ZERO STARS. Not specific to the location, but to the company. I made my reservation over the phone with the 1800 number. I called back that night to upgrade the truck. I finally got the confirmation email 4 days later....with the wrong vehicle reserved. I called this location and they have no trucks available for 2 weeks....even though I have a reservation. Great. Took my money to Penske for the SAME RATE! Penske guarantees vehicles and has more locations with better hours. Go elsewhere. DO NOT RESERVE WITH BUDGET.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!Scheduled a truck on 7/7 for 7/30.23 DAYS AHEAD OF TIME. Just received a call Um, I have bad news for you. Um, um, well, we dont have any trucks because the demand is high this weekend.I knew this weekend was going to be a high demand, that is why I scheduled a truck! I got a confirmation number and even put down a deposit!

This company blows so much that I made a new Gmail account just so I could write a review. Company backed out on my CONFIRMED reservation last minute and simply said sorry. Do not trust

USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK. I scheduled a truck from this unreliable company more then a month prior to needing it. I thought everything was all set to go, until 2pm the day before I was to pick up my truck they called and said they ran out of trucks???? They also tryed to keep our deposit that we paid to hold the truck. DO NOT USE!!!!!!

Worst company ever, not trustworthy. If I could give them a negative rating I would. Pathetic

Extremely unprofessional. I would advise anyone contemplating using this service to think twice.

Do not book a rental with this company because they dont not deliver what they promise even after a large security deposit!
