The business opens at 10AM. I arrived at about 10:20AM as a walk-in client and was greeted at the door. They asked me what I needed done and I requested a “full set”. I waited for about 20-25 minutes before I was approached by an older lady and guided to her work station. Unfortunately, I did not remember to get her name but she was very friendly and worked on my nails very fast. Her work station is the first one on the right, behind the reception desk. I am very pleased with her work. The other employees also seemed very friendly and quick with their clients. I will definitely be a returning client. The only reason I gave this business 4 instead of 5 stars is because of the wait. This might be petty of me but I don’t like to wait any longer than 15 minutes before I’m started on. That’s why I tend to arrive at nail salons right when they’re open so I can get in and get out. Someone out there understands.

I love this nail shop.😍 I was referred here by a friend. The nail quality and designs are over the top especially the Chanel and Louis Vitton.💅 It is very professional and everyone is very friendly. Theres nothing like spending your money were people are willing to provide you with great service. The pedicures are the bomb and everything is clean and wrapped with plastic for Covid purposes. If you havent been to Dynasty Nails and Spa, you need to go check it out. This shop is definitely a keeper for me and I have been to many shops in Tallahassee!😁

I went in to get a gel manicure and as soon I walked in something was off. The salon was not clean. There was mail dust everywhere and the table they had me sit it actually had clipping of other peoples nails still on the table. The tech that did my nails didn’t even place a clean towel down before starting with me. There was trash overflowing and everything seemed messy. When the tech pulled out metal tools to use for my manicure it was clear they had been used on the client before me without being sterilized. There was still skin visible on the cuticle trimmer. I declined having my cuticles trimmed and only had my nails filed to be shaped and had the gel polish applied. I got a gel manicure and it cost $40. I would not recommend this location.

I love it there feels like family I love the fact its all women no men or kids just relax I dont care how far I would have to go no one else will touch my feet nails or bow but them ever

Dawn is the GOAT of nail techs. I recently moved to Tallahassee and was in search of a new nail tech. She did not disappoint! She’s so good at providing me with a design that I’ll like that I just let her freestyle when I come in. If you’re in need of a sweet, professional and damn good nail tech. Go see Dawn! I love her!

I really wanted to give them 5 stars, but I struggle to even give them 4. They were kind and made us feel like they appreciated our business but the service was terrible. Cuticles left on. Heels still cracky. My nails are stained underneath from a previous polish and my mans fingernail beds look are up. :(

I have been going to Dawn for several years. My nails are always impeccable and I always receive VIP service. Even when the location is busy, I never feel rushed. They take their time and listen to my requests! Kudos to Dynasty Nails on excellent service!

I was searching for a new salon because I got acquired a fungus in my toes. The dermatologist suggested that my last salon is where I probably got it. This salon was so much closer to me. I picked it because it had a high satisfaction score. I was not disappointed.The staff is nice and the prices are reasonable. And they pay attention to cleanliness of their tools. This will be my new salon.

I was walk in client. The young lady at the desk seem to have a slight attitude when I asked her a question. The older lady was preparing the tub for my pedicure. I was trying to explain I had an issue with my right toe. The older lady stated”you don’t tell me I tell you.” I said to tell her what did you say. The younger lady said “she is 70 yrs. I got up and prepared to leave. I did tell them “you don’t disrespect your customers.”I left and took my business elsewhere.

I don’t get my nails done often. It’s been a LONG time, but I have gotten gel nails and know they should last at the very least a full week but typically last much longer…My mom, who is visiting from out of town, treated me to a mani-pedi with gel on my fingernails. Less than 48 hours later and full nails have popped off. Very strange for a gel manicure… also super disappointing for someone who RARELY gets treated to this kind of thing.The customer service was great, and we loved the nail techs, but the quality and value for the money is extremely poor. Perhaps old polish was used on me or an important step was forgotten 🤷‍♀️

I have been coming here since I moved to Florida 2 years ago. Let me just say this place is amazing everyone is welcoming and super sweet and very professional. I never had any complaint with my nails dawn is the sweetest person ever. Good reasonable prices as well. I work 2 jobs and they always make time for me. Thanks dawn your amazing !

Went yesterday around 1;30 and im not sure who did my nails but she was great! i did the white toes and french . you were very nice! she took her time and fixed the disaster of damaged nails i had from another salon. great place and fair price!

I’ve been coming to this shop for a long time and the lady who does the nails was nice. Until one Sunday I came 30min after they open. She didn’t ask how I’m doing nor what services I wanted she immediately told me she CANT take me today and to come back tomorrow. I don’t know why but I was willing to wait and I didn’t understand why. She had been so nice and polite all the year that I had been coming to her. I was told before I ever started going to her shop that she is rude but I didn’t believe that. SO YES SHE IS RUDE AND WILL NOT RECEIVE ANYMORE SERVICES FROM ME AGAIN.

I never write a review but I had to for this place! Where do I even start?? The covid restrictions were A1! It was so clean and all the workers were super nice. The lady who did my nails ( I wish I knew her name) did them AMAZINGLY! I’ve never had my nails done better than this. I told her I haven’t had a design on my nails in 5 years and she convinced me and Im so happy she did because they look amazing. This shop is super affordable for their bomb nails. I will definitely be coming back here every time I am in town. Go to Dynasty Nails you won’t regret it!!

I went in for a fill and this lady cut my real nails and then cut into my nail bed where my nail was bleeding and tried to say it wasn’t her fault, I will never return here!!
