transmission. I had it installed professionally at sheeler auto repair by a mechanic who has been in the automotive field for almost 30 years so there is no error on the installation end of things. Since installed, the trans has always had a problem shifting into 2nd gear and new fluid turned black within 2 weeks. Very disappointed in this place as the owner seemed like a nice guy but now I can see the true colors of a shop like this. $650 down the drain for 2 and a half months of driving. What a joke.

I have an 2003 Ford F-150 that had front end issues. I took it to one of the local larger auto stores (PB) for an alignment. They advised me I needed over $2,400 worth of work. I took it to Twelve Oaks Auto Repair and they found many of the things the other store said was wrong was not needed and that it wouldnt fix my problem. Twelve Oaks was able to identify the problem and saved me over $1,200. Highly recommend Twelve Oaks - honest work at a reasonable price, the two key things you want in your auto repair service.

I think they are the best. Their honesty and integrity is impeccable. I have taken two cars to them. The first was a 300c, they replaced the engine for have of the price of my 2 other estimates. The next car was a Honda Odyssey. Front end axles need replaced Good Year wanted $325.00 ea, Robert charged me $180.00ea. You owe it to yourself to check them out.Sincerely,Dave lugin

Hack job mechanics. They had my truck two days and couldnt figure out what was wrong with it. I had to tell them to replace a sensor which they broke off and then told me the new one wouldnt fit and they couldnt help me. I got in my truck and and used my scan tool and 9 codes came up. I think they could have at least told me that. He didnt have a clue what was wrong with it though.
