Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Customer service, stay far far away. They never call to let me know they are running late for the second day in a row. I was understnding on day one due to the weather but after waiting for a call back today........It was hard to get in contact to even to schedule the initial appointment. Then want to tell me I am rude for calling them out on simple customer service protocol, which is calling or texting if you are going to be over thirty minutes late. And they are supposedly affiliated with a ministry?!?!From the detailer:Im going to cancel. You can call Groupon for a refund. I never guaranteed that we would come, I stated we would try based on the rIn which the rain slowed us down today for an hour which means any appointments would be pushed back. Even with customer service there is a level of respect involving bad weather and the time. We dont take disrespect very well. So please find another to detail your vehicle. And be careful with groupon, they only post the good reviews.

This is an auto detailing company which means he comes to you. I called last minute and he came. He does take his time so book him when you have nothing to do but his quality service is excellent will be booking him again !

Did not reply after telling them my service over the phone, we hung up agreeing to meet at a location but once I sent the location and WAITED 30 mins, in between those mins I’ve tried calling and double texting but no reply. Don’t waste your time!!!

Never show up for appointments and Don’t return text messages. Very bad business.
