My home warranty program paid for the replacement of my air conditioning handler unit in November 2017 by your company. I had to call you back because it was installed improperly and had to be redone (water pouring out of the ceiling). Today it quit working and requires a new transformer and blower motor. The serviceman looked up the serial number for the motor and its registered for warranty expiration in April 2015. How is that possible when it wasn’t installed until 2017? You gave me old/faulty equipment. I am now faced with a $1,074 bill.I can’t believe you treat customers this wayDC. Invoice 1783 date of service->11/6//2017They also did not pull a permit for my job either, so no inspection or maybe it would have been caught.STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESSI don’t even suggest giving you one star!!!

Its been a year now since John and his crew installed my new system and I still couldnt be happier. They did a great installation job and my system hasnt missed a beat. My electric bills plummeted after the new system was installed. I have the ozone added as well and love that feature. I would use John and his crew again and highly recommend them.

This company did a full install and opened a permit with the county and did not notify the county to do final inspection, being that it was under warranty we were unaware now we are having issues with the county about trying to close permit and get this company to answer the phone or return a call.THIS IS NOT GOOD BUSINESS!

I had a prior ac repair company remove a piston and told me my I could replace my evaporator coil, but should consider replacing the whole unit. Central Florida AC came out for a second opinion. Chris spent hours trying to find the leak in my system and could not. He finally found that the piston had been removed. And that I just needed to have my system recharged. They saved me a TON of money. Great company

We had great service from John at Central Florida Appliance Service! They cleaned my daughters dryer and dryer vent. Her dryer has never been so safe and efficient. She noticed savings in her electric bill her first month after there service. I will recommend John to all my family, friends, and clients.

John has fixed a few appliances in my home. Not only did he fix what was wrong but he also gave me some pointers on how to maintain them so they will last longer. I am so impressed with his service, efficiency and costs. I have called him on weekends needing his assistance and he always calls me right back and sometimes is able to troubleshoot my problems right over the phone without having to charge me for a service visit. I have recommended him to my family, friends and clients and I consistently get nothing but positive feedback regarding his professionalism and service.

They were very professional and dedicated to finishing the work when they stated they would. It was pouring rain outside and the technician was a trooper and stayed outside finishing the job. They originally said they were booked solid, but the owner said he would try and get someone to our house sooner. Somehow they were able to clear some things on their schedule and get our AC running again ahead of schedule.

Our A/C started leaking in the house, they came out fast and were able to find a clog in the drain line and get it fixed. Job was done quick and our A/C was back in action.Would definitely use again!

One of the best experiences Ive ever had with an HVAC contractor. I was informed about when the tech was to arrived. Quick call back and complete transparency about the progress of the techs arrival time frame and actual arrive. I was called when he was on his way. The diagnosis was quick and accurate. My problem was resolved quickly and I have every confidence the service delivered was the service required. I would use Central Florida Appliance Service in a heartbeat!

John has been putting bandaids on my 20 year old Train for many years. But when it was time to upgrade John suggested the Lennox system and Iam so glad I did. The Lennox system is so quiet compared to my old system. Also I went with the Icomfort wi-fi smart thermostat. Makes the new system kind of fun knowing I can control the temperature with my phone. John called me on Monday to set up installment for the next day for 10am. John was on time with his crew the next day. They did the work like they were working on their own home. There were no stones unturned. When all the work was done they went out of the way to clean up. I am very happy with CFAS. All prices were agreed to up front with no suprises! These guys are great.....The first time I used them they stuck to their estimate and got my frig fixed. The next time I called it was FREE, an easy fix right over the phone. They know their stuff.

We called up Central Florida appliance Services and they were out here within 30 minutes we had food that was defrosting they came out got our refrigerator up and running in 15 minutes and we didnt lose a $300 grocery list that we had provided today I will recommend anybody to central Florida appliance service

Our office refridgerator was not cooling, I called a friend to get his recommendation for a repair company. I was told John Vasquez was a master repair whiz, so I reached out to him. John came the next day and troubleshot the problem, had the part on his truck, fixed it with in minutes. He was fast, helpful, and more than fair with his charge.
