After 3 years of going to Lee Nails they really disappointed me. Jackie ( good at nails) and her husband (can not do nails) had a very bad attitude. She charged me $4.50 to fix a nail that had a split on the side when I just had got my nails done less than 24 hours. When I asked her why did she charge me she claimed my nail was old so thats why it broke. If my nail was old why wouldnt she mention that the day before, before doing my nails? Its not about the money period. Its the principle. I tip her everytime I go there. She is good at what she does but definitely needs to treat her returning/new customers with respect and not be so GREEDY. Not to mention her husband did not say he was done nor put any oil on my one finger and just walked off. Everyone has bad days but yall need to get it together. On the other note it was another young lady in there that told them they have bad attitudes and she would not be returning. I pray yall both read this corrective criticism review and change.

I went this morning to receive wax services. She did not even want to fully apply the wax to the area. Only fully waxing one side even after telling her to wax the one side. She kept telling me that she did not see any hair when I could look in the mirror and see in myself without any magnifying. After my services I was charged $12 and I asked her why was it so high she said because she had to do more work. Her job was poorly done I couldn’t even properly lay my head back for services tilting my head side to side and trying to hold my neck back so that she could see better. It was poor service didn’t even have the necessary equipment to properly perform a simple wax on my neck.

The nail tech was in a super hurry.. the dremel tool scraped my my skin several times and she didn’t care . She was in such a hurry and I was her only customer!! My service took 20 minutes and it shows!!!

My eyebrows were not what I wanted this time, usually theyre done perfectly.

The lady did what she wanted to do .. when told that she was hurting my finger she insisted that it had to be done that way when I know it could have been handled more gently! I’ve been to plenty of other nail salons and the techs were able to gently do my nails. She also put gel nails on my mother nails after being asked to do them regularly.

So i ask for a pedicure. They give me a price. Then we start. Why is it an extra $5 to take off polish? Like isnt that part of the pedicure? I say fine ill pay extra. Its supposed to ve a spa pedicure..... Why was it over in 20min. I stepped outside and realized there was still polish on my toes.... Never again!!

Me and my friend went in to get our nails done for senior prom, and were very happy with our experience here. The workers are very friendly and will completely listen to what you want. They even stayed until 8:15 which means they really care about quality even when they want to go home. There was no rushing involved. I’ve been to multiple nail salons in Tallahassee and this is by far the best I’ve been to.

I regretted it going to this nail salon. She is so mean, and cut my fingers so many times. She just wanted to finish the job quickly. And she changed me so much 😡😡😡

First time at Lees. I got a regular pedicure & gel manicure. It was ok. Pros: service was ok, reasonable prices, nice interior with iPads at each pedicure station. Cons: reservations not taken, theres a waitlist only, it wasnt the BEST polish job ever. It was just ok. Nothing bad... I didnt like that he used a drill on my natural nail to do gel polish. Ive never had that done before...Gel lasted an average amount of time. I notice the gel started lifting on the 6-7th day.

David took his literal T I M E to pay sure my nails and feet looked perfect! He would always stop to make sure i like the shape, the width, the length and the color of my nails! i appreciate nail techs that put time and effort into their craft. i loved how a lot of their clientele are women like me. we all had a great conversation getting to know each other. i loved how they let us use their space to make fun, new interactions! I have no problem calling this nail salon my home now. i love the atmosphere so much. Tallahassee definitely got some points in my book housing this salon!

Found this place on google maps and took a chance while i was on workcation. Let me tell you, what an amazing place. The building itself is gorgeous, the ambiance is so relaxing. The gentleman that did my nails was so nice and gentle with my hands. They really go above and beyond here!! Wether you are from out of town or in town, you need to go to Lee Nails!!!!

I just had my first manicure and pedicure here and it was amazing. The staff was professional but also super friendly. A few of the reviews paint the staff and their kids that help in the shop as mean but I can assure everyone they all were genuinely nice people. This is a five star place no doubt.

Visiting Tallahassee for the weekend and I am so glad that out of all the nail salons in town I chose Lee Nails. I went to Lee Nails for the first time Friday. I got a full acrylic set, which I’ve gotten many timers at other places. The technician I had seemed nice, however he was VERY rough with my nails, and I pulled my hand back at least 3 times for each hand, something I’ve never had to do. Then an hour or so after the acrylic had set and I had left my nails began to hurt, this continued for two days before it caused so much pain that I attempted to remove the acrylic nails at home, but have failed and am getting them professionally removed tomorrow.Again. I have nothing to complain about with the people that were there I just didn’t appreciate the way my nails were treated and I’m not happy with the fact that my nails HURT. I will not be going back.

I love my nails! It only took them 1 hour to do gel manicure and pedicure. I am from out of town and it usually take my nail tech 2 hours just to do my manicure. Don’t get me wrong, just because they are fast doesn’t mean they do a poor job. They are good at what they do and they make sure you don’t waste your whole day there which I love that about them. The Lee’s are awesome and they did an awesome job on my nails. I highly recommend them! I will definitely return when I visit Tally again.

This past Saturday 10/28/2018 was my first time going to Lee Nails and it was the BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Very clean environment the staff there are very professional.. I had privilege of sitting in “David” chair. When I tell you David is a remarkable nail tech and he takes pride in the work he does. Not only did I find a new nail salon but I also found myself a new nail tech.. David is awesome hands down!

I have been to four other nail salons prior to my visit to Lee Nails. No other place has has been able to shape my acrylics properly, so I’m glad to say that I don’t need to look any further. My nails look and feel great. They aren’t too thick or too flat etc. The application of gel polish is perfect too. I am so thankful, that I can actually continue to get my nails done, because I was ready to give up on Tallahassee nail salons.

I love love love this place!!! Very clean and the inside is beautiful. They always make sure Im comfortable when I get my pedis. And always offer me a complimentary drink. I always get acrylics and they are the only ones who I trust to do my nails. After visiting multiple times Ive been beyond satisfied with the services. The pedicures are wonderful and they help with problematic nails. They are so sweet and caring and theyll recognize you after youve been there once. This place is spectacular and I only recommend this place.

Ive tried a few different nail salons in Tallahassee, but the services and prices at Lee Nails are unmatched! The staff is quick and efficient, and they make sure you are satisfied with your nails throughout the entire process. The salon is also very clean and the atmosphere is quiet and relaxing (they also have wine!!!). Sometimes there may be a line and the wait can be long if you go in at a peak time, but this can easily be avoided by calling ahead and asking about the wait time! Highly recommend!!

Not from here was visiting from NC and wanted a pedicure. Googled and decided on Lees based on reviews. As a walk in I waited just a couple of minutes and was taken right away. Very friendly and professional. Enjoyed my pedicure and it was great looking as well. Complementary wine with service was also nice with a frosty glass even. All of the pedicure seats were massage seats with ipads attached for customer use. Very cool. I highly recommend!!!

This place is on the decline. Owners young children are in salon. It is clean, but your handled as if you are a bother. Did I mention the kids look at the customers with a scowl? Make jokes in another language and laugh between employees with a room full of customers. Last and worst, my finger was cut during a manicure and the person didnt even apologize, just laughed it off and continued. Dont think Im going back

Best manicure I ever had. They are really hospitable and truly care about making the customers happy and comfortable. They took their time no matter how many people came in and kept working until my nails were the PERFECT coffin shape. They were up front with the prices (no hidden fees added at the end) and they even offered me a complementary drink. This place was really worth it and Jackie made the experience amazing. They do a decent job with nails typically (although it is an aggressive manicure.. I always leave bleeding on at least one finger, but they do look good). The last time I went my acrylic nail completely broke off the day after they were done. I have gone here several times and the pricing is really inconsistent. They nickle and dime for things other salons dont. Theyve lost my business. Wouldnt recommend.

I walked into Lees at approximately an hour and 15 minutes before they closed for a pedicure and a manicure. Even though they were super busy they got to me very quickly. After the pedicure I dropped my phone and the gentlemen that was assisting me was sweet enough to pick it up for me. Then, while getting the manicure he surprised me with a complementary glass of wine. He did a great job on my nails leaving them nicely polished. I was so impressed by their service I also got a brow, lip, and chin wax which was done after their closing time. I WILL BE GOING BACK.

Moved here from Orlando an was searching for a nail salon an Ive found one not only are they close to my home location but the service was excellent. I had the chance of having David do full set Gel an Im in love with my nails Ive finally found the right natural pink color! My pedi was done by Tommy an it was so relaxing that I was falling asleep. I definitely will be coming back again!

Ive been a long time customer here and the service has seriously gone down. There have been a lot of upgrades over the years but it shouldnt be at the cost of customer service. Everyone should be acknowledged when they come through the door.

Yesterday was my first time going and I went because of the Google reviews I saw. I must say I was IMPRESSED! From the outside it doesnt look like much but once you step inside, its a palace! I was blown away by the decor and how nice it was (which is rare for most nail salons in Tallahassee). They literally have an iPad at every pedicure station AND offer complimentary wine! I was serviced almost immediately! I went in for a pedicure, full set, and eyebrow wax and I was pleased with everything (To my surprise, my total was $60 which is not bad for everything I received)! Even the bathroom is nice! If you want to just have a relaxing, calm, quiet experience, give this place a try! I have been to the same nail shop since my freshman year of college (in grad school now) and Lee Nails has won me over (Bye, bye Fine Nails! LOL!). The ONLY reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the young lady who did my pedicure seemed a bit aggravated and her attitude came off as if she really didnt want to do my pedicure or interact/have conversation when I asked her questions. Other than that, Lee Nails was worth every penny!

Saw a man yelling at a 2 black women causing them out badly got in their face and said i hate black people, i hate touching and fixing their nails. I wish black people never show up here. I walk out and dont think im ever coming back.

I used to go to Nail Bar on Apalachee pkwy for years and the last 3 or 4 experiences were not good. Customer service was very poor...no real attempt to to engage or communication with the customer and the last few times the got real sloppy with the paint job. I needed to find someplace new and more friendly. So I did just what you are doing now...looked at Google reviews and like that Lees nails was first that caught my eyes bc of their great reviews so I took a chance. Glad I did! This place is awesome. Jackie her husband and her family (cutest and most polite kids besides my own daughter) that u could ever meet. Though they spoke their language they also spoke plenty of the language I understand and even taught me a little. They engage with the customers...laugh and joke with the customers...they know customers by name and greet the customer and dont treat u as a number. I felt so live there. I have a new nail, waxing and 1 stop shop. You have to come check them out you will not be dissappointed.
