As I dropped my car off for a full detailing I was approached by a young man that was obviously waiting for my arrival. Later that evening when I arrived to pick up my car, after looking it over I was very well pleased 🙂. I called on a Tuesday night and was able to get my car in on Wednesday. The guys at Shine Me Up were friendly and verified the services we got got. We purchased the interior detailing and wow. 5 stars for sure! The car looked brand new. If my cat didnt have an accident, which is why we too the car in, it would have smelled new too. Its hard to get cat urine out of things but they definitely made it more tolerable. We will be bringing our other car in for detailing in the future. Thank you Shine Me Up Auto!

Avoid this place for auto detailing!! Was told it would cost $250 for the detailing and when I arrived to pick up my car the price changed to $320. Worker there told me his boss called and said this was the price they would have to charge. When we inspected the car the trunk had not even been vacuumed and there were still multiple areas inside the car doors and around the car that had not been cleaned. Vehicle looked like it had been washed and vacuumed at a basic car cleaning business you would pay $50 for. Had to wait an hour extra for the worker to vacuum out the trunk and clean the spots we identified. Extremely unprofessional business!!

My experience was 100 out of 100. They were extremely professional and timely. I thought it was going to take so much longer, but they were very fast. My car has never looked better. I would absolutely recommend in a heart beat.

So I had a horrible thing happen. My dog had explosive diarrhea all over my car. Yep. It was just as disgusting and horrifying as it sounds. It happened around 6:30 PM. I called about 4 detailing places in town, none of whom wanted the job and said their schedule was full for weeks. I called Shine Me Up and even though they were about to close they told me they would stay open until I was able to make it over. They offered to do it that night or to pick it up the next day. Besides their great customer service, Jeff and Brianna did an incredible job working on the car. There is no sign that I even own a dog in the car anymore. All of the dog hair that was stuck in the car seats (and all of the diarrhea) is gone!! They worked their magic. THANK YOU!!!!

On point! Best car detail spot in Tallahassee! I had a stubborn mold stain in the back seat of my Challenger that I forgot to mention before I left. Come back to pick up my car and they got rid of the entire stain. My car looks perfect after these guys got done with it! Highly recommend them and Ill be back for sure!

Needed a professional detailing job after my sweet Molly had a few problems in the car. I was long over due for a deep cleaning so I thought I would give these guys a try. I like supporting small businesses. I cannot tell you how pleased I am with their work. Complete removal of all traces of pets (my dogs are in my car every day) and it looks and smells brand new - quite a miracle since my car is 12 years old!! I’m so impressed and highly recommend them! Where do I even start? I cant say enough good things about this place, they are the best. Been taking our cars to them for years, since they were over on Apalachee. I ended up with exterior building paint overspray on my car, which was paint corrected and graphene ceramic coated all of 2 weeks ago. I came and explained the situation and they immediately started on the car even though I did not have an appointment. They were so professional, knowledgeable and cognizant of the ceramic, they clay barred and hand polished the car twice after washing it and got all the overspray out and preserved the graphene ceramic coating. If youre looking for a place for all of your detailing needs, this is it!!!

The guys at Shine Me Up did an excellent job on the interior of my car. That was the first deep clean I have had in 3 years and the dashboard, side panels, floors, and seats were spotless. I also had a wash and wax that looked sharp. Only complaint I have is that my drivers side seat and arm rest still have the same stains that were there before which I was really hoping would come up. Other than that I highly recommend that you use this place for a clean. Great ownership and well run.

Amazing job!! Best car wash I have found in Tallahassee. I brought my car here after my dog destroyed it. When it was done I t was literally as clean as when I got it! The workers were very sweet and hard working! I will be definitely coming back and telling my friends.

My vehicle had a lot of stains on it from parking under a parking deck and I thought they would never come out. I spoke with Jeff about my concerns and he told me to bring the car there. He inspected my car and told me I needed a wash and wax and that would fix the problem. I made an appointment and dropped my car off. He really did an amazing job because there isnt any evidence that there were stains on my vehicle. I am very pleased as I thought I would have to get a new paint job. I will continue to take my cars here while I am assigned in the area. Great Job!

Great service!!! I didnt think the seats on my Highlander could be cleaned (kids spilled soda, chocolate milk, god knows what) but the guys at Shine Me Up made the upholstery look like new! Also friendly and were able to get me in the same day I called.

We received polite and friendly service. Inside was wiped down for us and sanitizer provided, that was nice. My issue is I payed $50 and gave a $10 tip for a basic basic wash and vacuum. My car is a 2021 and I’ve had it for less than 3weeks now so the inside was good. When I got home (straight from the car wash) I noticed a white spot that wasn’t there before, looks like a scratch or white paint from something else :-( I had a spot on the seat that was wiped off but for $50 I was expecting more (wax, the two little spots on the inside roof wiped off, something other than just a wash and vacuum!), I didn’t even get air freshener. I’m annoyed about the scratch but I’ll let it go because it’s materialistic. I won’t be going back.

Kevin and Jeff came to my home today to clean the interior of a SUV that had been sitting for 2 years and had black mold all over the leather seats and cloth interior. They showed up on time, had everything they needed and started right away. They also gave me the proper expectations and said they would do the best they could, they did an amazing job! There are some areas that are slightly stained from the mold but but it looks like a brand new vehicle! They did a phenomenal job! They were here from 10:30 to 1:30. They work really hard and I hope if you choose their services you show sppreciation as they are greatly deserving. I brought them in and invited them to pizza and they were very respectful and appreciative. I love when I meet people who are just stand up characters and that is hard to find in any job, much less a job that almost none of us want to do. We set up an appointment over the phone and they were ready for me exactly on time. I got the full service - shampoo, wash, wax, engine clean. It was a Christmas present for my mom. I had my SUV detailed on the morning of October 27, 2020. They removed my Weather Tec mats from my SUV, and failed to place them back in the vehicle. When I called, the techs who detailed my vehicle claimed they left the Weather Tec mats on their van and it flew off as they were driving. I attempted to call the company three times. Two different operators told me they would relay the message back to the owner and the owner would call me back. The operator on the phone even acknowledged how expensive the Weather Tec mats are and said I would receive a call back. In conclusion, I never received a call back from the owner and now I am out another $100 to replace the mats. Very disappointed.

I should start by saying why I gave them 5 stars. The simple answer is because my car was sparkling clean when the gentlemen at Shine Me Up were finished! They went above and beyond and returned my car cleaner than the day I bought it new! Now let me tell you why they have my business going forward. I discovered this business only after paying a competitor to clean my car and having it returned dirty. I called Shine Me Up and their reasonable price and friendly phone demeanor convinced me to head over. Once there the staff promptly began cleaning my car. Right after starting on my car 2 other customers pulled in. The gentlemen there worked as a team to simultaneously take care of all of our vehicles while maintaining an upbeat atmosphere. I noticed them referring to one of the other customers by name showing me that they take their time connecting with those who patron them. Their service was quick, and efficient (they even cleaned under my gas cover and my door jams upon request)and you can tell they take pride in their efforts to be best in town. Shine Me Up is a great service. I used them for upholstery/carpet shampoo after a rider got sick in my back seat. Jeff and Kevin were friendly and professional, got me in quickly, where as other places were booked up for a week. They did a great job making my back seat look new again. Prices are fair and they didnt try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didnt need. I highly recommend and will definitely call them again if needed.

This place isnt bad necessarily. The workers that clean the cars are usually very good. I just wish communicating with the boss was more efficient. I get one thing over the phone and then later on when I actually go there it is something completely different.

Given the size of the game day weekend crowd, I expected it would be impossible to get a mobile detail appointment by calling after lunch on a Friday. The wonderful appointment setter kept in touch with me so I knew exactly when the detail crew would arrive. In order to not look like a total derelict, I cleaned the trash out of the vehicles and when Nate and crew got there, they could immediately start in on my Elantra and Element. They required nothing other than keys and were working solid for 2 hours with a team of three. Everything looked great and we will definitely use them again. Seeing nearly flawless reviews seemed a tad odd but they hold up. Can’t go wrong here.
