Sadly things have gone downhill recently. For several years things were fine. Then came botched construction, holes in walls, unfinished balconies, bad AC units from decades ago that they refuse to just replace causing horrendous electric bills, rude front office, failure to provide services that residents are billed for like valet trash, broken dumpster causing trash to pile up for days, do you really need more information? Pass on this one. Can’t wait for my lease to be up.

The most spacious of apartments we looked at. We have our own garage, fireplace and I have huge furniture which all fits very well. All of the management and leasing staff are very friendly and laid back. We are renewing again and plan on being here a while! The maintenance staff are all very cool also. I would definitely recommend this place, you cannot get the space anywhere else.

Run as far away from this place as you can. Weller management took it over recently and have ran it into the ground. The people in the office dont care about you at all. They come and rip drywall out of your garage from a leak upstairs and leave it all for you to clean up. And the quality of people that they rent to now has went way down while jacking the rent up. Do yourself a favor and do not come here do not look of coming here and if you know anyone thinking of that warn them off because it will be the biggest mistake theyve ever made. The Marquis has been my home since 1999. One of my favorite features is the attached garage.Each phone call to the office is answered by a friendly staff member. I really love and appreciate the prompt communication between leasing office and residents. Many of my neighbors have also been long term renters, just like my family and I. A huge shout out to the best maintanance manager and team !!

We have been living in Marquis since last 2 years. The amenities are good and property is well maintained. Want to continue one more year. Need to thank Leticia Salgado (Property Manager), who resolved most of the issues.

The apartment shown to me was clean. Come moving day the apartment that I was moving in was nasty with roaches everywhere. Only thing was clean was the carpet. The AC unit don’t even work, I’ve bought fans. Just make sure b4 you sign the lease asked to see your apartment, that was my biggest mistake I didn’t. Now I’m paying for it. This the worse place I’ve never move in to😩

Beautiful area, gated community with well maintained property

100% the absolute worst apartments, run by the WORST management, I have ever seen in my many years of property management. My boyfriend lived here and I would visit him daily (as I lived down one block) after the new management took over I noticed how run down the property got and how many people were moving out. It was dirty, maintenance requests were never taken care of, gate was always broken. When issues would be brought up to management (I would always help my boyfriend write the emails because I had been in property management for years) the manager would reply with the worst attitude and no desire to assist in resolving issues. My boyfriend requested his microwave be repaired multiplied times.... no response. And on top of all of that, he was given a move out letter at the end of his lease, saying he couldn’t renew (mind you he’d lived there for 3 years and was an upstanding resident) when he contacted the manager for an explanation (mind you I wrote the email again, so it was kindly and respectful worded) the only response he received was “legally we do not have to give you a reason.” Given the climate of 2020 and my incredibly boyfriend being a black man, this manager should know better. Absolutely disgraceful.He was an upstanding tenant, never a late payment, never an issue, left the apartment better than he found it.The management is disgusting and they’re lucky my boyfriend just wanted to be done with them.

This place is amazing! Ive had a few issues but the management team is quick to handle it in a very professional manner. The grounds are always clean and the staff very friendly.

BED BUGS!!!!!!! I’m writing this because the staffing office is not following through with what they are suppose to do. We have bed bugs. The exterminator came out once and we did all the prep. They have to come out every week to make sure that they are ALL dead. We were not on the schedule for today. They aren’t taking this seriously. We are now the second apartment that I know of that has bed bugs. They can crawl through electrical outlets from apartment to apartment. We had to take the face plates of in the rooms were they we seen. That means they can crawl into anyone’s apartment through the outlet wiring that we all share in this building. We’ve lived here for 6-years and this has never been an issue. All the other reviews I can agree with. But this is my families health and well-being they are blowing off.

Lived here for a few years. Our last year living there a new management team came in a changed everything... I would not recommend this place to anyone. They have a lot of rules and will threaten to kick you out for doing anything they don’t like. Right before we moved out we saw a lot of sketchy people starting to move in and a lot more activity at night. I think this place is on a downward trend and I don’t see it changing with this management group. I broke our lease to get out of there and many people we knew there were doing the same.

I’ve lived here for 5 years and I loved it, the apartments were well taken care of and superior! However, about a year ago, we had a change in management and the customer service turned HORRIBLE! If a service request isn’t labeled as an “emergency” the MANAGEMENT probably won’t tell the service techs. I also realized they took a huge priority of making the outside looking nice while the inside suffered. It’s been over 7-8 years and although we have requested because they are super worn down, they won’t replace our carpets. I’ve seen many neighbors end up leaving. I would have too if it wasn’t for MARY! If you do decide to move here, I recommend her! She is sweet and tries to help as much as she can!

When I look at the replies, I see that their responses are all lies. They are blaming the residents stating “you never brought it up,” or “we have talked about this.” The worst part is that the management doesn’t care about the residents and they will tell you what you want to hear, and they will forget about you. All the 5 stars that you see they got it just because they offered money out of the rent for the peoples who live here, because otherwise no one will do it. And if anyone said stop by the office to discuss it’s just for google!

I love living here. Everyone is great, from the maintenance folks, to the office staff, to the people that live here. I love having my own garage (and driveway!) and I dont hear my neighbors. Its the design. The two shared bedroom walls are the neighbors staircases. Great neighborhood too. Theres a nice park/pool down the street and there are two pools here in the complex. I will be renewing.

We have lived at the Marquis of Tampa for two years and are renewing our lease again. The apartment complex is quiet and well kept with great office managers, staff and service technicians. The apartments are spacious, well laid out and have attached garages for two cars. The outdoor pool areas are also well maintained and clean, with new furniture and grills available for resident use. The complex is also close to stores, restaurants and an AMC movie theater. We are very happy with our Marquis of Tampa apartment and plan on staying for many years.

After being a homeowner for 30 years and then transitioning into an apartment to simplify you can imagine the anxiety that goes along with that. We knew as soon as we saw the model at THE MARQUIS OF TAMPA that this is where we had to live. The staff did everything we needed to make us feel welcome and cared for. Whenever there have been questions are concerns they are always attentive. We are so happy and feel like we have have been here forever already. The apartments are so beautiful and cozy. DO IT! This is the place to be.

We moved to Marquis of Tampa five years ago. We just renewed our lease for another year because we love the excellent living conditions here. The property staff always are helpful. They keep the property clean and safe. Our home is nearby grade A schools, Publix, Sprouts and great restaurants. We are glad that we are staying here for another year.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! Apts are old, bugs reside with you in your apt, people come out and spray but no improvement. Things keep breaking down and it takes FOREVER for maintenance to fix it. Counting down until my lease ends. DO NOT MOVE HERE

I moved in almost two years ago, and I have nothing but good things to say. I have lived in many apartments over the years so I’m used to all the good and all the bad that comes with it. This office is super helpful and kind. Letisha and Mary are my go-to people. When I do have the occasional complaint they both make me feel like they are listening to me and actually care about what I’m saying. As far as the maintenance people, I can’t complain either. Like I said I have lived in a many apartments and one of my biggest complaints in the past has been maintenance. As a person who is some what handy, I find it very annoying when I see people cutting corners. With these guy - they don’t. They come in, take care of the issue, and move on. It’s exactly what I expect. They are also very friendly - waving to me in the morning when I leave for work. And they make small talk when they can. With all that being said I’m looking forward to signing my new lease in a few months for my 3rd year here!

Really great find in Tampa! With new renovations, the interiors are really great and the exteriors are well kept. The staff are super friendly and pretty helpful when in need.

I have been living here for almost 4 months now. I’m about fed up with the apartment complex. My toilet has been out of commission for the pass 48 hours. We put in a request per policy on Sunday to have the toilet fixed. Nobody has shown up and I even called earlier today to remind them. The lady replied we are behind and short staff, I will let management aware. It would be different if this was the first time. This is unacceptable and the office is now closed. We have been having problems since we moved in and they are slow to respond. Furthermore, the parking here is terrible. I spoke to a representative about it and she told me to park in front of the apartment complex where guest park. Why should I? I pay full rent. I am not walking or leaving my car a quarter mile away from my building.

Moving is NEVER fun and has always been a source of discontentment for me. All that changed when I moved into The Marquis of Tampa! I’m a relo from another state and had the need to move expeditiously to Florida. This community suits my needs perfectly from the flow of the floor plan, the value in the product compared to my rate, and the entire management team and staff.Everyone I came across was super friendly, helpful and professional. I have lived many places and seen many things. I am overly impressed in particular with the property manager. She is what I like to call a WALKING MANAGER. I have seen this lady all over this community! I wish more managers understood that you cannot properly manage a community from behind a desk, with the office door closed. You have to manager it from the outside IN.....I appreciate the exchanges that she and I have shared and more so, the exchanges that I have witnessed between not only her, but her entire staff with other residents as well.Moving to Florida was a huge deal for me. Moving to The Marquis of Tampa confirmed for me that I made the right decision and everything would be ok.It was simply put, the perfect choice.Thanks again to the management team at my new home!Job well done!

I loved living at the Marquis! The entire team is always cheerful, professional and courteous. Especially Rick who always seems to be in a good mood and ready to make you laugh. Maintenance staff is very speedy when responding to repair requests and always very polite and helpful. I never had a problem with them responding to my needs. The apartments have gorgeous vaulted ceilings and private garages connected to the apartment. Very nice area too.

Wow Management has really turned this place around! The property continues to make much needed updates to the property, and parking is much better. Thank you for your continued assistance Leticia, hopefully the situation will be resolved soon.

Moving is considered to be one of the biggest stresses in ones life. So when my family and I had to move across the country we had a really hard time. However, two of the kindest, understanding and helpful employees of yours have been able to make this process a bit easier for us.It started when I walked in The Marquis of Tampa and I was greeted with a warm and friendly office member named Robin. She was great, answered all my questions, made me feel like I was her priority. I had lots of questions and not once was she irritated or rushed her answers. I decided to go ahead and fill out the application on the spot.Then I had the pleasure of meeting Mary. She was also very kind and showed great customer services. She helped me with the process of finishing up my applications and anything else that was needed for the day of move-in.These two employees have shown tremendous customer services and should be recognized!

Ive been living at The Marquis for almost 12 years. Management has always treated me with fairness and respect. Maintenance has taken care of any problems that have arisen as quickly as you could expect. Indue noise has been minimal. Ive thoroughly enjoyed living here!!!!

I was a little worried when they started doing renovations because we all know how that can be! The renovations have been seamless and a huge improvement ! I can’t say enough good things about the staff here! Home sweet home !!

John walked me through the entire process of moving in. He was very patient and detail oriented. Apartments have a special homie feel which is why I decided to move forward with my lease. The staff is pleasant and eager to satisfy your needs. Santiago showed me around the apartments when no one was available due to busy hours. Look for John for a painless move in process, I highly recommend him.

We loved living in this community and what was supposed to be a one year lease turned into four great years that were hard to say goodbye to. The office staff was always courteous, warm, and helpful...and we cant say enough about the maintenance crew who provided immediate expert assistance, even one time when our water heater stopped working late on Christmas Eve (true story)! John and the entire office staff were always very helpful and we remember many nights around the pool enjoying diverse conversations with all of our friendly neighbors while watching our children play with the others at the resort style pool. We definitely miss this place!

The apartment is good, maintenance staff is friendly. Rick is very friendly and is always very helpful. BUT I would recommend families with kids stay away since management thinks that kids playing outside their houses as loitering!!

I really enjoyed living here the past year, these apartments have a really cool layout. The community is full of great people. The management and maintenance team really bump this up to 5 stars for me though. John and Rick were always awesome to interact with and the maintenance team was always swift and very friendly. Great apartment with awesome management. My lease was ending 06/23/18 and they allowed me to extend to 06/30/18 with no hassle. Apartments are nice and very fair rent for the space. I am leaving because of work relocation to Atlanta, but if I end up in the area again, the Marquis will be the first place I check for availability. Thanks for a great stay!

Nice place, convenient to anything you need/want and I-75. The apartments are quite spacious, and all come with a garage (mine was a two-car which was awesome!) that is included in the rental price. Nowhere else in Tampa will you find that! Then, to top off the nice apartments, the folks that work for The Marquis of Tampa are the best! John and Rick are outstanding folks who work in the office, and the maintenance staff are friendly, prompt, and reliable. They even befriended Ms Bella, my four-legged daughter, so you know pets are also welcome. I HIGHLY recommend. Tell John and/or Rick I sent you!

Parking is big problem here they towed my car I had to pay 200$, there is no enough parking spots, and management dont care about it they say they are working on it since 1year nothing happened, very painful, no play area for kids too

I have lived at The Marques going on 3 years now. Anytime i call the office with an issue (theres always something, but thats just life) the staff is quick to address the issue. The maintenance guys are wonderful, especially Santiago. I have enjoyed living here & plan to renew my lease. Im a Tampa native and have recommended The Marques to several people. Thanks for making my 1st apartment experience a positive one! I moved out of my home when my husband passed away & this is my 1st apartment-life experience. Oh, and The office staff is always friendly and helpful.

Ive lived in Marquis for 7 years now and I love every day of it. Mr. Santiago, whom Ive known since the beginning, is one of the reasons I love living here. I feel safe knowing that hes still around and when something needs fixing he is there with his team to assist. He and his team are kind and very re attentive to the property when something is out of order and I love that too. Management has done a great job in hiring great people to assist my family and I. My son has grown up in this community and he loves it as well. He feels safe at all times and safety is one of my biggest concerns and definitely something Marquis offers. I hope they keep up the good work. 😍😘

HI Marquis Apartment, Let me start by giving some PROS & CONS for our Apartments where I live for last 6-8 monthsApartment looks brand new and the Service which we receive for all the complaints is excellent . It is commendable that they address all the issue in a day or max of tow . Apartment on whole is very clean . I like the way they keep Swimming pool and SPA clean . When you enter, the apartment complex, you will definitely feel like this should be your apartment and this is where you should live if you are working in TAMPA / Brandon Area .CONS - NO KIDS PLAY AREAParents with KIDS of age 4-10, you can take them to near by Richmond Place Garden GardenI personally like this apartment and would like to stay long in this apartment and would recommend this apartment

I would not reccomend this apt complex. When I first moved in, things were good The new management company has brought down the quality significantly. They close out repair tickets without fixing the problem. They have to come back mutiple times to fix the same thing. Moving out real soon.

Nice and neat community. I loved my stay. Everything is good about apartment, its maintenance and especially the friendly and humble manager Mr. John who is always up for his residents. Nice swimming pool and spa. Good tennis court which need little maintenance.Only issue is no area for kids play which Marquis management should try to think about modifications if management is really concerned about the happiness of kids.

My family and I have been here for about 3 months. Overall thus is a good place to live. The front office staff is friendly. Jenny, in the front office, is MAGNIFICENT and very responsive. She is trustworthy and a true pleasure to do business with. The apartment itself is well kept and the maintenance staff is wonderful at responding to any needs. There are a couple of big CONS about this place: 1st THERE IS NO PARKING. Do not let the front office staff convince you that there is ample parking for the tenants because this is FALSE. Each apartment comes with either a one or two car garage but outside of that there isnt any parking. my husband and I have a one car garage and when he comes home from work there arent any spots available for him to park in. He drives the entire complex looking for spots and there isnt one. One of the members of the office staff told him to park outside of the gate (and assume all risks that come with that). When he parks along the curb, near the apartment, he receives an orange sticker telling him he will be towed. This is a HUGE inconvenience and very frustrating. We spend most of our time trying to find spots to park so that we will not be towed. When we moved here we thought we would gain the peace of mind we longed for after living in another complex. Once here we realized we gained the headache of where to park. Having guests visit means constantly listening out for a tow truck because they do not have anywhere to park. Another CON is the amount of noise that some neighbors make. We have had a few mornings where we are awakened by children in the street playing. This isnt a huge problem (unless its 7 am). There are also some neighbors who play music VERY loudly but if you mention it to them they tend to be accommodating. All in all, if you are OK with having only the garage to park in then this place would be perfect for you. As much as we love the apartment itself, when our lease is up we will be searching for somewhere else to live. The constant headache of parking isnt worth it to us.

I lived at The Marquis of Tampa for about two years and it has been a great experience for me. The office staff is friendly and easy to work with. The maintenance is also great as they respond promptly to work orders as requested. The neighborhood is located in a safe community with the Flatwoods trail across the street and easy access to local shops and restaurants. Overall, it is pretty quiet here and everyone seems friendly. The pool areas are nice along with the gym. If my job was not transferring to North Carolina, I would definitely stay here at the Marquis. I would recommend living here if you are looking for your new home.

BEST place to LIVE, has 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms with garages attached to each apartment. I LOVE the staff is friendly and helpful.

The Marquis of Tampa is a lovely complex and my apartment was very nice. I lived there for several yrs and any questions or complications that arose were quickly addressed and resolved. I found the maintenance staff to be particularly exceptional -- they were always ready to help with a smile, and the supervisor (Santiago) is both excellent at maintenance work and a true people person. In addition, the Marquis complex is across the street from Flatwoods Park, which has beautiful nature trails (biking and hiking), and grocery and mall shopping are close by.

Here are some of the benefits:1. Great floor plans: Spacious floor plans with attached garages for many of the units.2. Great management: The management at the Marquis is phenomenal. Everything from the leasing office, to the maintenance team. They address your concerns immediately and you always feel that they truly care.3. It feels like a home. I cannot quite explain why it feels more like a home than an apartment complex, but it does. It might be the layout.4. Secure: The community is quiet and secure. I have never felt uncomfortable at the Marquis. I walk my dogs at 3 in the morning with no concerns.5. Location: Right across from Flatwoods! You can bike, run, walk, etc. 3/10 of a mile to 75! you miss all the traffic.6. People: The people in the community are nice - approachable and friendly.7. The pool: - Recently renovated. Really nice. comfy chairs, lounges, full kitchen. You can feel happy to bring your friends over for a Sunday afternoon.I realize that when you are investigating a community, you often look at the reviews. I have noticed that there are some negative reviews here, but I honestly cannot find any. I am a very particular person as well. I would recommend this community to my friends and family any day of the week. We are leaving because we are relocating.....otherwise, we would still be here!Thank you Marquis for making us feel so welcome!!.

This IS the best place to live! We looked at several other apartments and are so happy we decided on the Marquis of Tampa. Beautiful neighborhood, the apartment itself has a charm we couldnt find elsewhere, the pool is family friendly, workout room has everything one needs. Best of all theres Rick in the office who is personable and somehow remembers everyone! All the staff I have talked to is friendly. Marquis of Tampa is the best!!

Beautiful complex with spacious units. I had a few small issues like leaks and bugs, but they were addressed quickly and efficiently by management. John, in the office, was always willing to help and is an invaluable asset to the complex. My only complaint is that parking is scarce. Having a garage made it easy for my wife and I, but it was a hassle when we had company.

KUDO’s to the A-Team @ The Marquis of Tampa! My overall experience is Nothing Bundt cake great (2 months). DORIS is the perfect staff for greeting you with her warm and infectious smile, all knowing and can do attitude, and helpfulness ⭐️ . My onsite tour with assistant office manager MARY (Michael Angelo) was the masterpiece made in sealing the deal. At the time, the property was transitioning to new management so a couple of Q’s we’re unknown; however that didn’t stall the process as she took note of followups for her senior manager 👩🏾‍🎨. Upon move-in I met office manager Leticia whose in person demeanor matched what I sensed over the phone ... pleasant 😀. After inspection, a couple of things needed attention and that’s when “sup Santiago” and crew came to the rescue and made everything right👌🏾.So if you’re looking for a great team of folks who listen, respond, and take action; well maintained living; close proximity to grocer, dining, shopping, interstate, etc., then this where you want to be 😀.

My boyfriend and I moved in here in May and I have loved it ever since. In reference to the cockroaches that everyone is complaining about, we had a few in the garage but nothing that roach traps and such could not take care of. You have to understand that these are older buildings and we do live right next to a conservation and it is the rainy season in Florida. Love this place and we plan on renewing our lease next year!

I lived here for a couple years during college and really enjoyed the stay. Only issue we had was having to constantly complain about our ridiculous neighbors.

Very happy living here. Love the location and the quiet neighborhood. It is wonderful being across the street from Flatwoods Park. Maintenance comes same day if anything has ever been wrong or needs to be fixed.

We have been staying in The Marquis of Tampa for more than 3 months now and our experience has been excellent so far. I find this community better than the others in the neighborhood. The reasons: Cleanliness, Regular Maintenance, Standard of Amenities, Unique Apartment Structures and last but not the least: Prompt and Personalized service.At all instances, all the maintenance issues have been looked into defined timelines. I find everyone at the office including Jenny and Rick as very courteous in all my interactions. In the past, Rick had helped me in putting my packages inside my apartment in my absence. In another instance Jenny helped me in dispatching a personal package. These are some of the moments of truth and I wish to have these continued in the months of come.Thanks

Excellent complex, very confortable a quiet place with good service

One of the worst experience we had.worst worst stay away.One the shower glass is missing and we paid the rent with no shower glass partition .They said the reason for this is previous tenant removed it as he didnot like.But they did not inform us about this during our lease sign.When we came on the move-in day shower glass was missing and the carpet has a lizard and all over colors and holes in it .We went and spoke to the manager and they replaced it with new carpet.I hate this place ..the manager and all the working people thr are the worst people and don’t treat tenants well .They don’t even offer a chair to sit when we go to talk to them.They r the worst !!!Now the management changed on our moving out day and they are charging us telling that they don’t have contact with the old management and we are responsible to pay for the period that is left.we already informed previous management that we will be leaving early and the person accepted it but now the new management is not aware of it and charging us all the charges.Worst ! I have lived in the Marquis for three years. My experience there has been quite exceptional to say the least. Whenever there was an issue, the staff was very tentative to solve the problem, from the office staff to the maintenance workers. The staff always made me feel like I was important whenever I had an interaction with them. I actually referred some of my coworkers and friends to the Marquis. Very polite the leasing agents really worked with me I appreciated that. Thus far they are prompt with requests and maintain a great standard of professionalism.

The best place we have moved too and if you have roaches and any type of insects they will fumigate and foe the person that doesnt want to state their name the only reason you are infested with roaches is because you are not clean.. I will be renewing my lease and it will be my 3rd year living here

Very nice place to live, as its clean and calm, also good service from the maintenance, but no place to play for the kids and Tennis court is not in good shape and the most important is no respect for the current residents when we request for something as if they say, stay if you want else.

Very nice apartments, very clean . only opened one ticket for maintenance in one year, nice neighborhood . Management staff is very friendly and helpful especially Jenny who helped us from day one till we left due to job change.

I have had no problems since I moved in last April. The staff has always been friendly and accomodating. Any maintenance requests I have had have been responded to immediately. Yes, I have seen those large palmetto bugs but only a few. They spray every three months, but if you need it before than they accomodate. I have not noticed any infestations as other reviews have stated.The property is beautiful and well maintained and the neighborhood is beautiful and safe.

Went skeptical at first, because it wasnt my first choice when I moved to Tampa, but right now im suffering because I got to move. they address every single nuisance promptly, and they even give you options and guide you when they cannot help you. Reasonable price, apartments with attached garage (thats a HUGE plus) nice facilities. What I would improve is to have access to the business center 24 hours. other than that, they are awesome.

In The Many Years That I Have Been Living At Marquis Of Tampa. It Have Been A Wonderful Experience And A Safe Environment. Never The Less, A Professional Customer Service And Real Deal Maintance Team That Quickly Respond If There Is Any Need Of Assistance. In Addittion, The Location Have Been Very Convenient For Me. Since, Its Surrounded By Mostly Every Big Business From Car Wash To Shopping Centers, ETC.

PROS1. John in the front office is friendly and efficient.2. The maintenance staff is quick to answer calls in addition to being friendly and hardworking.3. Having a garage that you access from inside your home is a great plus.4. Friendly neighbors and it is set up so that in most apartments no one lives above you.5. A relatively quiet neighborhood. On rare occasions you might hear loud music from a passing car.CONS1. While we lived here they had to replace the microwave, water heater, kitchen faucet, and a heating unit on the stove. The staff also had to repair the air conditioning and dishwasher. They attributed the air conditioning problem to not changing the filter. After the filter was changed and the air was turned off overnight the air conditioning was still required to run non-stop to maintain a 78 degree temperature. We paid a $200 monthly electric bill for a two bedroom apartment.2. Crazy Ants were a constant problem. One night my son spilled sugar on the counter. When I awoke in the morning there were so many ants it looked as if the counter was moving. They would spray monthly but the ants were back in a week. I did some research and suggested that they use Optigard Ant Gel Bait and spray Optigard outside to eliminate the problem entirely. They never did so so we purchased the bait at a cost of $30 for 4 hypodermic needle sized tubes. We did this right before we moved out so I can only confirm that it worked for at least 3 weeks.3. The fees are exorbitant. Make sure you are aware of all the fees prior to move in. There are water, sewer, homeowners assoc., waste removal, special utility and payment processing fees. Not to mention the cost for a late payment. For a 14 day late payment the cost was $185. You try not to repeat this is if you can help it! I have attached a copy of my move out fees. The utility fee does not include electric.4. When we moved out there was a disagreement about fees between management and myself concerning how much of the deposit was due to be returned. Management did not alter their decision.5. We moved in sight unseen and were surprised to find the foundation tilted. One gets a sense of going up and downhill throughout the apartment. They assured us that there was no danger of the foundation collapsing.6. We found the office manager Kelly difficult to work with. All face to face meetings were cordial however they often resulted in emails sent later in the day that were quite scathing and not consistent with our face to face discussions. We never had this problem with John.7. If you do not have a garage, parking is limited. You can expect to park a great distance from your unit in the evenings.I hope this helps you find your ideal apartment!

Love this place its nice.

The property itself is not bad, and the facility as well, but the staff are the rudest and the most unfriendly ever. Whenever we stepped to the office they did not greet us or even smile. They made us feel totally unwelcomed.

I love living here! My one and only complaint is that the hot tub wasnt usable each time I tried to go to it. I was spoiled by my old complex where it was always clean, hot, and the jets worked!

I should have trusted these reviews. When a place seems to good to be true it is. We were very upfront with our situation and were told that it wouldnt be an issue.Well of course that was a lie. They didnt even run our application until 4 days later until after we called to see why they hadnt responded.Also beware they keep your application fee (expected) AND processing fee (not expected). Oh if you have any questions or concerns their only response is to call the 1-800 #. I specifically asked to speak to a manager or be given their # and was blatantly ignored.For anyone wondering Nurek Perez handled our application.

Many many many problems, from roaches to mold to the parking. It looks pretty and the apartments are spacious, but I’m getting really tired of all of it.

This apartment complex has the most rude staff I have ever encountered with. Upon entering the facility, we were not greeted. The employee on site was very short and bland with us as if she didnt want our money. She showed us no apartment and handed us a floor plan and sent us on our way. She didnt try to explore options she just seemed as if she was trying to get rid of us.

INFESTED WITH ROACHES!!!!! INFESTED WITH PALMETTO BUGS.... Rent is pretty high, at first, everything looks nice, then, when taking a closer look, its old. Counters are all painted, cabinets are old and cheap, carpet is poor quality, looks gross, even if u dont wear shoes, windows are old metal frames, huge gaps in door seals (outside), showers have mold stains, running water smells like sewage, drains (especially garbage disposal) smell like sewage!Above everything....the roaches! If you dont want all of your belongings infested....move elsewhere! We had brand new tvs and furniture.... bought when we moved in (bugs didnt come with us!). I wish someone had warned me!

Entire apartment complex is infested with German Cockroaches. Multiple residents in different buildings across the complex have them. The property refuses to fumigate entire buildings properly because they dont want to pay to relocate residents for proper removal of the German Cockroaches.I also want to add that Ive never had roaches previous to living here. Ive lived in FL for 8 years, so Im used to the occasional palmetto bug that accidentally gets in, but these were small non flying roaches that after tons of research on Google I found out to be German Cockroaches. These buildings are old and the are a lot of foreigners that live in the complex. Not sure if this has anything to do with it.Ww bought brand new furniture after moving into apartment complex. Im so OCD, so dirty dishes were NEVER left in the sink, and food was never left out. Everything was in air tight containers per the instrictions of the pest control. I cleaned everything with bleach.Check the upper corners inside your lower kitchen cabinents, you have to pull out the drawer. Use a flash light and if you see sometging that looks like pepper in the corners its actually fecal matter from roaches that have been there prior to you moving in. They paint and clean the cabinents but this part was over looked due to how hard it is to reach. You have to lay on your back to thoroughly inspect it, which most people dont do.The only reason Im writing this post is to save someone else of the money and heartache. I only learned all of the information im posting here after living in this HELL for many months and doing tons of research. I still have nightmares of roaches.There are a few redeeming qualities. 1. The Staff are very friendly. 2. Pest control did everything in their power to remedy the situstion, but could not rid our apartment of the roaches due to the infestation and then not wanting to fumigate. 3. The apartments are beautiful, but the beauty is paint deep so to speak. These are old buildings. Property is beautifully kept up besides the roach problem.

Property management is the worst and parking is horrible if you are a family with more than one car.

Worst management! The young man I talked to was so rude and the manager didnt seem to care and made it seem like I was bothering her Im defiantly not moving here
