Dear management of Gallery at Bayport Apartment, please finish repair the pool and open to access!!! Pool already closed for a long time, more than month (we pay money for it) !!!! Please FIX the air condition on the gym (right one)! It is summer time we need AC work and pool - open. Thank you.

The community is good...great residential area so its pretty safe to walk at night too.. Behind the community there are 2 lakes.. very green and peaceful..more importantly for those who love to walk,jog or ride bikes, there is a lot of space( paths) . This community has another wing(section) called Island walk..so the tenants get to use both the pool, grill, gym, basically all the amenities of both the wings.. Gallery side has a small Island in the middle of the community..and Island walk has a Board walk which leads to boating and kayaking..This community feels like a mini resort 😊

The amenities are amazing, the location is very convenient, the staff is very helpful and they have the best security officers Ive ever met friendly and professional!

Two months after I moved in (April 2019) there was a sizable mildew/mold problem in the wall of my bedroom and around the window. This was taken care of quickly however I was made to believe it was because of my issues of not putting the temperature of the air-conditioning cold enough and on frequent enough.The following month I discovered mold growing on my clothes and coats in multiple closets. Their team paid for the dry cleaning. Again I was told to keep the air conditioning going at a colder temp 73 or lower, as if it is once again my fault.I have since added multiple Damp Rids in my home, I keep every closet door open 24/7, I bought a fan to help circulate the air, even when it is cold outside I have to lower the temperature of the air conditioner further so that is on and circulating air. I cannot keep standing water anywhere including my espresso machine due it growing moldy quickly. Bread cannot stay out more than a couple of days.I made all of these changes to my habits in the apartment I am paying for just to have this problem come back even worse. My electricity bill alone is enough for concern. This mildew/mold can exacerbate respiratory problems especially with me who has been prone to them in the past. I am not comfortable in a freezing apartment. This is not how I wanted to live.I understand now that everything I have been doing has been hiding their negligence to take care of a serious problem with this apartment that includes the terrible draining issues whenever there is the slightest bit of rain (flooded first floor patio and ground right in front of patio every rain) and no proper air circulation in the bathroom or bedroom.This is not isolated to the bedroom. My front door area and patio door area also has this mold/mildew.Fast forward 1 month later, my window is back to being moldy and full of water. Condensation just dripping constantly. How long before the wall is full of mold again.Corporates response was you can move but at your own expense, move into another apartment at the same price same lease, same increase in 3 months, absolutely no compensation for the year you have dealt with this.And yes neighbors I have spoken to have had similar issues and the maintenance personnel confirmed this is not an isolated incident.

Ive lived here 2 years and just signed another lease. Yesterday I called maintenance for a clogged drain. I want to compliment the entire maintenance staff but a special call out to Javier and Jose. Not only did they fix the issue that I requested but they replaced my air filter unprovoked and cleaned up the mess the drain had caused. The maintenance staff is so courteous, kind, and always resolves issues right away. This property is beautiful but the staff is what keeps me here.

Whats with the camera doorbell rule? My friend is a single woman who is going to live on the first floor. She also shops Amazon religiously. Shes not allowed security? Thats ridiculous.

The apartment itself is very cute, the location is Great but the reason why Im only giving it 3 stars is bc its not like most places where you pay rent, the same amount each month. Every month it goes up about $5 and the parking is ridiculous. Not to mention its not ventilated properly bc of mold. (So be aware)

NO parking, overcrowded & horrible HOA/ property management. Seriously overpriced for what you get in my opinion- you could do A LOT better for the $.

I was thinking of renting here but their process to rent is stressful. You call their number and you get a call center rep OFF SITE who cant even answer your questions. Instead they look up your info so they can see who you are ALL YOUR PRIVATE INFORMATION is disclosed to whomever and they then refer you back to the same phone number you called. USELESS. I changed my mind about renting here.
