Five years ago I had a system installed and I have been having issues every since. Today they came in and did a phenomenal job and addressing all of my issues and concerns and left me with a better system than I had when I was first delivered. Angel from Simpson Air came out today to perform our annual A/C checkup and maintenance. He was friendly, knowledgeable, honest and an overall pleasure to have around. He answered all of my questions as I always have plenty while overlooking service being done to anything around my home. I like to understand what exactly is being done and try not to get in the way. Angel did not mind and has a great sense of humor.I have used Simpson Air since our home was built in 2016 and they have always been responsive, prompt, professional and courteous. David was our Technician and arrived at scheduled time. He diagnosed that the compressor wasnt working. He did more checking and found out there was a wire burnt and loose causing compressor to not stay on. He found what was not working and checked to see what was causing compressor not to work. He could of said it was the compressor but was very honest and professional on checking everything and replaced the broken wire fixing the AC unit. He represents Simpson Air Very well. I’ve had Simpson Air work on my existing systems since I purchased my house in 2012. When my primary system died late in 2020, I had them come out and install a new system along with new ducts. Just the first night alone was like having a whole new house, all the dead zones and poor airflow problems were finally solved. Leonard was great in explaining the different options that made sense for my old 2 story house, and Daniel and Mike were fantastic during the entire install process. I could not recommend them enough!

Angel came to our home for a regularly, scheduled maintenance visit. He was extremely professional, personable, knowledgeable, and hardworking.After he completed the regular maintenance, we asked him to look at the discoloration on the ceiling around the second-floor vents. In spite of the rainy weather, he went out to his truck a couple of times to get a step stool, ladder, tools, etc., without complaint. Upon inspection, he took pictures to get a second opinion which was in agreement with his assessment. He removed the grates, cleaned and dried the area, and explained to us how to prevent the situation from happening again.Angel was truly exceptional!!! Hopefully, we’ll be lucky enough to get him again on our next service call.

Simpson air has serviced my AC several times and they never try to upsell me things I dont need. Steve May from sales came out and realized I didnt need anything but help clearing a drain line and repositioning my AC float switch. He walked me around my AC and suggested a quick DIY fix that will save me money, gave me tips on how to keep my drain line clear and stayed a few minutes to make sure the unit started working properly. All for no additional cost than the service repair call! I will not use any other service than Simpson Air. Quality, professional, reputable folks.

After moving into a 3 level townhome, my husband and I needed a tutorial on keeping all of us in the family comfortable and the temps just right on each level. We had visits from David and Jaquan. David gave an extensive and thorough overview of the heating and cooling system. Jaquan visited at our request for some further information about handling humidity and the vents. This company is the best. From the time we received an estimate from Leonard to completion of the project by the great team Matt and Christine. it was A+ service. I am big on customer service and these guys are the bomb. They were professional, got the job done quickly, and cleaned up after themselves which is very rare these days. Simpson Air installed our new three-ton air conditioning system this past Wednesday at our home. The manufacturer is Carrier Corp. Firstly, Mr. Simpson sent his technician Robert to look at our old system and make sure it could not be repaired. And since we had a different A/C system installed by them 8 years ago, Mr. Gary Simpson himself extended us the courtesy of coming with his salesman Mr. Leonard Cooperman. Leonard is indeed an expert in recommending the right system to customers. In no time, he prepared the estimate which I accepted right away.The installers, Matt D. and Christine B., are so good in what they do. They took out the old system and installed the new system very efficiently, professionally and seamlessly. They came in time and finished the work in 3-1/2 to 4 hours. They cleaned up spotlessly inside and outside the garage once they were done with the job.I will hesitate very much to give my contract to anyone other than Simpson Air.THEY ARE INDEED THE COOLEST GUYS IN TOWN.

For the last seven years, I have appreciated having my annual maintenance on my AC unit performed by Sean at Simpson Air. He performs a thorough inspection and maintenance procedure that gives me confidence in the running of my unit for the next year. Sean arrived on time, put down a floor covering to keep our domicile clean. He was very thorough is testing our heating unit and our A/C unit. The drain line was not clear and he flushed it often to ensure that all particles were gone. Simpson Air is a quality company and Sean is an asset for them.

We trusted Simpson Air to install a new Carrier AC unit for us and they exceeded our expectations. Steve was very friendly and knowledgeable about the product. They scheduled the installation very promptly and the pricing was fair based on all the services and labor we requested. The technicians, Daniel and Mike, who came were exceptional! They put a new concrete slab and bolted down the AC unit, changed breakers, and changed all the hoses and installation in the interior AC component. Everything was labeled and paperwork attached to AC interior unit. Everything was clean, organized, and sealed to code. They cleaned up after themselves very well. I truely appreciate the wonderful work they did and the time they took to make it all perfect. I feel their pricing was very fair. Some may say that maybe I could have gotten a better price somewhere else, but I am certain that the quality of work these men did is worth so much more. I definitely recommend them for AC troubles. We had a great experience and are very happy with the result!

Three phone calls and NOT ONE RETURNED. Each time I was assured someone would call me. Silence. However, when I was contemplating spending $15,000 with them on two new units (which I eventually did), they were more than happy to talk to me. I resorted to sending a written request via their website. Two weeks later and still NO RESPONSE. Totally unprofessional and far from responsive. The last technician that inspected my AC system was lazy. It was like pulling teeth to get him to go into the attic and check the duct work...and even then I had to provide the ladder. He then proceeded to smoke a vape pen in my kitchen while writing up my receipt (and then never emailed me a copy). Service and quality has definitely dropped over the years. There are better choices out there. Do your research and avoid having an experience similar to mine.

We were panicked when our AC stopped working 2 days before guests were supposed to arrive. After calling Simpson Air, Jess arrived at our house within hours to assess the situation and went above and beyond to make sure our AC issue was fixed before our guests arrived. She was amazing to work with, and we are so appreciative to work with a company that values our needs so highly. We can not recommend Simpson Air and Jess highly enough!

I had the pleasure of working with Dawson during my annual AC check-up. He was very knowledgable, informative and overall a plesant person to work with. On a personal level (Covid-19 aside), the past 6 mo or so have been extra challenging and Dawson gave me some peace of mind ; while I still have other things to address, my AC wont be one of them! We just had a new air-conditioning unit installed in our townhome when our old one was freezing up and not working properly. We called Simpson Air on Friday at 10 o’clock. They had a sales person out at 2 o’clock and installed the unit on Monday! On the evening of August 4, 2020 I had called Simpson Air regarding my thermostat not working and it was very warm in the house. After speaking with my son who is an experienced Carrier person in Illinois, he had walked me through some things and they were all negative but he concluded that the outside drain was probably plugged and that I needed to call Simpson Air which I did. Within a few minutes Sean returned my call and said he would be here within the hour and he was. He concluded the same thing that my son had. Sean did the necessary work in a very short time. I have had Sean here a few times working on the old AC unit which had finally quit working properly. He is a very competent AC man. Thank you Sean for your good work skills. BTW, this was around 10:00 p.m. and took care of the problem and was on his way. Thanks again.

Leonard came out to quote me on a new Carrier AC and spent quite a bit of time going through measurements, options, and providing helpful info for some of my own duct work that I had done. The quotes were very competitive given Carrier is top of the line but we ultimately went another direction. Really appreciated Leonards time and expertise and will definitely be using them for service in the future.

I called Simpson because my AC was not working, Sean was able to come out there same day and fixed it quickly and professionally. He also let me know that my unit was not registered, and that meant I only had a 5 year part warranty and not a 10 year.What really impressed us is that we were not under a contract with Simpson.We had a maintenance contract with a different company, but they were booking calls for warranty and service contract customers 2 days out.

Had them come out to move a unit .. the work was completed quickly and no mess left behind.

Very good experience installing a mini split for a new room. Leonard was our sales person and was great to work with. He did everything he said he’d do, and he did it on time. Jaquan was awesome at my place today. He worked very hard to replace a part and made sure to triple check my system. He was super personable and communicative, as is my sales person Leonard.

Our system shut down completely and they sent out a tech within an hour or two. In comes Jess who we haven’t had before and she was amazing and knowledgeable. Knew exactly what the issue was and took care of it quickly. Also gave us some other tips because we have a big dog to help with the filters and air quality. I love this company! In my 75 years, I can honestly say that Ive never dealt with another like it.It all began with my call to have someone come out about a new air conditioner for my home. I was in no hurry, since my old AC was still working and keeping us quite cool, but it was pushing 40yrs old (the result of a complete annual maintenance) and using the discontinued R22 Freon refrigerant. I decided, rather than wait, Id start getting quotes on a new Carrier, now. So, I started with Simpson Air, a very highly rated company according to online reviews. I went to their website and completed the form requesting a visit. Right away, Leonard called to set an appointment. He was at my door to the minute of our appointment.My intention was to shop Carrier dealers, but after the time and patience that Leonard showed us, and his special humor and personality, we decided our shopping was over. There was no way that we were going to chance working with someone of less caliber. And were we ever so right! Even after the new installation, Leonard has still been quick to work with us and answer our questions with complete patience. A complete and thoughtful gentleman! The next surprise! Even though we werent in dire need, as if our AC was out, Leonard scheduled our installation right away.The crew of two, and thats all they needed, too, was at the front door at the very moment of the appointed time to begin the install. They were Christine and Matt, a perfect team. Its hard to recall a more instep, coordinated team of workers. Fast and courteous, yet neither one minded our incessant interruptions and questions, and both took the time to answer us, in detail, making sure that we fully understood what it was that we were getting and how it worked, or why they did certain things the way they were done. In our opinion, they went the extra mile for an old couple. Maybe, you dont know this, but some elderly people can be just a little difficult. They explained, before leaving, that our next visitors would be a technician, to go over the equipment for quality control and to fine tune if needed, and the permit inspector, to make sure everything was by law. Two perfect and seemingly happy workers.First to arrive, right on time wouldnt you know, was Dawson, the technician, who earned the nickname of Awesome Dawson! This, not only because he was intently quick, but because he patiently answered every question that my wife asked until she fully understood and was happy, and he did this always, as if it was the whole purpose of his life, and it made him happy. From that day forward, Awesome Dawson became our technician of choice.Next came the permit inspector, timed by Simpson Air to arrive on the same day. He arrived within 5 minutes of Awesoms departure. A good man, he showed me everything that he was looking for and why. Everything was done perfectly, he told me. Then said that he never expected anything less from Simpson Air. They never had permit problems.The next day, I called the office for a personal request, a little silly to me, but not at all to Deb, who took my call. Not only did she take good care of my request, but she stayed with me to answer every question that I had about their services, maintenance, and warranties. What an exceptional person, and she had nothing personal to gain for it!Happy? You bet! On their trucks is the phrase, The coolest guys in town! New Carrier 5 ton condenser and air handler recently install. I was very particular in who I went with as the installation is very important to the life on the system. Simpson installers were professional and very experienced. They took their time, making sure the job was done right. This is the fourth year Sean has maintained our HVAC unit. We are always VERY pleased with his service!!! Sean is meticulous about his work. This year he followed all COVID protocol AND he even disinfected the door knobs and work surfaces before he left. We highly recommend Simpson Air.

Had a problem with my fan turning off and on every few seconds. I replaced the thermostat but, it did the same thing. Now I figured I was looking at a big repair bill. I scheduled an appointment with Simpson Air for 2-4. Ron C.was able to arrive a little after 12 and immediately got to work. After checking everything out he determined I made a mistake wiring my new thermostat. After correcting that he checked on my compressor, and pronounced everything ok. The repair was only a little over $100, when I was worried I could be looking at 10 times that. The service was excellent from a very knowledgeable technician.

Very disappointed with the service. Simpson Air installed a new Carrier model Model CH14NB03000G during construction of my new home 2 years ago and the compressor failed (part cover under warranty but not labor). While they were quick to provide a verbal estimate of $900+ for labor to replace and recharge the unit (refrigerant is cheap and should be minimal amount of time to replace the compressor). The service manager has yet to provide a written estimate after several requests made over the last 3 weeks.

Sean did a fantastic job. Highly recommended.

Edit: Mike, the service manager called to rectify this situation. He came out and identified the actual issue, which turns out to be the evaporator coil, at no charge. He went above and beyond to get our unit back into a working state, and even knocked off a bit for the replacement part and installation. Long story short, if you have an issue call Mike first. He is professional, respectful and very responsive. I have edited my review up to four stars, the only reason its not 5 is do to the initial frustration with the technician.Originals post: Please do yourself a favor and read all of the fine print. Purchased the service with one year guarantee / no hassle maintenance in April for my almost 10 year old system, did the required additional repairs to the tune of $420. Called them in June when my upstairs was over 85 degrees, guy comes out says a mess of cables are falling apart and caused the fault - pretty sure if he had actually assessed the entire system instead of just the components known to go bad quickly this would have been identified in the first visit. Charged me another 60 bucks to replace it. Have literally had nothing but issues since I began using this company. My upstairs unit wont cool below 78 during the day and it has been getting as hot as 89 on warm days. Im not even going to call them again, really do feel like I was screwed out of almost $500.

Mike and David C. arrived on time and were very polite, courteous and extremely professional. These guys were awesome and I would recommend them and Simpson Air to everyone!! They are honest and hardworking young men! Way to go Simpson Air!

Sean ONeal has been servicing my air conditioning unit for the last six years. He is on time for the appointment, personable, professional, and gives options and honest solutions with the customer in mind if repairs are needed. I will keep using Simpson Air and requesting Sean as my technician.

One of my AC units kept randomly shutting off due to an emergency shut off valve activated by our condensation line overflowing. Glad it could correct itself obvi, but even in the Florida winter we needed that thing working--especially because I had family staying in town for Christmas. I called Simpson Air to have someone check it out and they had someone come out that same day! Now a technician was already in the area so that helped, but still. I was expecting it to take a few days. Jess, our friendly technician, was incredibly knowledgeable and knew how to fix the problem immediately. She also checked out our second unit just to be safe and thank goodness she did because turns out we had a small clog in that one that would have required them to come back eventually anyways. She fixed everything and gave me a few tips for keeping things cool/not sticky moving forward as well. She also reminded me that if you pay their annual service charge, they will come out and fix common issues like we had for free and not just during standard business hours. Huge bonus that I didnt know about.Seriously, in a world that just keeps getting hotter, Im very thankful for AC, but it doesnt do any good if its not working...So thank you Jess and Simpson Air!!

I was very pleased with the knowledge, courtesy and professionalism displayed by JESS who fixed my unit. She took before and after pictures of the problems and repaired them quickly and efficiently. They were fairly priced and I would recommend them to everyone.

Honesty and integrity are so clearly valued over upselling, margin, or commission with this company. It’s rare that a home services company will earn my genuine trust, but these guys have it at 100%. Simpson Air is the BEST when it comes to Customer Service! My husband called me around 4:30 pm yesterday to say our system wasnt working. I spoke with Donna, Simpson Airs rock star dispatcher who called Robert, their amazing technician to go to our house and check out our system. Robert arrived 15 minutes later and discovered our capacitor had a part that had blown off. He went to his truck to get the part, and a few minutes later our system was up and cooling!
