Omg... this place is awesome. First, my tint looks amazing!!! I have received many compliments on it. But the service is wonderful as well!!! Everyone there is so knowledgeable and friendly. You can actually see them put on the tint which is cool. Their waiting room is so clean and cozy. I felt like I was in someones house. Even the other customers were cool and down to earth. I would highly recommend them. I definitely will be coming back with my SUV.

I came here after buying a new car in November and doing research around the Tallahassee area. Not only was the young lady that answered the phone very respectful and helpful but so was the older guy that worked there. Scheduled an appointment for tinting which made things so smooth and easy. When I arrived TK the lady working there explained all of the different tinting options in detail so I could choose what type of tint I preferred. I was told it would take about an hour and a half and I could make myself comfortable in their waiting area. Before I knew it my vehicle tinting was complete and I was very happy with the end result. I had my windows tinted here way back in spring 2014. Just now my tint started to peel. It cost me about 225 to get it done if I can remember and it lasted 7 years. I must say I have always been happy with their product. I got the warranty but since I live so far I will have to get it done somewhere else. Back in 2014 I literally drove my car to Tallahassee from South Carolina because I knew how good they were. If I still lived in SC I would make a trip out of it and get it done again. Do not go here.I went to leave after getting my windshield tinted and my car wouldn’t start. I walked back into the office to let the receptionist know and she proceeded to get the jump starter and told me this happens all the time.Two days later after my car repeatedly having to be jumped, I went to Battery Source to be told my 4 month old battery was shot.The WORST part was calling to speak to the manager to let him know of the situation and was cut off multiple times because he isn’t a “sucker”. I had to hang up the phone with him aggressively berating me to the point where I couldn’t even communicate.

I’ve gone to these guys multiple times in the past but now I’ve tried for weeks to set up a appointment to get my moms truck done. Online scheduling won’t let me schedule a date that I need, voicemail is full so I can’t leave a message. I’ve tried to use their sms service and that’s a joke. I’ll definitely be going somewhere else. Not worth the hassle of hounding their phones when there are other places that will pick up on the first ring.

This takes a blade away from your windows since it’s already cut. An amazing family owns this business and they all work very hard to create quality work. I had my windows tinted here and for 6 weeks I struggled with getting them to look clean (and when I got them done the price magically kept increasing from that which was told over the phone despite providing make/model of car and selecting my chosen film). After being out of town for awhile I was finally able to come in to have them looked at. The owner was wholly unprofessional. He raised his voice at me and was argumentative all while stating I dont want to argue with you numerous times. I never once raised my voice but stated I was unsatisfied with the work performed. He told me I was crazy and he couldnt see anything on my windows. Another tint shop and a glass shop both confirmed there was something on my windows that appeared to be between the film and the glass. The tint bubbled for days in one window (an experience Ive never had - tinted 4 cars) and the front windshield had a substance all over the inside after they finished that took hours to clean off. The owner had no interest in helping determine if it was the tint or just something on the outside of the glass. He told me I should call the cops and to get off his property. Customers saw the incident and left because of it. DO NOT USE!
