Ive been to Pedros Auto Repair a few times now, and each time they have done right by me. Honest from the start and willing to walk you through what all is wrong. Each time Ive dropped my car off, the lot has been as busy as ever, so I cant be the only one who agrees. Despite the full plate, they can still manage a speedy turnaround. Nice and clean waiting area and a friendly staff as well.

Great work at an affordable price. Also, prompt and thorough. I made an appointment. Dropped the truck off. They fixed it. I picked it up in the afternoon and it works fine. Seems simple, but you would be surprised how many other shops cant get it right. If you need auto repairs done in the Tallahassee area, go to Pedros.

We were driving through I-10 and noticed that the steering was starting to become more difficult. Power steering fluid levels were good, but noticed what appeared to be a leak so we called. Owner told us to bring it in, we did and he promptly brought it over and checked for any leaks, only turned out to be condensation from the A/C. Then checked suspension, drove it around and made sure everything was okay. Everything was tight and linkage secure. Noticed that the front passenger tire was balding, which may have caused the issue. Tried to give him some money to say thank you, and he refused. Good man with great integrity. I will definitely be coming back to Pedros next time I need to get anything done to my car. my brakes were making a weird noise in my Honda CR-V and they fixed the problem that same say. Normally mechanics try and find everything wrong with my car and rip me off but he fixed what I came in for and the price was so reasonable I was shocked. I spent thousands of dollars recently at Mavis on things that I feel didn’t need to be fixed. Thank you Pedro!

Amazing guy. Pedro is the peoples kind of guy. He was very informative about his findings of my foreign car. More importantly, he was even more honest about what he was not able to do and was a flush of fresh air about the honesty and integrity his company stands for. Said differently, he did not attempt to charge me for something he did not do or by disguising it as something else that did not need to be done. He offered valuable suggestions and recommendations for me to considered. This is the auto repair shop I feel comfortable giving a five star rating, a repair shop I would approve my daughter, mother, grandmother, and the likes to take their vehicles. We were traveling through on a Sunday & our serpentine belt broke on the 10. Stayed in a hotel calling Pedro’s 1st thing Monday morning. His shop was too busy but he cared & got us in. He did the repairs himself as his team was booked. It was the water pump & that was shredding serpentine belt. He had us out of there within hours. He is truly the BEST, if we lived in the area we would ONLY TRUST PEDRO!

This is an excellent shop. Pedro and Marissa are honest, friendly, professional and REAL people. You can trust them. They will do good work and charge fair rates. They fit me in on a very busy day for them when I was visiting Tallahassee and needed an emergency repair. I cant say enough about how happy I was with the work, how pleasurable it was to deal with them and how much I appreciated their taking care of me. Marissa kept in touch with updates throughout the afternoon and when I went to pick up my car Pedro showed me the work hed done. Since it was a Friday and they wouldnt be able to get one part I need til Monday Pedro even showed me how easy it was to replace the part myself so I could get back on the road. If I lived in Tallahassee this would absolutely be my regular mechanic.

Pedro is the kindest and most trustworthy mechanic around. My car would not start and I thought I had checked all my bases (starter, battery, alternator, fuses). I had my car towed to Pedro and within about 60 seconds he had diagnosed the problem. He rolled the car into the shop and came back 5 minutes later to tell me that the person who installed my new positive terminal just didn’t do it tight enough and that I was good to go. I highly recommend Pedro to anyone that needs a car repair.

Pedro is amazing!! My a/c went out in the middle of August (and as you know, Tallahassee in August is so hot you basically cant go outside). Called Pedro and he said I could bring it in immediately even though he was busy. (Other mechanics wouldnt even look at it for 3-4 days). He found a minor valve leak, patched it up, put some extra freon in the car, and told me that because it was such a minor repair, he wasnt even going to charge me for it. Plus he is super friendly and fast (he finished the repair less than two hours after I dropped it off). Pedros is totally my place now. Outstanding!

My mom’s car started squealing very very badly and she asked me to get it checked out. A friend told me they thought it sounded like the serpentine belt. When I called - Pedro gave me a quote for the belt but told me to bring it by so he could make sure that’s what it was.He came back after a few minutes with the car and told me the bottom screw holding the alternator in place was loose or missing (I can’t remember which one). I thanked him and asked how much I owed him - he told me I didn’t owe him anything. That it was an easy fix and it was free.I’ve been ripped off by other repair shops in the past and honestly, if he had said it was the belts, I never would have known otherwise and would have just paid for them.So thankful we found an honest repair shop - we will be using him for any other car repair we might need in the future.
