This is the best place in town for automotive detailing services. Their customer service is even better than Chic-Fil-A. True professionals that not only take pride in their work, but are very passionate about it as well. I got my black 2014 Mustang GT paint corrected here (Hall of Fame detail package) and it looks like a whole new car. The only thing that you need to be aware of going into this is that it will take time, but thats because the difference of going through them versus any other method can only be described as commissioning Michelangelo for the Sistine chapel versus a 2nd grader with a half-eaten crayon. I will definitely be coming back!

The tech was not on time and charged me $300 for poor service. When I arrived to the house and really looked over the work that was so called done I found that the car was spot cleaned and only made to look like it was deep cleaned on the inside and out. I don’t mind paying for quality and actually prefer great service but I was fooled by all the great reviews this company has. If a customer pays over $50 bucks for a car service it need to look like it’s brand new off the car lot! Don’t waste your money here. That is all.

Best interior cleaning I’ve ever gotten! My car feels cleaner than when I first bought it. The services totaled $45 and left my car smelling great, my mats glistening, and the sand and dirt in my trunk GONE. Will definitely be coming back when it’s time for another cleaning. Its easy to find a company that details vehicles. However, its not easy to find a company that stands behind their work. I made an appointment, and when i arrived to drop my vehicle off to get serviced they greeted me respectfully and took my vehicle right in. When I got my vehicle back, I did a walk around. I opened my gas over, it was cleaned. I checked the door jams, they were clean. The wheel wells were done very well, and my rims and tires looked amazing. My ac vents were even cleaned really good. I had swirl marks on part of the car, they were able to polish out. They removed stains on the interior from my kids. I honestly didnt think my car would ever look this way again. The owner was there, and he was able to explain a lot about what was done to the car, including a claybar treatment and why it was important I got that done. I will not go anywhere else going forward, I found a company that truly treats my vehicle like VIP. Thank you

This place is phenomenal! Very easy going and excellent customer service. The actual detailing, of course, is amazing as well. I was able to sell a car in less than in hour after they cleaned and waxed it. They take pride in their work and it shows! They’ll work with you to find the best cleaning for you and they’ll make sure you’re happy before you drive off. This place is excellent!

This place is SHUT DOWN. I pulled up to this exact address for my noon appt today and not only was no one there, but their sign had been taken down and the office was locked! I am outraged and deeply upset. I attempted to call their number and of course it was automated. Called the number referenced for Immediate assistance and was sent to voicemail. DO NOT GO HERE.

I had an appointment at 11am on Saturday 6/13/20. I requested the headliner detail which includes in and out detail cleaning and takes 4 to 6 hours, he said. They said they would call me 30 minutes before finishing it. All day Saturday I didnt get a call. Sunday, I kept calling, kept getting voicemail. Finally got an answer around 12:30pm they said it needed a couple of hours more. 3:30pm came and I called them back, got voicemail. I Headed to the shop to see what the hold up was. They were vacuuming the car. My car did not look like it got shampooed. The dirt that I took out from the mats was too much for them to tell me they washed them. The seats were as dirty as they were when it went in to the shop. I was very disappointed in the service they hadnt worked on the outside at all. Nice people but I wont recommend their services. I had to bring my car and they still charged me full price for the detail service inside, that I didnt get and for a car wash, I assume, because the service was $120 and they charged me $141.95.If you go through my reviews. I rarely give negative reviews, and when I do there is a big reason for it. If he would have apologized and told me Im sorry I have not worked on your car, give me more time, we were too busy. We just started working on it. I would have understood. All I needed was for them to be honest. So here I am again looking to try another place to get my car detailed and cleaned. Very disappointed in their services and wont go back and wont be recommending.

I decided to keep my 15 year old Toyota Corolla and wanted to spiff it up. I havent had my car professionally cleaned in years...yes, years...and have a dog that sheds a lot. When I showed up, Shola was upfront with me that the car was in worse shape than he had anticipated, it would take more hours to ensure all of the dog hair was removed, When it took even more time than he anticipated, he called me, told me it would take longer, but he wouldnt charge me for the additional hours. When he finished, my car looked and smelled amazing! I highly recommend V.I.P and will use again in the future!

We had a little scheduling miscommunication at first but after working that out everything was great. Hands down the best quality detailing service weve used to date. My wife is very happy about her clean car birthday present and already told the kids they arent allowed in her car anymore 🤣.

I made an appointment for the following day to have interior and exterior cleaning done ($169). Arrived to business to find it closed. Called the owner who said they could not complete the work anytime that day. Since my ride was already on the way into town, TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!

I just have to say what an outstanding job V.I.P Detailing did with the mini detail that was done to my vehicle! The staff was very professional and made sure I knew what was going on with my vehicle when it took longer than usual. What I appreciated the most was that I received a phone call about 20-25 minutes before my appointment asking if I could come in bit later due to timing! I appreciate places that give you a heads up before arriving that it will take longer than expected! Definitely my new spot.

I LOVE this place! I googled tallahassee detailing and decided to give them a call based on the other reviews. They answered all of my questions and set me up with an appointment that same weekend. After speaking with them I picked the VIP interior detail and the ceramic coating treatment. The guys there were so friendly and knowledgeable! I had no idea detailing was so scientific lol. They had my car for about a week. It was worth every penny! I plan on bringing my husbands truck to them as well. Awesome job!!

Very good job!!! Honest, hard working, and definitely people one can talk to if something is not to ones fullest satisfaction. We had our car there after it had been sitting for 3 months during last Summer in humid Tallahassee, without being moved or the AC being turned on once in a while, and developed some nasty stains in several places. They were the only ones who gave us an appointment fairly quickly, and took care of it. After the cleaning, which involved wet cleaning the fabric in the car, the front seats were still tinted a bit, and they simply went over it a second time without complains or extra charge. Wed recommend them any time. Thank you!!!

I paid around $250 to have them do a complete clean and service of my car. Worth every penny! It took them around 4 hours on a Sunday. Never going anywhere else to get my car detailed! FYI they take appointments.

This place rocks! I was able to get an appointment pretty quickly and at a time that fit with my work schedule. Shola was awesome! He was friendly, super helpful, and did some fantastic work on my car. He went above and beyond to help me out. I came in for basic interior and exterior cleaning, and also ended up getting a wax and my headlights de-clouded. Took about an hour and a half and was super reasonably priced. My car hasnt looked or smelled this good since I got it. Highly recommend!

More people should know about this business. I came in for a shampoo and they have my car seats and floors just as spotless as the day I purchased my car. Im very happy with my service and I will go back for the mini detail service next.

I am absolutely blown away! My car was an absolute mess and i did not think it could ever look like new again. The VIP Detailing staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions regarding detailing. They were not the cheapest in town but their prices are absolutely justified! I got the Headliner Detail from the website. I have taken my car to several other places in town (i wont say names) and none of them have come close to their customer service and results. The guys were polite, but our car was returned to us with a deep dent in the door, that was all the way to the bare metal.They did not acknowledge that they damaged the door, and they turned it around on us, stating that we must not have noticed it in the first place.They knew that there was nothing we could do, as we couldnt prove that they damaged it. The rest of the car was clean, as it should have been, we paid over $100 to have it detailed. No refund, no discount, and no apology.This happened 6-8 months ago, and I see now that they have insurance and photograph the cars before they are serviced. None of this was offered to me, before or after the fact.

I had the unfortunate experience of having someone puke in my vehicle. They not only completely got rid of the smell, but the car looks brand new. They did a completely wonderful job and were super nice. Would completely reccomend to everyone!

I made an appointment to have my car seats shampooed and when I showed up NO ONE WAS THERE. I waited a few minutes and then a woman arrived to tell me that the owner was sick and would need to reschedule. She asked for my number, said that she would have him call me, and that I would get my car seats shampooed another time at a discounted rate. HE NEVER CALLED ME. I wasted an entire afternoon to get to this appointment and no one even had the courtesy to give me a call prior to me showing up. I find it hard to believe how unprofessional the owner was in handling this situation.

Thats when I decided to do it big and splurge on Ol Trusty and gave her the Headliner Detail, along with additional à la carte services, for she has driven me to the ends of the world (ahem...Tallahassee) and back...a plethora of times.Along with a now sleek, sexy, and elegant exterior and interior, Ol Trustface is now bedazzled with a brand new hubcap (ayyy), some crud-free headlights, dark tints (so they cant see me rolling while they hate), AND all the previous owners pet fur has been eraticated and exterminated (So you mean to tell me that my carpet was actually just a solid gray and not spotted with streaks of white?!). This thing shines bright like a gas-chugging silver diamond.
