Jens Nail Salon is the best👌🤞 Li Li never seem to disappoint me. She ALWAYS does a great job on my nails.

They used to be very polite and caring but since they’ve increased costumers their attitude and costumer service has decently declined. I’m not sure why after having enough business, businesses begin with being unprofessional. To add; I spoke to Jen when i sat down and she purposefully didn’t say anything back. I will not recommend here anymore. I used to spread their business around by word of mouth and social media but I will now let others know my unpleasant experience. To not go here. To tell future inquiries and all the people I’ve sent that are reoccurring costumers to stay away. :)

This was my first time at Jen Nails. It wasnt that many people in there and it was a 15 minute wait. The wait was worth it. The nail technician did a wonderful job on my gel nail powder Medicare as well as my pedicure. I definitely will be returning. The staff are friendly and professional. You will feel right at home.

Great job on my nails however it does take a long time if you wait for Jen. Besides that a great place to get your nails, feet, brows, and mashed done.

I have been going to Jen’s Nails for 8 yrs . Kem always does great service and just as I love it. All put forth their own way of getting the job done to satisfy the customers.

Perfect place. Communicate on every aspect with understanding when it comes down to funds.

Hang does such a good job. She manages to take her time and show attention to detail all while having an enthusiastic and friendly attitude. I recommend this place for affordable prices and quality service. The wait times can be a little long but I think it’s worth it. I get so many compliments and no matter how long I stare at my nails, I can’t find a blemish.

I had great experience at Jens Nail spa. The woman who did my nails was very nice. She didnt talk much but I went in a little after 7 so she was probably ready to go home. I love my nails. This will be the place I go to get my mani & pedi from here on out! I would definitely recommend this place!

Ive been going to Jens Nail since 2013 and I refuse to let anybody else do my nails. They have always been good to me despite what other people say. If you treat them with respect they will show you the same. I wish I could give them 10 stars.

Lena did my lashes a few weeks ago and I just went back in for a fill. I absolutely love them and wont stop getting compliments. Totally worth every penny!

I was there almost three hours to get a fill in on my nails. The manager was rude. When I spoke up she intentionally did not file my nails nor polish them correctly. I had been patiently waiting. I only specifically waited on her because her employee stated she was almost done. Almost turned into a whole hour of waiting after I had already gotten my toes done. She continuously kept stopping to serve other customers. Normally Im understanding but when youve already waited a very long time plus shes continuing to stop, anyone would be frustrated. Then she lied and said I have left her table. I have never left after starting services. If im told a wait time longer than I have, I simply leave. Above all this was very disappointing as I had been coming there for years. Poor service. She decided to screw up my nails because I have a voice. They charge different prices everytime you come and the place needs a renovation sooner than later. Therefore, after receiving this type of service I dont think Ill be returning!

I honestly would not have given them any stars. It was the worst nail salon experience I have ever had. The owner, Jen, is a scam artist. She told me one price for 2 nail repairs and to change the color of 8 fingers with gel, then when I told her I didnt want gel polish, she upped the price on my 2 nail repairs so that she could get money from me. Plus, the guy in there elbowed me when I said the numbers werent adding up. He also tried to scam the girl in there before me. He told her $17 before he started, and charged her $18, when she told him he said $17, he had to go back in the register and get her other dollar.People, if their prices on the menu board say a number and up, dont trust them. Thats usually there way of charging you whatever they want.Horrible, Horrible service. I shouldve known. They had me standing in there for 5 minutes before someone even walked up and asked me what I wanted.

Forgot to post about this a while ago: CHECK YOUR CARD! My cousin & I went here and were rushed because there were trying to get to the North FL fair.. SMH.. then I was told my cousin & I owed $20 each for our service. Went to check my card balance the next morning and they gave themselves a $5 tip without our authorization!! Never went back here again!I faithfully to Fine Nails off Tharpe st (in the old Winn Dixie plaza) ... have NEVER had a problem.

Went here to get a pedicure and received impeccable service as well as getting my eyelashes done by an outstanding artist. Shes really good and highly professional. Definitely found my new favorite place in Tallahassee.

First time coming here and ill definitely be back. I was greeted at the door. Got my feet done with no wait. Ms. Hang was very sweet and she made sure i was satisfied and my toes came out great

Just Left and I’m so upset! The service I received was HORRIBLE! The man rushed through my nails and you can tell! I’m was so mad I just wanted to get outta there! Been going to this place since I was in high school and never had him but today was the day! Smh everybody is great at doing nail EXCEPT HIM PERIODTTT!!!

I only rate two stars because my nails were pretty. I was going to get a pedicure but when I went to wash my hands I noticed their tools were sitting by the hand washing sink and theirs tools were so gross and full of dead skin and residue from other peoples feet I wanted to throw up. Also the sink smelled like the septic was backing up. The staff was nice but the aPlace is disgusting.

They are very rude when you complain about the way the nails look. I spoke to Jen letting her know I was very UNSATISFIED with how my nails looked and instead of fixing them she said that’s your nail. No regard for my complaint. And then proceeded toOVERCHARGE me for a service I continuously get. I will NEVER return here. I value my nails to much for my concern to be completely ignored and then overcharged.

Jens nails spa is horibble at perfecting what they do, i went in to get my eyebrows waxed and it seemed like she was rushing the whole time!! Takes forever to be sat down, and can be rude.

My nails were pretty straight but if you are paying with your card please pay attention to your bank statement. My bill was $19, they told me they charge a dollar for using your card. I said ok and the total was $20 on my receipt, I tip the lady $2 that I had in my purse .When I checked my bank statement they charged me $24 it may only be $4 dollars but just think if they get 3 or 4 dollars from every customer per day . They straight robbing people is all Im saying!!!!!!!

I have amazing service from Jen EVERYTIME i go. I have had yet to find a lasting nail tech until i came across Jen. I haven’t had any broken or popped nails yet and i have gotten fills on the same set atleast 3 times. If you want quality and can afford it, ALWAYS go to Jen. She’ll get you right.

I went to go pick a color when the men who was doing my nails called someone else who had just walked in and told her to sit in my sit and he began on her nails and all the beautiful young ladies said it was so disrespectful what he had did so i got my purse and left.

Dirty, hot atmosphere, and rude. I gave it two stars bc my pedicure did look good and lasted abut a month. But very uncomfortable the whole time.

Walked in for a full set and eyebrow wax. The ppl are nice enough but they could use more training in the eyebrow waxing because i left with half my eyebrow missing.

I wouldve given this place a negatove 0. I came in at 5:30 and left at 10 after 7 still unserviced. Jen is so unprofessional and does not know what shes doing. Other places I go to that are backed up at least start to take my polish off instead of letting me sit the whole time. There were pedicure chairs everywhere. Just unprofessional. She even called someone else before me and I had to tell her I was there first. I do t like that they dont take appointments unlike other places, which is what keeps a business organized and running smoothly. Just no customer service whatsoever, and moves very slow. Last time she did my nails, she left acrylic UNDER my nails. I only went there becauae my nail tech at a differemt salon, whom I pove very much, was on vacarion. She messed my cousins up, too. Her nails kept breaking off and the polsih was chipping in less than a week. Mind you, this was a BRAND NEW SET! Never again. People, please be wise and go else where. Or take your chances and leave your negative reviews here because you will be dissapointed.

They tried to rob me. They tried to charge me 25$ for a pedicure for being a male when the list clearly said 20$ for a pedicure. At the end of the day, I payed 20$ because they had no evidence that they charge 25$ for males. The pedicure was average, and my girlfriend that I took with me said that they did a horrible job on her pedicure and tht the nails are just okay.

This place has falln off, its really dirty and the nail techs are rude and ruff. There is nail dust every where and the place smells horrible

I went there yesterday October 25 2016 to get a full set with the oval shape nails and they did a horrible job on my nails she literally was done in 15-20 minutes she had no reason to rush since I was the only customer there and then tried to charge me $30 which I didnt pay because I wasnt satisfied I wish I could upload a picture just never go there go to Tal Nails instead they did my nails just the way I wanted them to and they look amazing thanks to Tal Nails
