Worst place Ive ever worked at amy will lie to you when hiring you. They dont pay you enough for what you do and have very unprofessional staff. I dont know how the daycare stays open!! They dont follow state guidelines at all!

My 3 year old has been taking lessons here for 7 months and she loves her coaches and all of the new things she is learning. I was concerned bringing her due to Covid but they are very on top of cleaning, checking temperatures and making sure the kids wash their hands. The mask enforcement for parents is not enforced once they enter the viewing area but they require one before entering. We are happy we decided to try it out and look forward to continuing lessons here.

I had my daughter enrolled here for her pre-k year. Ugh. Worst choice ever.At the time it was run by Amy Higgins, who would lose it on people, when I got upset cause my daughter was sleeping in SOMEONE else’s DIRTY blanket for almost a week, they informed me it was my fault cause she didn’t have one at nap time. The week BEFORE dad had picked her up, taking the blanket, and I was unaware. So instead of letting me know, they just gave her some nasty one then acted like I was in the wrong for being grossed out. When I realized this upon picking her up, I made a surprised, grossed out face and instead was told I was “disrupting” nap time. Note: I made a face, never even voiced a thing until I left the building. The teacher then bad mouthed me to my ex and his wife who thankfully I was on good terms with, claiming I had gone In There and made a scene. When I finally made a “scene” it was only after months of build up. Another telling us they THOUGHT someone had lice and it was “taken care of” never giving us the opportunity to remove our kids from the situation. And guess what happened next?!? Yeah. I had so many bad experiences here I kept trying to deal with for the sake of my kid who seemed to like it there cause she had little friends. The scene I finally “made” was simply telling the caretaker “I can’t believe y’all run things this way” shook my head and went to my car. Amy tried to chase me as I drove away pointing her finger. I simply kept driving. Not today. Or ever again. I later kept my daughter their for gymnastics, because she’s been taking those for some time. Once she his a different group the teacher was downright abusive, letting my kid get shoved and pushed. Still have a video of that. It was hard and I see no appeal In this place whatsoever, other than what the facility had to offer.

Clean, safe large facility. Great parent observation area with toys so your Ginger’s do not get bored waiting for the others to finish class. Nice cubbies to store stuff. Younger kid area is a toddler heaven. Foam pit, tall slide, running trampoline and two trampolines. Lots of open area and toys. Big kid area has tons of stuff. Open gym is a great time to see if your kid can do or is interested. Nice and understanding staff. Highly recommend to parent with wild kids to get out energy during breaks with open gym.

I am so excited to write a positive review! I love to give credit to businesses and people who rightfully deserve it! Acrosports has been an amazing part of my daughters life. We started going there for the first time in June of this year. My experience since the day I got on the phone to inquire information up to today has been excellent. The staff is welcoming and friendly, the coaches are patient and very knowledgeable, and the facility always looks clean and organized. I am only speaking of the NASA location as I have never been to their newest location, but I am sure it is spotless and incredible as well! This upcoming Saturday will be my daughters last summer session, but I will definitely be enrolling her in more sessions to keep her engaged in such a great after school activity. I definitely recommend bringing your child here and testing it out to see if this is a perfect fit for your baby!

My grandson absolutely loves this class. He has Coach David who is wonderful.

This place is fantastic. My daughter has excelled in gymnastics here and absolutely loves it. Their after school care programs are wonderful and they provide so much for the kids. If you are looking for a healthy spot for your kid to release some energy during the weekdays, this is it!

What started out to be a great experience turned into one of the worst experiences. When my youngest first started in the baby room all was great, but once he was moved to the toddler room everything went downhill. After all was said and done he was asked to leave the school without any warning or conference to discuss where things were headed. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and professionalism. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Run away, run far away! They sent an email canceling their boys competitive team giving 30 boys and their parents only 3 hours notice and no explanation. Yet they kept the girls team under the direction of coach Ash who is verbally abusive to the girls team.

Daughter loves it. She likes Coach David. Entire Acrosports team are fantastic.

My daughter enjoys taking her swim & gym class here. The instructors are nice, the front staff is very helpful. Glad I found this place.

Acrosports is a great place for my daughter, she is currently in level 8th and she has been incredibly happy with her coaches. They are very professional and have helped her improve her skills. They don’t throw her into things she is not ready for and I feel she is well taken care off and prepared. I look forward to an awesome competition season. I have been really happy with the team. The owners are really supportive and the communication with parents is excellent. Kuddos to Acrosports and their Optional gymnastics team.

Very fun gym with tons of great equipment for all ages. i did have a small communication issue but im very pleased with how it was ultimately resolved!

I requested multiple times to drop a class yet they continue to charge me for it. Not happy with the way this company operates. They charge you for summer session way back in April and it doesnt even start until June.

So I just moved to the Clear Lake area from Nevada and I have been looking for a private coaches for my daughters. I have called for the past 3 weeks leaving messages and no one has called me back. So today I called and I was told that they cannot control if someone calls back. So I guess there is no customer service involved in this facility. How can you not require someone to call a customer back. I will take my four girls to another gym along with the $1000 a month I pay for their Gym and cheer. WELCOME TO TEXAS!!!!!

My comments are directed towards AcroKids- Childcare Place within this facility.Heres a copy of the email i sent to the director:I just want to say that it has been a pleasure to work with this childcare facility. You and your team are organized, thoughtful, and the best at communicating with the parents that ive ever experienced in my 8 years of dealing with Child Care Places. I appreciate all that you do in keeping myself and the other parents informed with valuable information on a regular basis. And to top it all off when prayer is not welcome in schools and the public tries to disregard God, you openly ask for prayer for your staff. My family will be praying for you, your staff, and your business!Thanks for all you do!--I just wanted to share with any/all parents trying to decide on a program for their childs after school care. This one is AMAZING!

Great gymnastics place. Two sides. One for toddlers and one for adolescents and advanced.

Love the teachers & my daughters confidence has sky rocketed since this class! Will continue here!

Im looking for a cheer gym and was wondering if this was a good place for it? It looks preety decent but im not sure.
