I recently rented a truck for an in-town move and everything was great. Everyone was very nice and helpful: the man who called to confirm my reservation and especially the woman onsite who handled everything else. The location is centrally located although a little tricky to find from Monroe (look for the green mini storage sign out front). The truck itself was clean and in good working order. I was even able to return the truck after-hours thanks to their dropbox.

They lady who gave us the keys was really nice. Our truck was very low miles. She even helped us hook up the trailer. We got the best price here for the long trip.
